Cook + Phillip Park Pool: what do users think?
Liis V: Bathrooms need a decent reno and cleaning in the shower cabin's.
Aleta Laft: I have been going to the pool and exercise classes off and on since it opened. This place used to be great but now feels unhygienic. The grout in the showers has black dots all over it. The last time I went for a swim the wave pool was shut due to a code brown (poo in the pool) and we were not told this when paying our entry fee. After about 40mins or so the wave pool opened and was shut down 10 mins later due to another code brown. Nappy policy needed!
Nikunj Vaidhya: Swimming options for all age groups and all skill levels. Lovely staff. Water play area for kids is great. Instructors are good.
Phil: Water's a bit cold. I thought it would have been heated, but it's a nice swim.
Ned Derb: Good place staff are good water is good parking can be difficult
Rahul Das: Great place to have a dip even when it is gray. There is a 50m pool for lap swimming and a play area for kids.Change rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Very easy to get in a quick swim before work if you work at the cbd
Quang Minh Ho: Ok
Gwen Lee: Great Aquatic Centre with friendly staff and trainers.
Ravinder Khangura: Wonderful facilities & staff.
bleblebleblehehe: I am currently an active member of the center. And I am very disappointed at your customer service especially the front desk. I called Phillip & Cook Pool Park this morning and wanted to enrol in a PRI4 swimming class. The staff was rude and direct and hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation while I was asking about the duration of the course and the fees. She seems to be annoyed when I was asking about other information and advised just come to the center for more information and rushed to finish the call. At least let me know if I can call back you can't just hang up on someone like that. Literally zero respect. Would rather spend money somewhere else.
Ahmed Elemam: Good vibes but you feel lost for a first timer
David Phillis: Better option than the beach on a cold wintery day
Dane Gorrel: Hygine and cleanliness of the pool is disgusting. Swimmers spitting and blowing their nose in the pool. This is the second time I’ve reported this disgusting behaviour and it’s the second time staff have just ignored or brushed off my complaint.
anto digio: They should install a few huge led display digital clock to be visible while in the pool, from the hydrotherapy section and other sections, instead of keeping those old kitchen clock around that no one can see the time. They should clean the change rooms e after business hours (as in any other gym in the city) and not during the day, keeping them closed for 30 mins while people left their own belongings inside and need to have a shower.
Mark Gu Chen: Great pool for kids. The weekend afternoon waves are the best
Craig Graham: A wondeful evening at our favorite Mardi Gras event.
Story H: Such s nice place we visited today.Notthing special but everything is good!공덕에서 온 친구들을 기다리며 즐긴 거제 친구가~
Dhiraj Kumar Masodgi: Convenient location. Quite a big facility with gym, pools and lot of other facilities. It’s right in front of church and a level below church. From the road level it won’t be visible.
Vaughn Turner: Still going strong.. needs some maintenance but still great
Dibs !: Very clean facilities. Lovely staff, and super LGBTIQA friendly. The Aqua Aerobics class is really fun, and the gym is well equipped for various types of training. The wave pool is great, but not very deep.
Robyn Spencer: Love this place for laps (especially while pregnant) easily accessible and around $8 for a casual session. The sun shines in and hoping it will be warm in winter. It’s really clean and there are kids pools and thermal pools as well.

Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre: what do users think?
Will Cairns: Decent gym facilities, wish the hours were expanded a bit. Very affordable and you get what you pay for.Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Leigh Kambanaros: Belgravia Management should start training the Staff and Life Savers to have Minimum Client Manners. What does Ian Thorpe think about this beautiful venue where Impolite and Not Trained People work every day ? Admin does not know basic stuff, you cannot ask them anything because they will not answer you. CLEANERS: why change rooms are always dirty? Why cannot this Aquatic Centre be maintained at Decent Levels of Hygiene? We think Belgravia Management does not offer enough and quality training for all staff employed. It is a shame having in view the infrastructure of this centre and the people’s money that contributes everyday to running it. Hoping for a better change and Sooner than Later. Please believe me, you don’t want me to post pictures with examples of mouldy showers and lack of basic hygiene in the changing rooms.

