Cook + Phillip Park Pool: what do users think?
Liis V: Bathrooms need a decent reno and cleaning in the shower cabin's.
Aleta Laft: I have been going to the pool and exercise classes off and on since it opened. This place used to be great but now feels unhygienic. The grout in the showers has black dots all over it. The last time I went for a swim the wave pool was shut due to a code brown (poo in the pool) and we were not told this when paying our entry fee. After about 40mins or so the wave pool opened and was shut down 10 mins later due to another code brown. Nappy policy needed!
Nikunj Vaidhya: Swimming options for all age groups and all skill levels. Lovely staff. Water play area for kids is great. Instructors are good.
Phil: Water's a bit cold. I thought it would have been heated, but it's a nice swim.
Ned Derb: Good place staff are good water is good parking can be difficult
Rahul Das: Great place to have a dip even when it is gray. There is a 50m pool for lap swimming and a play area for kids.Change rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Very easy to get in a quick swim before work if you work at the cbd
Quang Minh Ho: Ok
Gwen Lee: Great Aquatic Centre with friendly staff and trainers.
Ravinder Khangura: Wonderful facilities & staff.
bleblebleblehehe: I am currently an active member of the center. And I am very disappointed at your customer service especially the front desk. I called Phillip & Cook Pool Park this morning and wanted to enrol in a PRI4 swimming class. The staff was rude and direct and hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation while I was asking about the duration of the course and the fees. She seems to be annoyed when I was asking about other information and advised just come to the center for more information and rushed to finish the call. At least let me know if I can call back you can't just hang up on someone like that. Literally zero respect. Would rather spend money somewhere else.
Ahmed Elemam: Good vibes but you feel lost for a first timer
David Phillis: Better option than the beach on a cold wintery day
Dane Gorrel: Hygine and cleanliness of the pool is disgusting. Swimmers spitting and blowing their nose in the pool. This is the second time I’ve reported this disgusting behaviour and it’s the second time staff have just ignored or brushed off my complaint.
anto digio: They should install a few huge led display digital clock to be visible while in the pool, from the hydrotherapy section and other sections, instead of keeping those old kitchen clock around that no one can see the time. They should clean the change rooms e after business hours (as in any other gym in the city) and not during the day, keeping them closed for 30 mins while people left their own belongings inside and need to have a shower.
Mark Gu Chen: Great pool for kids. The weekend afternoon waves are the best
Craig Graham: A wondeful evening at our favorite Mardi Gras event.
Story H: Such s nice place we visited today.Notthing special but everything is good!공덕에서 온 친구들을 기다리며 즐긴 거제 친구가~
Dhiraj Kumar Masodgi: Convenient location. Quite a big facility with gym, pools and lot of other facilities. It’s right in front of church and a level below church. From the road level it won’t be visible.
Vaughn Turner: Still going strong.. needs some maintenance but still great
Dibs !: Very clean facilities. Lovely staff, and super LGBTIQA friendly. The Aqua Aerobics class is really fun, and the gym is well equipped for various types of training. The wave pool is great, but not very deep.
Robyn Spencer: Love this place for laps (especially while pregnant) easily accessible and around $8 for a casual session. The sun shines in and hoping it will be warm in winter. It’s really clean and there are kids pools and thermal pools as well.

Sydney Aquanatal Mascot: what do users think?
Maryia: Aquanatal classes at Mascot are absolutely fantastic! Donna is a wonderful instructor, and the facilities are amazing
Alyssa M: Donna’s classes are great - an easy workout while pregnant. Donna is very knowledge and shares lots of useful information. Highly recommend.
Elle Parker: These classes were a saviour through my pregnancy. The classes are fun but also give you a great low impact workout.Donna is an absolute pleasure and shares lots of other information on pregnancy too.
Ebony Kara: Aquanatal was the only thing I enjoyed about being pregnant! I attended classes 2-3 times a week for the majority of both my pregnancies. It kept me active, meant i slept better, it felt great to be weightless in the water and it reduced my back pain in the first pregnancy - and meant that I totally avoided back pain in my second pregnancy! Donna is a fabulous instructor, and is also super knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, so has lots of tips and reassuring advice to help you along the way. I also attended Aquanatal postnatally to get back into exercise which was great. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Ellie Badeleh: I enjoyed my one hour aquanatal sessions through this pregnancy. Highly recommended. Donna is lovely and easy to work with. The pool is also well heated.

Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Trang Nguyen: Very nice and spacious. We love the spa, steam room and sauna.
