John Briggs: I took a punt on Blu Dot and its Happy Day Shelving, buying it online without being able to see it on a showroom floor. (I'm interstate.). I simply loved everything. The product - of course the most important - and its lovely, expert finish (the walnut timber is just beautiful), pre-sale and post-sale service (why is good communication so hard for some and yet just so easy for these guys?). Even the delivery guys were fastidious and so friendly. So rare these days to have someone tick every single box in the journey from very beginning to very end! Well done and keep it up.

The customer service at this store is very poor.I went to this store with my friends this afternoon. After I proceeded with the payment and my sales associate (who was lovely and helpful) went to the back of the store to finalise the payment and pack my item, another sales associate suddenly approached me and treated us disrespectfully. He was very rude. I’ll never come back to this store anymore!

George Caceres: Really disappointed in the service at this outlet. I've now come in twice and on both occasions staff have totally failed me. Not only with their attitude and approach but for example I buy a bag and the person goes to the back, after 15mins of waiting I see that staff taking care of another customer and when I enquire they say "oops I forgot to give you the bag". Today I'm talking about a wallet and decide I'm not going to buy and I tell the staff I want to move downstairs to the men's section, the staff leaves me and goes to another customer which when I want to ask about items the people say I need to go back to the front door and ask for another staff. I can't believe this is how staff at LV Sydney are like, completely ridiculous!

Mel has been super helpful and found me a solution on the spot to make my day. Agustina Alonso: I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. The queue to get inside was quite long and I had to wait outside like I was at the butcher on a Sunday market waiting for my number to be called out.I came in with an issue regarding a canvas bag that I had purchased six months ago in Switzerland. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't offer a resolution and instead of being helpful, they simply said, "there is nothing we can do". To make matters worse, the lady who assisted me had an attitude which made the experience even more unpleasant. It was clear to me that the company only cares about profits and doesn't prioritise customer service or aftercare/support. They should consider revisiting their values and learn from other brands, such as Apple, that prioritise customer satisfaction and aftercare.I suggest that they provide more thorough training for their staff on how to be kind and respectful towards customers. If they do not improve their service, I will not be returning to this brand. It's a shame because I have spent a lot of money here but without any values or ongoing support, it's not worth it.
Shaurya Hardiya: The staff's attitude towards customers is just horrible. I was disgusted at how ill-mannered they were. The store manager was just a huge narcissist. His way of talking and behaviour was too discourteous and impolite. He was forgetting that he is just a servant and not the owner of the company. Louis Vuitton should be ashamed and embarrassed to put an uneducated and uncivilised person as manager. I will never come to this awful store again. I rather put Gucci and other brands over Louis Vuitton after this very terrible experience.

C.M. Tsang: Very disappointed experience and NEVER go back to this branch again!!!My suggestion is DON’T find the Chinese Staff!!! Terrible working attitude.When we selected one product and still looking for other items, the Chinese staff had already pull out the eftpos machine and charged us. She seems like trying to drive us out of the store.Also, she packed all our purchased items and put the wrong receipts into the envelope, which I found out when I’m already at the airport and ready to leave. The receipts CAN NOT claim for the GST and the information on the receipt is incomplete!!!!!
Elaine Hsu: I was asked to wait outside despite only needing to pick up an online reservation. There were a customers that exited the store but I was still not let in. I’d probably shop online in the future.

Instead of apologising for giving me the wrong item and making me having to come again in this cold wet weather, I was told: “because you have now exchanged it once, and our policy is one exchange only, we will not be able to exchange the item again.” I am most likely not going to exercise the exchange, but I would like to keep that right, especially it was not my choice that I had to come exchange the item. It feels I am penalised for someone else’s mistake. The girl at the shop then told me: “well if you are not 100%, then you don’t have to purchase today, you can come back later” oh so I was running around for your shop assistant’s mistake, and now you are suggesting I come back a third time? I liked this brand but will not come back, and had shared this experience on social media and amongst my group chats to ensure people don’t pay for such terrible services in future. Just go visit some brands next door which has the right level of service for what you pay for.

Vera explained everything about the bag and how to look after it. I love how they tried making sure i am 100% haply with my purchase by getting the bag that i found to be perfect (she went to david jones to exchange the bag just bcs i was overly detailed about the strap😂) I love the store concept. It was minimalist, neat and clean. Will definitely come back again.

I came in looking for some of the men’s READY TO WEAR range but unfortunately there wasn’t any available, but the amazing attentive staff showed me around the store explaining the history of the brand and let me try on a few of the bags.. which I fell in LOVE with! Consuelo Canas: I only have pj sets from here and they have gorgeous fabrics and I love the quality! The only issue is with their buttons, for some reason they keep falling and they are not stitched properly that’s why the 4 stars. It’s fine if it’s just one but is in all my pjs multiple ones even if they have a month old.
Carolyn Watts: Lovely shop, especially with the table and seating area where you can take time to think through the options. Seeing the linen in person really helped and the swatches will be useful for future orders online. Was served by a very helpful courteous staff member. Great experience.