L S: 👎👎👎What ???The exceptional customer services ???Are you kidding meee ???The reality it's opposite than your comment. It's treating customer badly and slow respon.I have evidenceBy emailI asked how is my kid swim lessons progressed? No reply until now.. ( almost 1.5 month )I asked until 1.5 Years about how is my kid swim lesson progressed..No one It's answered. No recommended
Liliana Montero Florez: Visited on Weekday Wait time 30–60 min Reservation recommended Not sureMore
sadia afrin: One of the worse customer service some of the life guards do with guardian. They target specific people and made uncomfortable situations for them. Definitely they need some training to do well in how to do customer service.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Thi Nguyen: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended YesMore
Joseph McCarthy: Great learn to swim classes
G Z: My daughter has been swimming in this swimming pool for years. Generally good facility and friendly staff, but tonight I had one of my worst experience. Upon exiting the car park, the machine can’t read my parking ticket. So I pressed the help button and hoping they will let me out as the lift is broken and it’s quite a climb also the parking fee is only 3 dollars. But I was told by Jonko I have to go up and pay for the ticket as it’s their procedure they can’t just let me out. So I walked all the way up and paid my 3 dollars. Then just before I’m driving out. The driver in front of me also had problem with the machine, but was immediately let out by the female staff after pressing help. I asked her why this driver was let out, she stammered and told me that driver only had Amex which is clearly a lie. I have no problem walking all the steps and pay 3 dollars as it’s the procedure. And I also understand the staff sometimes let a customer out in some circumstances to make customers’ life easier. But I’m disgusted by how different staffs treat customers so differently!
Sarah YG: Think twice if you wanna sign up Learn to Swim as an adult.1. When I sign up the front desk staff did not inform me that the contract will roll over after the 6 payments, and they only send the contract to my email afterwards. In fact, even the staff are confused about the terms.2. Once a coach told all the members in an intermediate class we cannot swim and need to move to the beginner class after instructing us to swim non-stop on the deeper side of the pool.Plus her attitude is very bad and did not want to communicate properly; all she did was shaming and scolding us.3. The facilities do not look like they are maintained. The shower room doors have black stains (mold?) on them and they never get cleaned.4. The centre even charges for lockers and the free cubes are on the lowest level of the storages and one row only.
Graeme Mills: Good pool, best to get in early, if your an experienced swimmer you’ll need to stick to medium / fast lanes as too many floaters in the slow lane. Kids pool is good, good temp too, seems to attract grandparents though who mysteriously like to hover over the fountain jets.. anyway it’s a very well lit and ventilated space, the design promotes a really nice openness and it is actually quite pleasant. . Change rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. The cafe has been closed for a while now, would be great if they opened it, even if just for coffee and juice.Swimming programs are pretty decent, all the coaches we have had thus far for the kids- learn to swim and squads - have been great and I highly recommend them.On the admin side, not super responsive, I’ve tried calling a few times and just get a voicemail, email responses are not super great. Your best method is administer your account via the portal.
Carmen C: Nice local centre ,lovely staffs !
Tsuyoshi Fujii: Great for diving of the block or practising for the swimming carnival
Eli Sharp: I love swimming here. The pool is fantastic, the facilities are clean, the water is warm and the showers are hot, staff are friendly and welcoming, parking underground if needed and public transportation nearby. They can be a bit behind on maintenance sometimes with the sauna going down often but otherwise 5 stars
Aashish Patel: Good facilities and price.
Lin Ka: Pool facilities are good however, the provider they choose to use for baby swim lessons is horrible to deal with. I cannot recommend it to anyone, better you go to the private baby swim pools in the area. The knowledge of instructors varies greatly, some have clearly never thought babies before. It’s exactly the same activities every week unless a new instructor happens to run the class. Together with most parents from our group I have canceled but do their processes are so inefficient that nobody looks at the cancellation form which you need to submit online. Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere for swimming lessons, especially for babies.
Dan: Sauna, steam room, pools , lockers. Shop. Food. Hot showers. Everything you need for a good swim.