Laurentiu Borcea: Well kept and maintained,Facilities are also good.
Nelson Su: Be careful when your kids swim in the indoor 25m pool. Recently there is a woman swimmer in the slow lane at around 12pm to 1:30pm on Saturdays. She targets Asian kids only. Yells at kids like "no jumping". Actually some kids just walk to the edge of the pool. She even talks to them separately like "the pool is not for kids" when kids are away from parents. The woman is about 55yo. She wears glasses and she is fat build. Her head keeps above the water when swimming. I and other parents complained about her to pool staffs but nothing changed.
Carlo Zambon: My favourite spot for a Sauna & Steamroom in Sydney. Brand new facility.
Mohammad Jarour: Gym is small but you can have a good workoutOne day access is about 20 AUD and ot does include the swimming pool
Michael Hanline: Great place to take the kids of all ages
Alistair CAMERON-STRANGE: For the past 3 weeks this pool has been unacceptably cold .Inquiry is met with " problems with the boiler " .Please get this sorted out .
阿飘: 有儿童泳池,好停车,还有健身房和餐厅
Chris Kirk: Great place, easy access and not overcrowded. Very enjoyable experience. Both indoor and outdoor pools are heated and the staff are lovely and very professional. The amenities are always clean. With a gym upstairs and a spa and sauna, it has all your needs covered.
Natalia Gubareva: Nice pool for little kids. I found the water was a bit cold but my son didn't seem to mind. I wish they let kids use the hot tub to warm up.
Ankur Sachdeva: Good for swimming, sauna, steam and Gym
Ted Lo: Well maintained and friendly staff.
Ben TNT: Overall great place for everyone. Been going there over 2years now. Gym facilities are good if you don't use the locker or shower, loads of classes to attend. Most of the electronic lockers are not working, water pressure so low that they are still fixing it. Indoor Swimming pool area is clean, don't be picky with the shower/ toilet because they do get used a lot while day. Outdoor area is lovely and setup is wonderful with Cafe area. Floor staffs at entrance and the indoor swimming pool areas are mostly young without much customer service training.
Bora Kender: Have been taking my 4 year old son to first laps lessons for well over 12 months here. He has made very little progress due to ongoing staff changes/ lack of staff/ lack of consistency. This is despite bringing this up with supervisors and management on a number of occasions. At $25 per lesson there has not been value and I have now ceased his enrolment. I understand there may be staff shortages however these should be notified. Overall it's been very disappointing.
Doris Wang: Excellent pools. Suitable for babies and children with 0.5m to 1 m pool. Clean and good water quality. It also has sauna, steam room and hot water pool.
Kny Tpf: Staff at all levels were pleasant and helpful. The swim lanes can be crowded depending on day and time of visit. Spa pool, sauna and steam room are excellent for after swim relaxation. Highly recommended.
Simon Grant: As an avid swimmer, I can proclaim that the outdoor 50-metre swimming pool at LCAC, is one of the best in Sydney. It rivals the one under Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the rock pool next to Bondi Beach. Yet, it is nowhere as busy as the afore-mentioned ones. It is clean and well-maintained. A hidden secret in the north shore for a great lap-swimming session.
Nicolette Thorpe: I attend aqua classes twice weekly to benefit my fitness and enjoy local friendships.
Helen Simpson: I really enjoy going to the Lane cove aquatic centre from the gym to the various gym classes, including Barre, Zumba and Pilates. Aqua aerobics is really popular and they put on extra classes as it’s a community gym which is great to see them focusing on keeping the community healthy. there is also brand-new outdoor 50 meter pool with grassy banks and in summer It’s a great place to spend the day and a great little cafe to catch up with friends after a swim. And with the parking opposite, it’s really easy to access. I feel very lucky we have this place in Lane Cove.
Rikarda Garlin: Great aquatic centre with large covered and uncovered pools. Great gym and classes. A bit of a hidden gem.
Daniel Min: Excellent service and facilities

Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre: what do users think?
Brian Chan: Funny pools. Water in some pools is warm, the other pools are cold. Either is good depending on what you like. It's always the pools where all the children go to where the water is warm though...
Megumi Akanishi: Kids all love the place! Very fun to go!
