Nicole Juárez Matorras: I been there three times. The first one to make a quotation. The second one to buy a luggage and the third one to change the luggage I bought. The last time, I was attended for a very rude elderly woman. (Today: 11st February 2020) She also was the cashier. I don’t know her name. She has brown hair. While I was making the change to a smaller luggage, she want me to pay more money and said that I owe her money. It was imposible because I was buying something cheaper. But she didn’t know to handle the system so she insist that I owe money. I was determinate because I knew I was right, so she called a colleague and the colleague didn’t know either to use the system. So the brown hair woman started to say things like: “She confuse me” refering to myself. I am a client, and that was totally disrespectfull and out of place. She insisted that I have to pay extra money and didn’t hear when I tried to explain why that was not that way. So I asked her that I want to make a claim about this and who I have to speak with. But she didn’t want to (again being disrespectful) and she called another collegeague, a blond woman. The blond woman understand perfectly why I hadn’t to pay anything extra and that was ridiculous that I owe them money. So we resolve the Situation.They never asked me for apologizes for all my time wasted waiting. I am very disappointing with the attention of this woman that made me have a very bad time in the shop (an hour) and also being totally disrespectfull.I hope this have consequences, because that’s not a way to treat clients and if you make a mistake you must at least ask for apologies.I put a star only for the blond woman.In addition: the first time I went I leave my phone number so they can call me when the luggage I want was there. They never called.

Dean: Very very poor service. Once payment has been through they done care what’s going on.I received it 14 days later. When I contact RIMOWA they tried avoid my phone call.never ever seen have it before. Very poor customer service.

Ashish Mallela: Bought a cabin suitcase the strap of which broke in our 2nd use. Went to the store and was advised they don’t have the part and it will take weeks to arrive. Asked them to take one from the existing inventory and replace that when the new part come in (common sense) oh no they can’t! Rimova quality is not the same it used to be and after sale service which they claim is so good is actually not quite that good.
Clay: Because of the current lockdown I didn't want to visit the store. Shopping on the Rimowa Australia website was very easy and shopping was delivered to my door very quickly.

Tom ZHANG: like the bags. I have purchased a few over the years. Good quality and very practical design.
Kuro Samurai: Friendly and helpful staff. But I heard they are closing the Sydney store soon?? It would be a shame if they really close the shop.
Robert Schafer: Do not believe their warranty ... It has now been 6 months to get a wheel replaced on my Wellington Heist. I have spent well $5,000 on their brand for full sets of travel luggage (his and her) and other bags as gifts for overseas family. You would expect that they keep their word. Over the last 3 months no response to emails or information on what is happening to my bag. Now hers has the same issue of a broken wheel!!!! The brand has gone down the tube since its takeover. Shame on you!!!

Benjamin See: Looking for a new commuter backpack. Came into the store to decide between a few options. The staff were talking to themselves about their weekend despite seeing me walk in. There was a family that was of ESL background that were self helping. A little disappointed that there wasn't a remote attempt at providing customer service even after 10-15 minutes. A Timbuk2 or Aer backpack it is.
Stephanie Takeuchi: I'm giving 5 stars because I have had the same Crumpler bag for easily 5 years now and the only issue was the zips, which the tips broke off of due to wear and tear and me washing my bag. The staff at Crumpler were kind enough to take off the broken zipper tips and replace them with a strong upcycled string material, which they tied into cool looking spider knots onto each of the zips. So now my bag has a face-lift and I can continue to use it for years to come! Thank you😊

Ruby Stevens: Really poor customer service considering how expensive the products are. I was ignored for 10 minutes before being served, and then when I was served the staff member was distracted and kept moving boxes etc around without really acknowledging me. He was very uninterested and it wasn't a pleasant experience.I had also come in a few nights earlier and a different staff member was there. He just remained on his phone the whole time and completely ignored me.I hope the bag is better than the service!

However, when I tried to get my bag repaired, they left it at the back of their storeroom for 2 months and forgot about it. It has now been 4 months and they continue to be bad with email replies and continue to delay returning my bag. I will be taking this further.
Etsundry: Jack at Crumpler Galleries was super patient and helpful, despite being really indecisive, I was given sufficient time and information to form a happy conclusion, loving my new messenger bag!Basically, Jack helped me move my personal belongings from one bag to another and another etc, to see how they fit in the messenger bags, and the experience couldn’t have been better, the store was super busy and somehow Jack managed to keep everyone happy without leaving customers feeling like they’ve been hastily dealt with.

I got the Mantra Pro Backpack in Nightsky. Very satisfied. Highly recommend the guys at crumpler for a bag that is tailored towards YOU!
Hugh McIntyre: Crumpler is a fascinating Australian company with a rich heritage. 25 years old this year, their Sydney flagship store at the Galeries nods to their Melbourne beginnings with brick walls and scaffold like fixtures. The bags are both functionally and form focussed, featuring simplistic and simple design packed with specific features for travel, work or causal use. Crumpler always updates their ranges with pops of colour which seem to always be changing! Staff are fantastic and always willing to help find the best solutions.

Jan Vaughan: Crumpler’s selection these days is unfortunately quite sad. The founders left in 2011 and 2014. Once upon a time there was a clear stylistic theme across a small number of lines. Within, you could find the perfect bag thanks to a slew of size variants and colours spanning subtle to funky. Today it’s a mish mash of models. You might find a bag which works for you, but it’s hard to imagine the brand recovering from here.

(Staff with shift on Thursday 04/05/2023 - 1.30 pm)One of the staff spoke rudely, she might have personal issues but customer facing staff cannot get their personal problems get in the way with the customer in front. If you don't feel like talking to customer take a break, no need to spoil anyone's mood for shopping.Store might want to train the staff on how to be polite to customers. Not shopping at this store again for sure. Highly disappointed.

Christine Mello: My friend had a takeaway coffee cup in one hand which was almost empty. While trying to reach for a suitcase he spilled some coffee on the floor and immediately asked for some tissues from one of the sales guys. He gave us the tissue and my friend started wiping the floor to clean it. Then a sales woman came to us and in a rude manner told off the poor sales guy saying "thats why you shouldnt allow food in the store". I was going to purchase a big suitcase, immediately left the store and bought one from a different store. This saleswoman doesnt know anything about customer service yet alone how to show some respect to a customer. My friend cleaned the mess, it was absolutely unnecessary to make that comment infront of us. It was not the end of the world.

I made an online order to pick up at the QVB store.When i got i went to talk to this lady that was at the desk and told her nicely that i was there to pick up my order, i even show here the email of the order and she started talking to me with a bad attitude, even raising her voice at me saying: 'ARE THEY HAND BAGS OR WHAT KIND OF BAGS!!! All rude. I told her in a calm way to please calm down and not talk to me like that because there was not reason to be like that and she kept talking to me rude: SO TELL ME WHAT IS YOUR ORDER THEN.I refused to kept talking with her and i wait until the other lady in the back finished her call and she refused to give me the email of the shop to send a complain.She even offered some discuount and apologize for ther coworker behaviour but i wasn't there for any kind of discount.If she doesn't like her job because it give her too much stress then she shouldn't be there because i work at costumer service every day in two different shops and not because of that i went and talk to her like i'm more than her that it is what she did. Treating me like i was nothing.I asked for a little of respect and she couldn't even give that. I can't even imagine how she treat the rest of the costumers thenAnd let me tell you this is a really bad marketing face for your shop.