William Wang: Very clean pool with a gym.
Callum Brook: Simply the worst admin I have ever experienced or you could imagine.Zero stars.Expensive, no waiting list for kids lessons, unhelpful and inept.Only two kids can fit on a family membership.Strongly recommend using any other pool in Sydney.
swang fang: Friendly staff, not too crowded (max 4-5 ppl in one lane)
ALAN L: Want to give a thumbs up 👍🏻 to one of the front desk staff called Romina. Had a little incident few days ago. My 360 membership got cancel or deleted for no reason. The card didn’t work when I got there in the morning. But it was crazy busy at that moment. So went back after work to sort the card out.Romina reached out to assist me. She looked into the issue. She was very professional and sorted out my problem smoothly. She noted that I reached age of 55 and offered me the concession. I was to the moon and back.Top notch to Romina. Hope the pool can employ few more staff like that.Cheers, Alan

Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre: what do users think?
Philippe Bousquet: Great for kids and adults
houda alameddine: Refreshing views outdoor pool.freindly lifeguard .the area envirement found it very dry people they to smile and chill out.the coffe wasn't a great taste .also need to have a freindlier customer service. The pool in the morning most of it is empty find it rediculas that we cant swim till 11 30. Its winter we need indoor .
Tony M: A great swimming hole!
Serge Ozegovic: My 5 year and 7 year olds aren't allowed to play in the shallow pool without me being within arms reach ... literally. I am not allowed to sit down and maintain eye contact, instead I need to slowly pace around the pool, constantly getting splashed and being in the way. What kind of dumb rule is that??
Zahra: It’s very clean
MJiggly: I go here regularly. It's well priced with a variety of facilities to choose from. Often it could do with being cleaner, both in the pool and in the showers and toilets.
Glenn Skelton: Hi, many times before at 12:30 Friday the 21st I entered the reception to a rather large line. The ladies on the front desk are talking to customers and as I have a pass and without being rude and gently scanned the the card and went for the gate. PS I was happy and acknowledging people on the way through. Check your CCTV. The ladies at the front desk started screaming both together how rude I was and I was in to do that. I can't imagine what the purpose of having a passes is for if not to avoid long lines. The two ladies at the front desk screaming at me . I was so embarrassed and dumbfounded. I then went to the pool and asked at least 10 other swimmers what is a reaction was from the ladies at the front desk .not surprised to find that rude aggressive was the general reaction from the people I asked. I have heard similar events happen from friends of mine who go to the pool gym, but this is the first time that ever happened to me. I'll be ready next time with my camera and I will be posting it social media.Absolute terrible customer service and just disgusting to scream. Add another person like they did.
Stan Robson: Pool lessons for kids on Sundays
Aston Williams: Awesome place used to have a great time there in all the pools and the diving board until they closed it 😐
Mark Maguire: I’m learning to swim there. Love it. Love the staff.
No way myself: Another pool option in the inner west
david cook: Outdoor swimming and large menu...now that's how to spend a quick sunny morning
Andrew Atic: This is one of best aquatic centres. Love the set up of 3 outdoor and 3 indoor pools. Nicely set above the Parramatta river. Always have lovely summer days here.
Harry Sea: Wonderful & refreshing.
Rosemarie Musolino: Very disappointing two of my favorite classes have completely vanished from the gyms current timetable for no apparent reason very sad as I have enjoyed them immensely no one can explain why?
M K: The place is quite nice. Unfortunately impossible to get the kids into swim school here for 2 years in a row. Outside of swim school hours the individual pools are randomly closed or occupied for classes that are not advertised. You just have to show up and ask at the counter, noting that they don't always know what's going on because you've got to get in first and ask the supervisor.
Australialand_valentina: old Building. Very organised with lanes for everyone.
Jimz Au: Sad that the mushroom pool isn't always open...