Nate H: Great place for kids and family of all ages - fun slides for little kids 6 and under, big slide for kids 120cm+. Plenty of space across all the pools. This was a good visit in winter. Some really interesting information on the Olympics and the centre build project during the 90s
Bhavesh Kumar: Nice place and lots of fun activities. Swimming pools, saunas, and jacuzzi . Kids will enjoy it for sure. Erika Mitchell: It’s such a great place. However, I’m very disappointed with their recent decision to not open the kids splash pad area during term time until 3pm. This is a disgrace and a complete cost cutting measure. So many kids under 5 would love to enjoy this place during the day without all the big kids pushing them around. Before they shut for renovations, it was open all day and was such a great day out that I’d take my little ones to weekly. A lack of staffing is not an excuse. This is a council initiative centre that needs to be opened properly! No more excuses.

Micky T: Worst gym in sydney.
Robin Gairhe: The cancellation policy is tricky and designed to take your money if not careful. I would give 0 stars if i could for the lack of understanding from the unhelpful customer service.
Matt B: A really nice place to take the kids and enjoy the day in the pool with them
Claudia Pontes Foti: Good place to go swimming. Sometimes a little too crowded but nice nonetheless.
Dave Hogan: Centre itself is amazing with super facilities. Parking is abysmal, of you can walk or cycle do so. If you've a young family good luck.
Don Don: I’m really becoming more and more frustrated with the management of the centre. The lap lane availability is rarely accurate. The showers are cold at present, and on multiple occasions over the last week. The bathrooms and pool are dirty, when swimming laps you often see bandaids follow your wake. The bottom of the pool has green algae and mouldy looking sections. There is a huge focus on squads, lessons and group bookings to the detriment of lap swimmers who have to work around these booking and yet management cannot accurately post the lap lane availability. It’s completely wrong and has been ongoing for the last 6 months despite speaking to customer service. I’ve been told on several occasions it would be raised with management but nothing happens. Today I came in early to make sure I could swim my routine with enough time but when I turned up half the 50 metre pool was closed because of a private event. I asked what time the booking ended which was 6:30pm, I confirmed this with the lifeguards who stated this was correct but said it would take 10minutes for them to reset the lane dividers. This then took 35minutes, all the lap lane swimmers were advised the divider would come down, but the process dragged on an on, while one senior lifeguard tried to manage the transition 2 younger lifeguards were too busy talking to each other to help facilitate the reset. Many swimmers got frustrated and left because the lane dividers were so loose they blocked half the lane which made it difficult for swimmers to share a lane. Then at 7:45pm, I was rudely told to get out of the pool by one of the lifeguards because in winter they will need swimmers out of the pool earlier because they need to cover the pool, which wasn’t happening today though. All of these incidents are a direct reflection of how Belgravia Leisure operate, they are profit driven and have poor customer service. We have seen how badly they have managed Annette Kellerman and now they are infecting the rest of the city of Sydney council pools. With multiple 360 outdoor pools closing it’s sad that this one will remain open under this management, forcing members to put up with their inept control.
Lum Kit Loh: Nice clean beautiful aquatic centre
Megan Restuccia: First the good points: clean, large, great facilities and kiddie pool areaBad points: parking as everyone has said. I understand wanting to encourage public transport etc but this isn't practical. People need to bring lots of stuff to a pool and sporting fields so parking is necessary. The kiddie pool area is ICE COLD. There's no way this is heated as the website says. My 2yo and I couldn't stay in it longer than a minute. Which is such a waste because it looks super fun. Even in the middle of summer since this is indoors I don't see it being useable. So we had to go to the hydro pool which is super warm, but could only stand in this small, deep area because the rest was used for lessons and rehabilitation. I couldn't stand up in this section it was so deep let alone hold my toddler above water. This pool was also completely full likely because everyone was too cold in the other section. And of course the other section was completely empty, and large! What a waste?! I will likely never return to this centre because it's not practical in any way.
Emma Leipold: Overall it's a nice facility. I just don't understand why the government made it so small. Do they not have any foresight or planning to see how many horrible/incredibly tall high rises they are putting up and the catchment area? I don't understand the incompetence in planning. It's far too small for the population it is intended to service. They were also very inflexible when it came to last minute suspension, asking for all this proof of why I needed to travel last minute. I decided not to rejoin this year for those reasons. Oh and they tried to go too green, sorry but a gym needs a proper aircon! Really hard to wash your hands too. They chose some really strange taps. Had potential, has failed on the execution.

