Dian: Quite a bad experience here.. My friend and I were shopping and one of us try on the clothes to show the other before buying the item but the staff told us off in a rude way, saying that only one person is allowed in the fitting room even though there is no waiting seat outside and there is no mentioning of this in their policy. There is also a seat built inside the fitting room itself!Instead of pointing where this “policy” is mentioned when asked, the staff simply walked away saying it’s “it’s our policy”. To me, it seems more like discrimination.

She went out of her way to assist us and I think she displays outstanding customer service.

C H: Picked up my click and collect order for my kids today, went to the kids clothing counter and Sakchi(?) was super helpful to try to grab my stuff for me despite the other staff there said I should go downstairs to the main counter(with more than 20people waiting!).
Super_: The two times I’ve been there, the lady with the hijab ( I’m assuming is the manager) has been verbally abusing her staff (Saying some absolutely heinous things). If this is a regular occurrence I don’t know why the staff still work there. If your planning on working here I suggest you wait until that lady is fired.

Andrea Valdés Solari: Every time I enter this store and a white man or an Australian takes my order, they make rude with me, the ill-manner educated racist at the time of paying, only to me he did not say “hello good afternoon”, he left the greeting in my mouth, he only asked me cash or card, and at the time of telling him cash he gave me a stupid face, and when the next person pass he shouted good morning with the tremendous smile, racist little man who learn to be people first. This happened in Zara of Macquarie Park.

Min Min: most of the young girls are very patient and polite and will go the extra mile to help you if they can, i was looking for a shirt that was the last one left and she struggled to find it but couldn't but I saw her looking around non-stop and even went backdoors to check, she said sorry she couldn't find it but eventually she found it and ran after me to give it to me

AMANDA MATTHEWS: Zara Headoffice - your Macquarie Centre store manager *Daniella* is condescending and rude. And judging by the other reviews here, I'm not alone in my thoughts. I went to *exchange* a current item for a *same price* item and was declined the exchange because I'm outside the 30 day period. I was directed to a phone number and asked to jump through multiple red hoops, calling, sending emails, getting written permission etc for the exchange of an $80 shirt for $80 pants.Don't shop here if you enjoy good customer service and you like the freedom to change your mind.
Y A: That very rude manager in the store! I was 1 day late to the due return date. As a long term customer, I don’t even return anything normally. She refused to refund but force me to take a credit note. And really? I have to be so grateful that you make an exception for 1 day shy of return normally you won’t even let me return? After all she won’t even look at me and called next customer to come. What a b! That’s it ZARA Macquarie I m not coming back again. You can have your credit note up on your face.

I, a long lasting customer of Zara, was there to return an item that was 7 days past their so called 30-day cooling period, but the way she acted and talked to me was so unprofessional and rude. I asked the sales guy if I could get a discount as it was their last one, he said they couldn't but could order me one. That was sweet, until he went and served someone else then came back to me.I placed the order, paid my money. Then a few days later it was cancelled saying no stock. I emailed the online team and they confirmed there was no stock and said I was getting a refund. It's been over a week and I haven't gotten my refund, they say I have to go back to the store now to get it.

But she still refused me to enter the shop because I held a cup of water in my hand. She said only if I finish my drink I can enter the shop. I thought she was afraid of spilling water on the clothes at the beginning, so I was cooperated and left my cup on the floor outside the door. But when I left the shop, I saw the customer behind me held a cup of coffee! I really don’t understand why she treat guests differently? Just because I am an Asian? So she has more worries? And half an hour later, I attempted to enter Zara again. A young girl worked in front of the gate this time, and I asked her can I bring my cup into the store. She said yes.I think Zara should educate all staff a consistent regulation about whether customers can bring their drinks into store.Like today, some customers can do that but some customers cannot do that, to be honest, I think this is a type of discrimination that should simply not exist in the land of Australia.

Lenken Issac: I was overwhelmed by the sale and looking for a outfit that I needed for NYE. I asked a staff member who was sorting the rack I was looking at, her name was Louber, for an opinion similar to what I wanted however size was not available. She took the time in A busy peak hour in store to search for the, size and ended up suggesting alternate options. Outfit purchased was a result of her assistance and time. Very greatful
Claudia Gliatis: Absolutely appalling service at your Miranda store today. The store was empty except for the queue of people at the counter waiting to pay and staff were just talking whilst people were waiting to be served, then when they did come to serve they seemed like they really did not want to be there and work . I returned 3 tops and bought 3 tops, as the girl was returning them she was putting the security tags on as she went and could not care less about where she was putting them and put holes through all three tops right in the middle of the tops which is such a waste of a garment and all the processes that garment has had to go through to be in store. From the cotton farming and processing to the manufacturing and freight from country to country to name a few. Please teach your staff to have respect for all the people that have worked and all the resources used to make those tops.The staff was so rude, they put the tags through the clothing creating holes in the clothing and when I mentioned that the top I was buying had an obvious hole in it from the security tag the staff member looked at me and sighed like she actually now has to get another one so my mum went to grab one , then she asked me if I wanted a bag I said no I have my own bag, she put my sale through and when I got the docket she had charged me for the bag but not given me one. I proceeded to tell her that I said I didn’t need a bag and she had charged me for it, her response was ‘well I have already charged you so I can’t return it to you’. Absolutely appalling all round to charge someone for something they don’t even want or have and then walk away and say that.This is a very disappointing experience and someone needs to be accountable for the wastage of clothing that will most likely end up in landfill because of this carelessness.