Dominic G: I recently attended this venue as an out of area visitor. My review is aimed mainly at the service of the staff.I had some misunderstandings on the day regarding facility use and Paula and her team really made efforts not only to put up with my impatience with superb customer service but offer a solution for my problem with clarity and good will.Would be so great of more public centers were staffed with such good calibre customer service, will definitely return if ever in the area
Angie Kalinic: I come here every week at least once & order fish n chips formy kids everytime. Last week we found a short hair in our food (we all have long) so I took the box back politely to reveal the hair inside. The guy went to kitchen & returned saying that it "couldn't be them as his guy was wearing a hair net". Only thing is that when food was ready to collect, he had no hair net on. I am shocked that he refused to replace the fish and I had to waste my money & throw it away. Appaling customer service, especially for one working in hospitality.
Kylie Simpson: I’ve had a back injury that causes constant pain, and I’ve been coming here daily to use the hydrotherapy pool. This place is saving my sanity, the only time I am comfortable is in the pool. The staff are friendly and the facilities are great. Highly recommend if you are looking to get back into swimming or fitness. Kid friendly and a great location.

Victoria Park Pool: what do users think?
Albert de Boer: Great pool
Esme Sarah: One of my favourite places in the world! Such a beautiful, peaceful swim considering you’re in the middle of Sydney. Close to shopping and restaurants so you can swim and then head out for the day/evening. Plus the views are lovely!
Lachlan Forrest: 🏊‍♂️
Paul Foskett: Love this pool. No nonsence place for laps.
Jack Cullen: As a British tourist I just wanted to say thank you so much to this amazing pool. Its clean, affordable, laidback, the staff are super helpful and you can just pay in on the day with no fuss. A great place for a swim, a quick workout or some downtime with a book on the lawn. It was really encouraging to see the place getting into the Pride spirit as well - sport isn't the easiest sector to express LGBT support so it was really lovely to see - 💖🌈☀️
Peter Chapman: Very relaxing in centre of SYDNEY
No way myself: 🤩🤩🤩
S Kerr: The best pool in Syd
L Tautua: Sunday evening underwater rugby looks interesting.
Taz Beaumont: You have to go, beautiful atmosphere, water perfect
Dan S: Great spot to do some laps. Pool is always perfect temp. Nice grass to chill in the sun after
Desmond Last: I love swimming here but if take your children or are not a good swimmer then be aware that on two recent occasions the staff have not dealt promptly with anti-social behaviour.
M O: It was so nice to swim there. The temperature was good and also not crowded.Nice to swim and get some sun read book and go back to swim :) water was very clean so safe to swim. Plenty of showers are available
Luna Risiglione: Nice pool! Very clean and amazing staff.Enjoyed my swim and was lucky to come on an open day with free entry, smoothies and bbq!Shower cubicles would be nice though, it’s only open ones with a little privacy.
Kay TAN: If you work nearby, come for a swim. It is very convenient and only have a few people during after's "happy hour". 😆
Genevieve McFadden: really nice pool, and not too busy. good amenities and staff - average pricing for a swim (about 5 bux for a student)
Maggie Stein: Good service tasty food and coffee, reasonable prices too!
Jack Cutler: Rude staff and unclean facilities
Keith Harding: Excellent pool. Informal atmosphere, old school ambiance.
Colin Lowe: Beautiful outdoor pool with view of sydney cityscape.
Anuthutantrum: Lost a swimming race here, i will never go back.

Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool: what do users think?
Ian H: Excellent long course pool. The view is great and the facilities are clean. It’s a salt water pool, which is refreshing, but can be an adjustment if you’re not used to it. This pool is also popular, so be prepared to share a lane. If you’re an American, get ready to enjoy clockwise circle swimming. There is also a shallow splash pool for small kids. They also sell swimwear, googles, and some other equipment, so don’t fret if you don’t remember something.
No way myself: Definitely one of my favorite pools in Sydney! Amazing view👍🏾
Esme Sarah: Such a cool pool with views over the city and of the navy ships. Such a pleasant pace to swim!
Trevor Richmond: Good price for a fun swim. Very new very nice staff, great view. Take a walk in the garden get a swim in what a great evening.