Will Cairns: Decent gym facilities, wish the hours were expanded a bit. Very affordable and you get what you pay for.Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Leigh Kambanaros: Belgravia Management should start training the Staff and Life Savers to have Minimum Client Manners. What does Ian Thorpe think about this beautiful venue where Impolite and Not Trained People work every day ? Admin does not know basic stuff, you cannot ask them anything because they will not answer you. CLEANERS: why change rooms are always dirty? Why cannot this Aquatic Centre be maintained at Decent Levels of Hygiene? We think Belgravia Management does not offer enough and quality training for all staff employed. It is a shame having in view the infrastructure of this centre and the people’s money that contributes everyday to running it. Hoping for a better change and Sooner than Later. Please believe me, you don’t want me to post pictures with examples of mouldy showers and lack of basic hygiene in the changing rooms.

Joseph McCarthy: Great learn to swim classes
G Z: My daughter has been swimming in this swimming pool for years. Generally good facility and friendly staff, but tonight I had one of my worst experience. Upon exiting the car park, the machine can’t read my parking ticket. So I pressed the help button and hoping they will let me out as the lift is broken and it’s quite a climb also the parking fee is only 3 dollars. But I was told by Jonko I have to go up and pay for the ticket as it’s their procedure they can’t just let me out. So I walked all the way up and paid my 3 dollars. Then just before I’m driving out. The driver in front of me also had problem with the machine, but was immediately let out by the female staff after pressing help. I asked her why this driver was let out, she stammered and told me that driver only had Amex which is clearly a lie. I have no problem walking all the steps and pay 3 dollars as it’s the procedure. And I also understand the staff sometimes let a customer out in some circumstances to make customers’ life easier. But I’m disgusted by how different staffs treat customers so differently!
Sarah YG: Think twice if you wanna sign up Learn to Swim as an adult.1. When I sign up the front desk staff did not inform me that the contract will roll over after the 6 payments, and they only send the contract to my email afterwards. In fact, even the staff are confused about the terms.2. Once a coach told all the members in an intermediate class we cannot swim and need to move to the beginner class after instructing us to swim non-stop on the deeper side of the pool.Plus her attitude is very bad and did not want to communicate properly; all she did was shaming and scolding us.3. The facilities do not look like they are maintained. The shower room doors have black stains (mold?) on them and they never get cleaned.4. The centre even charges for lockers and the free cubes are on the lowest level of the storages and one row only.
Graeme Mills: Good pool, best to get in early, if your an experienced swimmer you’ll need to stick to medium / fast lanes as too many floaters in the slow lane. Kids pool is good, good temp too, seems to attract grandparents though who mysteriously like to hover over the fountain jets.. anyway it’s a very well lit and ventilated space, the design promotes a really nice openness and it is actually quite pleasant. . Change rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. The cafe has been closed for a while now, would be great if they opened it, even if just for coffee and juice.Swimming programs are pretty decent, all the coaches we have had thus far for the kids- learn to swim and squads - have been great and I highly recommend them.On the admin side, not super responsive, I’ve tried calling a few times and just get a voicemail, email responses are not super great. Your best method is administer your account via the portal.
Carmen C: Nice local centre ,lovely staffs !
Tsuyoshi Fujii: Great for diving of the block or practising for the swimming carnival
Eli Sharp: I love swimming here. The pool is fantastic, the facilities are clean, the water is warm and the showers are hot, staff are friendly and welcoming, parking underground if needed and public transportation nearby. They can be a bit behind on maintenance sometimes with the sauna going down often but otherwise 5 stars
Aashish Patel: Good facilities and price.
Lin Ka: Pool facilities are good however, the provider they choose to use for baby swim lessons is horrible to deal with. I cannot recommend it to anyone, better you go to the private baby swim pools in the area. The knowledge of instructors varies greatly, some have clearly never thought babies before. It’s exactly the same activities every week unless a new instructor happens to run the class. Together with most parents from our group I have canceled but do their processes are so inefficient that nobody looks at the cancellation form which you need to submit online. Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere for swimming lessons, especially for babies.
Dan: Sauna, steam room, pools , lockers. Shop. Food. Hot showers. Everything you need for a good swim.
William Wang: Very clean pool with a gym.
Callum Brook: Simply the worst admin I have ever experienced or you could imagine.Zero stars.Expensive, no waiting list for kids lessons, unhelpful and inept.Only two kids can fit on a family membership.Strongly recommend using any other pool in Sydney.
swang fang: Friendly staff, not too crowded (max 4-5 ppl in one lane)
ALAN L: Want to give a thumbs up 👍🏻 to one of the front desk staff called Romina. Had a little incident few days ago. My 360 membership got cancel or deleted for no reason. The card didn’t work when I got there in the morning. But it was crazy busy at that moment. So went back after work to sort the card out.Romina reached out to assist me. She looked into the issue. She was very professional and sorted out my problem smoothly. She noted that I reached age of 55 and offered me the concession. I was to the moon and back.Top notch to Romina. Hope the pool can employ few more staff like that.Cheers, Alan

Canterbury Leisure and Aquatic Centre: what do users think?
