김Summer: It was totally massive great experience.There was a staff named ALEYAH.I just asked her one question about a jacket and she gave me further information and let me know that there were more options I could choose for the best experience, not only just answering my question.Thanks to her, I got a perfect fit jacket that i've been looking for.When I didn't understand some words while I was talking with her for my jacket she explained it another way for me very kindly.She was professional, respectful, initiative, calm, caring and knew what customers' needs are.I will definitely visit again for those beautiful clothes and amazing customer service.
Astha Shrestha: Beautiful store with the most rude and insulting customer service. I picked few items and came back from fitting room. I returned the rest of the clothes which I didn’t intended to buy to this staff who was sorting out the clothing near the fitting room. It was only 3 items. She asked where the hangers are in an annoyed manner. I was taken aback and asked her again. She again asked me where the hangers are in a really insulting way. She literally made me go back in the fitting room and bring the hangers to her. It was around 5:30pm and the store wasn’t busy either. The blonde lady with glasses wearing full black outfit working on 2/09 , Friday was so rude and intimidating. If only I had the luxury of time to drop my chosen top, I would have just left it and thrown on her face. I just didn’t make any fuss there. Lady, just learn the basic principles of customer service. Was it because of my tired look and that I was in my nursing uniform that you were compelled to treat me that way. You looked as though you hated your job and took out that frustration on your customer. Shameful!!

Sally T: A lovely clothing store in the city off Pitt Street Mall. They stock modern, feminine, smart casual and formal clothing and accessories for all sizes and occasions. Over the years I have bought tops and dresses from here that I have continuously worn for work and casual and they are still as good as new. Their range evolves each season, so there is always something new to discover. They also have really great sales, so you can pick up a good bargain every now and then. The staff are lovely and always willing to assist.

Maryam Aprem: Awful customer service and lowkey racist vibes. Being completely ignored while two workers discuss stock. Expected them to assist me when I was holding the item and then ready to purchase but was still ignored. A middle aged white woman enters the store and receives the proper and friendly customer service, “hey, how are you”. When I am finally acknowledged all I received was “oh are you going to buy that?” Possibly racism had a part to play or ageism… because I’m not an old white woman I can’t afford to buy a coat? Would never ever come back to this store let alone Greenwood plaza and would not have made this purchase if I had other options. In the moment it was a necessary purchase. Stay away if you’re poc unless you want to be ignored :)

Ruth Shields: Terrible customer service.I bought a pair of sandals from Witchery and the strap broke after just 10 minutes of wear. I returned them for a refund with my receipt, but the assistant said she was unable to refund my money because I didn't have the Epos slip!! As a traveller from the UK how was I supposed to know that?? You can easily get a refund in the UK with your standard receipt - no need for the credit card slip. WHY CAN I NOT GET A REFUND FOR FAULTY GOODS??Will not go there again :-(
Sally T: Witchery create beautiful, stylish, modern, smart casual clothing, shoes and accessories and have purchased many items from this store. The Witchery range changes and updates throughout each season and their clothing lasts, the quality is excellent and I have been more than happy with all my purchases from this label. The staff here are friendly and helpful with sizing and searching or items in other stores. Great customer service

Danica Y: I went there yesterday around 6pm and it was packed due to the 40% sale, I was annoyed because when I went to try on the clothes, one of your staff kept prodding the changing curtain and asking if anyone was inside the changing room when clearly I was inside changing. I understand that there was a long queue to change however I came in much later than the other two ladies and she made me feel as if I had to speed change. I bought the dress I wanted but I won't be coming back for the service
Aga Bak: Went to the shop yesterday at around 3 pm the lady was ABSOLUTELY RUDE shaming me I pulled my mask down while trying my clothes on. Absolutely rude service of her. Will never come back there and simply don’t recommend it. Someone should teach her how to speak with customers!