Khalid M: This is a really pretty pool—right at the water’s edge, next to the botanical gardens, with great views. The water is clean and it wasn’t too busy in the mid morning. Unfortunately, the water was nauseatingly salty (this was definitely the saltiest pool I’ve ever swum in), making the swimming experience somewhat unpleasant. Great place to visit, but I’d probably choose a different pool if you’re looking for a good place to swim laps.
sarah taylor: Quintessential sydney
David G: Pool water is a bit dirty, male toilets smellCafe staff very ordinary not friendly
Food G: Pool is a great salt water outdoor pool. It does get busy after work.Beware: If you are driving and parking in the metered area, we advise you to take a photo of your ticket and get the e-receipt. We had been wrongly fined but luckily had taken a photo. The ticket meter doesnt print instead you link in to your number plate.
Travis Chambers: One of Sydney’s finest
Edward Henry: A swathe of rainbow flags does not disguise the increasing levels of aggression early morning swimmers are encountering in the lanes set aside for public lap swimmers. The perpetrators are invariably not regulars and the staff are unable to control what occurs in the water so those of us who choose to continue to patronise the place do so at our own risk. Telling someone who is concussed to report the incident to staff does not resolve the problem or even the individual incident. Boy Charlton might pride itself on being "gay-friendly" but it is certainly no longer friendly per se.
Alex Skorulis: Pool with a great view
Guillermo De Trápaga: Genial lo que hacen los australianos para mejorar la calidad de vida de su gente!
Logan Melville: The view of the battleships. Oh my lord.
maddymaddy21: Nice pool, great atmosphere, etc but a very arrogant male duty manager who works late shifts. The website says the place shuts at 8pm but we were asked to get out at the pool @7.45pm and got yelled by the Duty Manager because we were 5 mins late.Recommended Suggestions:1. Update the closing time on the website to 7.45pm2. Recruit a civilised Duty Manager & get rid of the current one (Or maybe send him on a customer service - training course).
Ray Hass: Such an amazing place for a swim!! The views are stunning, the people are friendly, and the salt water buoyancy makes you feel oh-so-fast…
Carlos Pereira: amazin placebeautiful viewwarm waternear museum, botanic park, opera house and confortable way for walking.
Tony Murphy: Nice meal and great view
Vadim Lisovoy: Fantastic outdoor swimming pool in Sydney's Woolloomooloo! Acid-salty water will keep you feeling the natural ocean swim experience! Recommend it for all outdoor swimming lovers!
PATRICK LOPEZ: Amazing pool, salt water and incredible view. Full of kids and families on weekends. Very busy.
Wensen Dong: Slightly dirty but overall friendly pool
James Boggs: A top class location, clean facilities, beautiful water quality and the perfect ambiance for relaxing and working out in the pool.

Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Trang Nguyen: Very nice and spacious. We love the spa, steam room and sauna.
Laurentiu Borcea: Well kept and maintained,Facilities are also good.
Nelson Su: Be careful when your kids swim in the indoor 25m pool. Recently there is a woman swimmer in the slow lane at around 12pm to 1:30pm on Saturdays. She targets Asian kids only. Yells at kids like "no jumping". Actually some kids just walk to the edge of the pool. She even talks to them separately like "the pool is not for kids" when kids are away from parents. The woman is about 55yo. She wears glasses and she is fat build. Her head keeps above the water when swimming. I and other parents complained about her to pool staffs but nothing changed.
Carlo Zambon: My favourite spot for a Sauna & Steamroom in Sydney. Brand new facility.
Mohammad Jarour: Gym is small but you can have a good workoutOne day access is about 20 AUD and ot does include the swimming pool
Michael Hanline: Great place to take the kids of all ages
Alistair CAMERON-STRANGE: For the past 3 weeks this pool has been unacceptably cold .Inquiry is met with " problems with the boiler " .Please get this sorted out .
阿飘: 有儿童泳池,好停车,还有健身房和餐厅
Chris Kirk: Great place, easy access and not overcrowded. Very enjoyable experience. Both indoor and outdoor pools are heated and the staff are lovely and very professional. The amenities are always clean. With a gym upstairs and a spa and sauna, it has all your needs covered.
