I have gotten to know the staff there especially Pari and Artila they are very courteous respectful and friendly. The staff at the door greet me as I walk in and out.I do not understand why people leave less than positive reviews.I stand to be served and observe it’s not the staff who are rude but the public.I love Tommy and have been to the other stores around Australia and let me say the Birkenhead store is by far the best.If the were more stars I would definitely give you more. K: Came all the way up from Newcastle for the day shopping and this would have to be the worst customer experience if I couldScore lower I would .We spend a lot of money at the Pitt st store and they are always helpful there however The lady on the birken head outlet on the change room today 18-07-22 was so rude, condescending, and arrogant. My sister in law lost a diamond earring and we told the employeeAnd asked if could please shake the clothes to check, Could not care at all. Instead stood down to me in front of people in the line, after I personally handed her all the clothes we had tried on in two piles with the clip of how many items and she said twice were are the other clothes you tried on. I said just there, no where are they show me what you have done with them. I went over and counted them in the two piles totalling 7 And the change room rage for total 7 items. No apology and then she said well where the ticket????. ( how am I suppose to know the ticket is, you work here)Disgraceful service hence why we left and left the item I wanted to purchase
Esen Borjigin: Unwelcoming staffs, no more trials 25 mins before closing. Staffs keep reminding you that they are closing as if they want you to be out although I have been friendly and respectful. Not a good vibe at the counter either.

She was so rude to me and than to a woman who was wearing a hijab, Clearly she was a RACIST or have some issues because the way she was talking to people. I don't know how Tommy Hilfiger HR hired her because she doesn't know how to treat customers. I made promise to myself that I will never ever shop at Tommy Birkenhead and will tell my friends to boycott this store. Homebush staff is far better than the staff at Birkenhead.First we get emails from Tommy about sales and than they call us to humiliate to their store. They need to make some changes to their staff hiring policies.

I wanted a fresh piece which was not kept for display but manager and sales assistant both argued saying everything is fresh and bit of scratches were fine. Salesman even added the point that, “ when we buy phone , its gonna get scratched but also we buy it.” The salesman didn’t know what he was saying. But my point is do we buy a scratched phone??? So my experience was really bad .
Chris: I’ve been more than a couple of times here and sometimes, just sometimes you can find a good deal, like a nice tshirt or shirt, but if you want a better deal just go online, unfortunately any sale from any shop is usually cheaper than here. Not worth the trip if you’re coming only for this shop.

Tasnim Ahmed: I visited the store with my couple of friends 03/01/21 around 11:30 am , we asking upon some enquires about some shoe size the counter women was very angry without proper any reason and discrimination as a Asian customer , feel so disappointed , never aspect something from a big brand like Tommy . She throw the shoe box with angry mood and behave so weird & if you wouldn't believe check the camera.its been 10 years been on retail industry I even never see this kind-worst of customer service .It appears that staff may be in need of re-training in customer service as the lockdown obviously made them rusty and borderline rude in dealing with customers.So disappointed and never ever visited this store and never recommend anyone from my family or friends .Best of luck for Tommy .

Is It Correct: I'm so angry, there was no social distancing here today. I politely asked to talk to the manager, was told the person was off today, so the second in charge (who was lovely) i said there is no social distancing you need to take one of the staff off folding clothes and direct people. I also said you need to have 1.5 markers on the floor as there were non. this shop should be closed until they put precautions in place

Bobby Das: Extremely satisfied with the store layout, very easy to traverse through and conveniently split up into "Men's" and "Women's" sections. Although a little dusty, the store is kept in pristine condition with the floors and walls clean. Prices are kept as low as possible. Staff is very friendly - especially the cashiers. Solomon was very friendly and fast behind the register. I recommend this store and would come again.

Shyamal Gunawardena: I bought a pair of shoes on the 30th of May which was to take overseas as a gift, Left the country on the 2nd and when I get there found out the it had two left shoes. I returned last week and have misplaced the receipt, call the out let today and spoke to Jodie who was lovely but I got told that the shoes cannot be returned or changed due to I do not have a receipt even though I have the transaction on my bank statement, also it's been too long. I know it was part my mistake of not checking it properly before I left but the sales person should have checked and corrected the issue at the time of the sale. I'm not asking to change cause I simply don't like it or it's the wrong side, it was clearly a packaging issue which is out of my control. It's sad that such a well know brand cannot look after their customers and have policies to make money even though it's clearly a brands error. I do shop quiet a bit there but after this I think I'll definitely find something else with better policies.Update 29/11/2022Got a comment saying this was referred to the area manager, haven’t heard a peep after that. So much for the customer service of a so called a global brand.

Yi Zhang: I went to the store yesterday about lunch time, one female shop assistant, longhair middle age, ask me use small changing room instead of large one. As I entered into the room she kept knocking at the door every two minutes. Never had such bad experiences before so the last time she knocked the door again I just replied’ hi I just get in! ‘ No idea what bothered her…she was obviously nice and patient to other male customers in the store, laughing and chatting. So I guess it’s could be my problem about race and gender. Another male assistant was ver helpful and friendly, help me to find right size. Appreciate for that.
Sera Beki: Tommy is always good however when you turn up 12 minutes before close and the doors are all shut and when you work out it’s still open and they greet you with “we’re closing in 10 minutes” - you feel like it’s not the best experience

Craig Gibbons: Initially it was a good experience... however on the way out of the store the security sensor activated on a child I was with who was carrying the bag with his new clothes we had just paid for. The security guard grabbed the bag and without explanation told our 16yo to follow the other staff member.Treating a 16yo autistic boy who already has social anxiety the way they did was disgraceful. The security guard was abrupt and the whole experience caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.I let the store person know that I wasn't happy especially as we had done nothing wrong. I won't be returning to that particular store again.

Sony Cho: Walked in today planning on buying a couple shirts for my partner. Picked what i wanted and asked the dark hair assistant girl if they have a measuring tape or if they have the sizes' measurements, as i'm not sure about the sizing.The dark hair girl was nice and turned around to check with the senior staff i'd assume, who is a taller blonde girl. She just took at me with no facial expression and said "No we dont have a tape or measurements, it's just a normal regular fit." No alternative or help or whatsoever.It's 100% fine that they dont have it but her attitude put me off. So i just put down the shirts and walked. The dark girl did come after me and said if the sizing was wrong they offer exchanged.I've bought from your brand in different country and this is the first time that i left the store empty handed.

Supriya Shrestha: Very poor customer service and no respect towards customer. I couldn’t see the changing room so I asked the lady if I can try a tshirt but she couldn’t understand me. Then the guy replied “yes you can”. After I went inside the changing room they all laughed which made me so uncomfortable. They were talking to eachother and laughing which made me and my friend very uncomfortable. They were very unprofessional. I am never going there back again.
Robert Morrison: On the 7th December I shopped at the Burwood Tommy Hilfiger store. Being an older guy, I wasn't sure how I was going to be treated. The staff and the customers in the store were young. My initial hesitancy was replaced by genuine admiration as the three staff members, one of whom was the manager, were very helpful, making sure that my purchases were suitable for me. Nothing was too much trouble as options were provided and constructive and non-patronising assistance given. Young shop assistants often get a bad rap but the staff here were amazing, not to mention the items I purchased.

Even though they didnt have my partner’s size due to the system error, the staffs were very friendly and persistent, they offered a lot of initiatives such as ordering online etc. They absolutely went above and beyond with their customer service.