Theresa Nguyen: Clean pool and facilities. The pool is wonderful to swim in even during winter! The gym is a bit small without duplicate equipment, but still good to use and has all the necessities. The staff are all lovely and helpful. They take Fitness Passport.
Trust Trust: Can't wait for it to be rebuilt. Pool and stands are outdated with broken tiles and rusty roof & awnings, building is old, architecturally insignificant with limited space to satisfy the needs of current youth & generations to come. Cafe is desperately needed. Knock down & rebuild. Staff is kind & prices are reasonable. It's as clean as an old & outdated place can be.
Daniel Maurice: Old fashioned suburban pool. Awaiting upgrade but still offers exceptionally clean water and change rooms. Limited grassed area but still a pleasant place to spend a couple of hours.
David D gm: N/A
Stephen Hamilton: Ver good but please fix the clock on the wall.
canterbury2194: Great place for a afternoon swim
Maya Iveson: Sooo good the staff so friendly clean and beauty all so good
Janti Saleem: The place you must visit for a wonderful swim
Rebecca Simpson: Its closing soon for renovation, I'm truly sad
Diana Redgwell: My old training and skating club, locals have lost the fight to keep it and it will be pulled down, good bye old girl, will miss you dearly.
Ken Welsh: Its fine. I hope the renewal doesnt take too long. I will miss my regular visits.
Phillip Sonnerdale: I was supervising my grandsons and had to pay for admission. I had no intention of swimming but still had to pay.
Clare Highland: What a hugely delightful friendly centre. I'll be a regular for sure. 😊
Mohammad syed: This swimming pool very old and Maintainance very poor quality.I spent for swimming lesson 13 weeks for my son, instructor name was Genevieve, she was time waster, given nothing to students. May be she is very new or just doesn’t like her job or just want some money only.If anyone join Canterbury swimming pool, please avoid this instructor, otherwise just wasting time and money!!!
SMS Zaman: My kids go for swimming lessons. Always friendly service.
manish thapa: My go to place.
sam sam: I cancelled swimming lessons for my children nearly three weeks ago. I was told we could have one more lesson as it had already been paid for via direct debit. The children had their last lesson and we got an email confirming the cancellation of the swim classes very shortly after. The following week however my account was debited for 35 dollars for membership fees from the Canterbury Bankstown Council. I then received another email the following day stating the swim lessons were cancelled and I would be recredited for the money taken from my account. After a week of not hearing a thing or receiving any money back and sending an email to the swim school head with no reply I went back to the swim school to find out what was going on. The young lady I spoke too stated her boss was sick which may have been the reason my email was not replied too. She took my details and said things will be sorted in a few days. A few days later and still nothing. This is very disappointing that customers can be treated this way and be given the runaround. I cannot recommend this swim school as it does not appear to be run properly. I note from other reviews in relation to this place that the direct debit system has caused some problems such as what has happened to me. I would like to have the money owed returned to me. They never answer the phone and it is very hard to catch up with them which makes it very frustrating.21/06/2022Still nothing done a week later. Is there a number at the council I can call to have this sorted. This is disgraceful.
Santasha A: I signed my kids up for swimming lessons and am very dissatisfied. My kids had 1 lesson and I cancelled immediately after. The staff in the swim school office are clueless on giving information regarding swimming lessons.I signed up on the Friday and my kids would swim on the Sunday I arrived at the designated time and no one called my kids names or even announced anything for swimming lessons and I basically sat there for half an hr missed the lesson time because they are very un organised. They just put anyone behind the desk there isn’t any consistency with information and I am so so angry. A waste of my time.
Smith Sarah: I placed my card/lessons on hold for 2 weeks, first they deducted a fee for my card being on hold, then they still deducted swimming lesson's fees during on hold time, it doesn't make sense. There is another person on my 4-persons swimming class have the same problem. Guess they are bad in finance.
Paul Mathew: Always a great swim here, with 59m outdoor and 25m indoor pools. Plenty of space and facilities in the changing rooms which are always clean.
Davina Griffiths: Was lovely but toddler pool not open which was a shame as I took my 18 month old grandson with me. Witnessed a man shouting and slapping a woman earlier today and nobody helped her