Natalia Gubareva: Nice pool for little kids. I found the water was a bit cold but my son didn't seem to mind. I wish they let kids use the hot tub to warm up.
Ankur Sachdeva: Good for swimming, sauna, steam and Gym
Ted Lo: Well maintained and friendly staff.
Ben TNT: Overall great place for everyone. Been going there over 2years now. Gym facilities are good if you don't use the locker or shower, loads of classes to attend. Most of the electronic lockers are not working, water pressure so low that they are still fixing it. Indoor Swimming pool area is clean, don't be picky with the shower/ toilet because they do get used a lot while day. Outdoor area is lovely and setup is wonderful with Cafe area. Floor staffs at entrance and the indoor swimming pool areas are mostly young without much customer service training.
Bora Kender: Have been taking my 4 year old son to first laps lessons for well over 12 months here. He has made very little progress due to ongoing staff changes/ lack of staff/ lack of consistency. This is despite bringing this up with supervisors and management on a number of occasions. At $25 per lesson there has not been value and I have now ceased his enrolment. I understand there may be staff shortages however these should be notified. Overall it's been very disappointing.
Doris Wang: Excellent pools. Suitable for babies and children with 0.5m to 1 m pool. Clean and good water quality. It also has sauna, steam room and hot water pool.
Kny Tpf: Staff at all levels were pleasant and helpful. The swim lanes can be crowded depending on day and time of visit. Spa pool, sauna and steam room are excellent for after swim relaxation. Highly recommended.
Simon Grant: As an avid swimmer, I can proclaim that the outdoor 50-metre swimming pool at LCAC, is one of the best in Sydney. It rivals the one under Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the rock pool next to Bondi Beach. Yet, it is nowhere as busy as the afore-mentioned ones. It is clean and well-maintained. A hidden secret in the north shore for a great lap-swimming session.
Nicolette Thorpe: I attend aqua classes twice weekly to benefit my fitness and enjoy local friendships.
Helen Simpson: I really enjoy going to the Lane cove aquatic centre from the gym to the various gym classes, including Barre, Zumba and Pilates. Aqua aerobics is really popular and they put on extra classes as it’s a community gym which is great to see them focusing on keeping the community healthy. there is also brand-new outdoor 50 meter pool with grassy banks and in summer It’s a great place to spend the day and a great little cafe to catch up with friends after a swim. And with the parking opposite, it’s really easy to access. I feel very lucky we have this place in Lane Cove.
Rikarda Garlin: Great aquatic centre with large covered and uncovered pools. Great gym and classes. A bit of a hidden gem.
Daniel Min: Excellent service and facilities

Modsquad Swimming Lessons: what do users think?
Angela Hume: Update 2023My son is in stroke development and he is going so well in the squad swimming, classes, Christine is a great coach for for older kids.Highly recommend 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️Amazing instructor, after just four lessons my son's OT was happy to take a break, as long as he kept up his lessons.Swimming has really helped his core strength, Christine's approach is particularly good, because she focuses on teaching them to tread water first.
Libby: After two M. I. B swimming sessions with Christine our 3 year old is a different boy in the water! Christine has helped my son with mobility, independence and balance in the water, so I can teach him with confidence and skills. He was hesitant and not wanting to get in the water and is now like a fish in water! 😀 He can confidently balance in the water with minimal aid. It has been a huge transformation in only two lessons!! Thanks Christine.
Dijana Gramosli: My daughter started this term to modsquad and we are very happy with Stroke development sessions.I highly recommend this place .Christine is a great teacher and her teaching methods are effective
lila tsekas: My son just recently started swimming with Christine at Modsquad swim school, I’m highly impressed with how much he’s learnt in the stroke development class in the little time he’s been going, Keep up the good work !
Xueshun Zhang: Great swimming teacher for all levels students!
Natsu Higuchi: My son is in stroke development sessions and Christine is a very good teacher. Having a skilled and dedicated teacher like Christine can make a big difference in the progress and enjoyment of the sport.I wish we met her earlier and highly recommend her.
Nicole Van Althuis: I would have no hesitation in recommending Christine as a swim coach . My son is currently enrolled in the Stroke Development Classes and has improved with his swimming and stroke training I would not go anywhere else .
