Icon Cancer Centre Revesby: what do users think?
Misra Ibrahim: 5 star for dr Paul downe. However receptionist is not Black and Muslim friendly. If your either one and get triggered by being mistreated and scolded for not knowing I needed a mask on 19/04/2022 and asking for one while the same receptionist politely asking another lady if she wants to wear a mask minutes later then I would choose another facility to go to. She made sure to speak to me like am a dog every chance she got. The nurse and other receptionist were professional and seemed friendly. I hate leaving this review but if it prevents another racist incident I’ve done my job.
Kate Spears: I recently saw Dr Downe and had an iron infusion here. Both reception staff, dr and nurses were really great and made the whole process so simple.

Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre: what do users think?
Rena Loucas: I can never express what Crown Princess Mary cancer centre means to me, words are never going to be enough.I have been attending for two years now.The nurses, doctors, surgeons, technicians and specialists are just the most caring bunch, collectively, I have ever come across in a hospital. They all deserve medals.Thank you to all staff 🙏 from the bottom of my heart ❤
Richard McBride: I have just recently completed my 6 chemotherapy + infusions [every 3 weeks]. I wish to thank every member of staff, doctors, nursing and ancillary personnel at the Princess Mary Clinic.I've just completed my 7th infusion [now 4 weekly intervals] of a Trial Drug in 'our' ongoing investigation of a theory to prolong life. How these [predominantly] ladies manage to maintain a smile is beyond me. The kindness shown together with their professional approach to every patient is remarkable. On the brighter side we're served morning tea/coffee, a picnic lunch [very nice] and afternoon tea/coffee while the staff regularly miss meal breaks and/or rest periods.
Pamela Cahill: Thank you Dr Turner, and all who took such good care of Stephen with such dignity and respect 🙏 during his cancer journey.Stephen has succumbed to another illness and passed away in Westmead Hospital. We are heartbroken at his passing, but he is free of pain and the hurt of this world.Heartfelt thanks from his family, to all concerned in his care.
TANIA Suapopo: My chemo treatment has now come to an end, I wanted to say a big thank you to the nurses in Day care room Thursday morning’s for your kindness and patience with me. Jessica sure took the time to find my veins. I will be forever grateful to the ladies who made it a lot easier! Thank you team!
N S: The specialist and staff at Clinic 1 & 2 are wonderful but can't say the same for the nurses at the Day Care Centre. Had 8 cycles of chemo so far, apart from the very first time that I was looked after by a more mature staff, the only time that was more pleasant, the rest of the 7 times were frustrating. There was not much respect shown to me as a person, my time doesn't seem to matter to anyone because I was made to wait for prolonged period of time, the nurses were unhelpful and grumpy and kept saying they were busy and ignored me. Look, I don't want to be there but unfortunately I had to, and I don't think there is any jobs these days which the staff is not busy. If you are not happy with your job, maybe you shouldn't be here. We as patients having the conditions is not having fun to start with, please don't make our lives more miserable. I have had treatments at St Vincent's and Macquarie Hospital previously, and the experience at Westmead is by far the worst.
Sweetsister: Most of the staff are great. Very helpful, thoughtful and considerate. It’s not their fault they don’t have much in the way of equipment. They don’t have vein finders so all infusion is in the back of your hand, with treatment makes your wrist ache. It’s cold today and they have no blankets.
Rakesh Hubert: The Princess Mary Cancer Centre is an absolute disgrace. Go there if you want to be treated like a number, no care, no compassion, no empathy, no love, no solutions, just make the problem worse, they simply don't care and tell lies. A cushy job for life, research there is a sick joke.
Mrs Hollis: (From W Hollis) I can't speak highly enough of Dr Turner and her team. I undertook a 30 visit radiation treatment for prostate cancer and Dr Turner and the staff were fantastic. They were very supportive and understanding. They obviously knew what they were doing - I had a zero PSA reading following the treatment and also just got my 6 month review result - zero again. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again everyone at the CPMCC.
Leigh Bentley: I've been treated by the specialist Sarcoma multidisciplinary team at Westmead, and I don't think you could hope to find better medical staff than are available here, and all covered by Medicare. Thank you Gough Whitlam!
Joe Barry: The staff, administrative and medical, are all fantastic and they looked after me wonderfully well.
Pattie Stanbridge: I was very impressed with the treatment I received, they where wonderful. they save my life.
Shaun Rogers: Great place great people lovely staff

SASH - the Small Animal Specialist Hospital: what do users think?
Annette Barlow: Dr Amy was fantastic and thorough. She was also honest in her assessments of our cat's health issues. I spoke with Dr Amy today to follow up on Misty's test results and the information Dr Amy gave me was very helpful.
Kirsten Collins: SASH is the best place to bring a sick or injured animal. All the staff are so very caring and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Everything is explained and easy to understand.