Paolita Sofia: My kids have both been swimming with Christine for the past two years and I cannot speak more highly of her. My son now does her stroke development classes and he has progressed a long way in a short time. She has taught them to have confidence and endurance in the water! Amazing!
Matt Tregear Slaney: Can not recommend Modsquad highly enough. Christine is so generous with her knowledge and time even giving me pointers on how to improve my daughter's swimming in our back yard pool while we waited for a spot at the swim school to become available 🙂 Since moving my daughter to Modsquad she has improved out of sight in such a short time !!! My daughter really looks forward to and enjoys her swimming lessons so much ! I definitely recommend the Modsquad team !!!
Bikash Chettri: Swimming instructors allowed our child to express himself while learning the skills at his pace. Timing was flexible and we were always accommodated based on our requirements. Christine was fabulous working with children and made the whole experience wholesome and enjoyable.
Sue Hamdoush: I have my 5 and 6 year old boys enrolled with Ms Christine at Modsquad Fitness First Rockdale. We have been through a few instructors at various pools and this has been by far thr most professional, caring, qualified and overall best we have had. Christine continues to go over and beyond with the boys, she adapts to the child's learning capabilities and I have seen great results from my confident swimmer and my sensory sensitive swimmer. Highly recommend Modsquad.
Maria Stivaktas: Highly recommend Mod squad swimming! Christine has been fantastic with my son, he is now not afraid to put his head under water!
Diala Barsoum: Christine is an incredible teacher. My son had not had lessons for over a year and was not confident with water safety or learning to stroke. In one term Christine taught him water safety, confidence in the pool, and learning to stroke correctly. I highly recommend Christine. Her one to one lessons are well worth it. My son has learnt so much.
John Yu: She's a great swimming coach ! Owen loves the swimming lessons ! Christine is the best of the best ! I highly recommend Christine !Owen has been with Christine for over 7 years now !
Saef Al Nazi: Great place to develop swimming skills. Does an exceptional job at stroke development. The facilities are pretty good too. Christine is extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.
Maria Martello: Christine is fantastic. I've finally found a professional swim instructor where I don't feel my money is being wasted. My son is finally on the way to correct swim strokes instead of spending the lesson chatting and playing with the other kids. Thanks a million Christine. I would definitely recommend Modsquad
Young Moon: Christine is one of a kind.We are so lucky to have her in our life. My son has a cerebral palsy and cannot stand nor walk. After my son sees her, he enjoys all the freedom in the water, which is so hard for him to do the same on the ground. One day she mentioned that she focuses on what the child can do not what he or she cannot do. I tend to see my son’s disability trying to protect from any risks but she opened my mind how important to find and improve what they can do better.Abled or disabled, all children will develop enormously not only their swimming skills but also their confidence in the water since she finds the way to improve each child. All her team members are professional and committed. Highly recommended!!!
Margaret Mauceri: Christine is very professional in her lessons and has a great approach to teaching the children stroke development. My daughter has improved her stroke development with the Stroke Development Squad at Modsquad. Highly recommended anyone looking for that personal attention and development with Squads.
Rodna Janeva: My 3.5 year old has had lessons with both Ruby and Edson. Both instructors are fantastic! More recently, my daughter has been swimming with Edson for the last 2 terms. He is very experienced and so patient and calm with her. Her water confidence and ability to swim with little to no floatation assistance has come a long way since we first joined a year ago. We trialled 2 other swim schools with 3-4 kids/class and a lot of waiting around in the pool for 5-7 mins of swimming a lesson. We now do one-on-one lessons with Edson and it is a solid 30 mins of swimming all dedicated to her. It is well worth the money and we highly recommend Modsquad!
David McAuley: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueChristine expertise in stroke improvement is impeccable. Christine has improved Chris's stroke and speed in all 4 strokes. Thanks to Christine Christopher is now a state level competitive swimmer.
Sang Le: Christine is very experienced. She noticed the mistakes in my daughter's swimming techniques right away. My daughter could only swim half the pool earlier, but can swim almost the whole pool now.