Rosemary Large: Critical:QualityThis matter isn't finished , your male customer service manager who called my daughter a lier and laughed at her hasn't heard the end of this ...... Absolutely disgusting behaviour for any type of hospitalSo easy to pay for 5 star reviews ...believe none of them
Ray Kim: Very professional and friendly. My cat lost an eye to ulcer but they managed to save her and her vision
Ryan Acton: My review is based around the staff, as it's quite clear SASH is amazing at treating our beloved pets. The staff made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability from the start. We live far away, so when we had to leave our beautiful dog Nala for a few days, it was difficult. Staff kept in contact with regular updates and always gave the impression they really cared.I've had several pets in my life and have had dealings with vets from around the world as I've lived in several countries, never have I come across a vet so committed to helping my loved one as well as putting my mind at ease with their professionalism.Thank you, SASH. Nala thanks you too.
Nancy Mourad: You don't even deserve the one star rating, do not volunteer to take in healthy stray animals just to euthanise them. Vets are meant to help animals not kill them like you're trying to contain pests. Should learn a thing or two from vets such as fairfield road vet hospital, that allow you to pay off treatment for your animals and do not give you the option of killing them. What a shame.
Stewart Cocking: We cannot sufficiently express our gratitude to the team at SASH, particularly Dr Alex Kennedy, for looking after our beautiful little Scottish Fold kitten, Willow.Willow was diagnosed with FIP at 7 months. The prognosis was quite grim, but we were handed a lifeline with the opportunity to be part of a clinical trial testing a new medication. The result has so far, has been nothing short of miraculous! In the space of just a few weeks, Willow has no more fever, has lost nearly a kilo in built up fluid, and is back to her playful, inquisitive self. To say we are overwhelmed with emotion and joy is an understatement! We are only a third of the way through the trial, but the future is looking hopeful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr Kennedy ♥️
Mal Sleet: The staff and facility are fantastic. From the emergency phone call all the way through to payment. Every staff member was happy and extremally helpful. Explanation and advice from the emergency vet and surgeon was very easy to understand. Thank you so much.
Bel Santo: I was so impressed by how warm, welcoming and kind everyone at SASH is from the moment you enter the hospital. I could really feel that my pet is in the best hands, and feel confident and comfortable leaving her with the SASH team. The Team is also so empathetic and considerate, and really clearly and honestly communicated all of my options. What you do at SASH is so incredible, and we are so lucky to have your team for our dog!
peter smith: Lovely staff and facilities. Still recovering from the cost of treatment but fingers crossed for a good result.
Emily Jessica: Caring and compassionate service, very prompt help with walk-ins. Thank you for assisting us!
Suki Foster: Amazing service to animals of all shapes and sizes. This hospital has impressed us with it’s committed, knowledgeable and caring staff and top quality services. When our poorly pup had to stay over for 2 nights we knew he was in the best possible hands. Not only did they fix him up but they have stayed in touch to help manage his condition and this far surpasses our expectations of care. Highly recommend Sash to anyone with a poorly animal who needs a whole view of the animal when assessing a condition and not just one specialism.
Amos Hoe: Nice people. Brought in a lost dog so they can find it's owner. Didn't use much of their services so can't really say. The lady vet seemed nice and friendly. Client parking available.
Andreas Stephens: Our dermatology specialist Dr. Lima appeared confident in terms of diagnosis. Unfortunately, treatment is not as straight forward as we might have hoped for, but that cannot be helped. However, again, Dr Lima was very good in explaining the various treatment pathways and the advantages/disadvantages for each possible option.
water qk: We found a missing puppy and dropped him/her here.
Shane Gavegan: I see a lot of positive reviews here and if you are desperate and money is no object - they will get the job done. This issue we had is that there is little empathy or care - this is purely a business to make money and, relies on you being emotive and doing whatever it takes to save you animal family memberThere is making money and there is predatory behaviour. We are not hard up for money but what they estimated to get our cat saved and, ongoing care was so ridiculous, we knew there had to be alternatives. We went to Sydney Uni and they were amazing both on cost but, more importantly, they cared.Balmain vet were also great - just didn’t have 24 hour care.
Linda Egan: Our cat had an unusual presentation, a limp that showed up on X-ray as a possible rare injury. We were referred to SASH for further testing and possible surgery. SASH were wonderful to communicate with, flexible around pick-up times and explained everything in detail but at a level that the layperson could understand. We felt comfortable leaving Josie in their care.
kim13j: Dr Stephanie was exceptional - her knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. The level of detail she went into, to find options for my cat’s diagnosis and food he could have was just incredible. I appreciate her expertise so much.
matthew Hodges: Our beautiful black labrador/rottweiler named henry hodges aged 8/9 is there atm his a rescue dog we all love him to death part of the family i miss him alot i know his in good hands sash is the best to take your sick animal at this time of need as the staff are and kind individuals that do there best
Daithí Kilcourse: When our bird Max was very sick our vet recommended we take him to see Dr Melinda Cowan who specialises in avian veterinary. Our guy was very sick with serious injuries. With special care and around the clock attention our guy was back to himself after a couple of weeks at SASH. The staff here are amazing. From the ladies at the front desk, the doctors and the nurses we really appreciate the care and attention Max received. With daily phone call updates, photos and videos while Max was in their care, it eased our minds.Thank you very much Dr Melinda, Dr Janet and all the nurses who helped our guy get back to full health.
Megan Manning: Great service, friendly, gentle, calm and informative vet(s), they were so good with our little dog, he went to each vet to give them kisses after his investigations were finished. The other staff are lovely also. Highly recommend. Thank you SASH.