Aquabliss Seven Hills: what do users think?
Tariq Tajuddin: Non cooperative staff difficult to reschedule, limits on rescheduling to make sure people loose on classes
Matt Alan: Parking is absolutely impossible.Get there half an hour early and still can’t find a spot.
Ajay Manglik: Finding parking is very difficult
Joanna Preece: Aquabliss swim school is fantastic! The instructors are skilled and supportive and cater to each child's needs to build confidence. The supervisor Dale is lovely and knows every child by name. Thry constantly provide updates on progress of your child. Highly recommend 👌
kishore shet: Teachers are lovely. Kids really enjoy the water in summer and winter. I would happily recommend to other families with kids age 1-8 years.Great customer service and lovely/friendly supervision provided by Mrs Dale - thank you
Suman Patel: On our very first day with my baby’s class I am very disappointed with the behaviour of the instructor. My baby was very new to the environment so she needed comforting to settle since she was crying badly but the instructor was very rude with me. Babies will learn swimming eventually, it doesn’t have to be hard way. I believe in 1 step at a time. Doesn’t matter how good you are at you job you have to be kind first.
Heather Kimani: Highly recommend Aquabliss! The staff are absolutely amazing and I am beyond impressed with our experience. My daughter started 4 weeks ago and as soon as we entered Dale noticed that she was very nervous and stepped in to make my daughter feel comfortable. Dale was very patient and dedicated in assisting her to feel included and organised for coworker Emma to walk up and down the pool with her until she felt comfortable enough to participate. I was really impressed and appreciative of Dales support. I was originally sceptical due to my daughters fear and anxiety of the pool that she may not enjoy swimming lessons, however Aquabliss went above and beyond to provide the support needed to give her the confidence and she now absolutely loves attending her swimming lessons on Sunday mornings. William has also been extremely patient, kind and supportive, talking my daughter through the whole process of each class and providing the confidence she needs. Thank you Aquabliss! I am so grateful for your wonderfully dedicated team and a special big thank you to Dale, William and Emma 😄
Sami Khan: Awesome place, height of cricket nets are too low. Not good for flighting deliveries
Yogesh Shivaprasad: Nice place for kids to learn swimming. Sufficient parking onsite. Clean toilets and neat facility overall. Trainers do a good job !Update 26/3/21- With the re opening of other games like cricket, there is rarely any parking on site. You’ll have to end up parking on the road and taking the long walk.Would be good if parking is allowed in the rear “staff park” section which is usually empty.Update(7/10/22) : place is out of parking. Be prepared to walk a good 5 mins from the centre after parking way out on the road.
Steven Whichelo: Great place for kids swimming lessons. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
vikas lanjewar: Can be improved. More teachers required for adults lessons.
Radhika Chitnis: We would highly recommend Aquabliss Seven Hills for both kids and adults. The classes are well structured, staff are always helpful and professional. There is good oversight over children’s lessons and parents are provided regular updates about their progress.
Burhan Widjaja: Friendly staff. Excellent swimming instructors. My kids are happy swimming here. Highly recommended.
Simone Fisher: Excellent swimming school, highly recommend. Liam has been teaching my son for around a year and has worked miracles. He relates so well and really works with my son on his own level, fun and firm in exactly the right ratio.
Dee Lu: We have had a great experience at Seven Hills Aquabliss, the team have been super supportive & encouraging to build their confidence. Everyone is friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend!
Jenny Tran: Aquabliss has been the swim school for all our children and we can’t complain. Instructors are friendly, supervisors are proficient and receptionist staff are helpful. Kids are learning a great life skill and given constructive feedback to improve their technique and abilities.
Jai Kay: Amazing staff and great set up!Staff are qualified and always have on going training, but do seem to go through staff for some reason!
Leigh Ditu: Aquabliss Seven Hills has been my kids swim school for a few years now. The kids always love coming to swimming lessons as they learn from professional instructors and also have fun! Would happily recommend without hesitation.
Russell Edwards: Great centre, dedicated teachers..especially Cathy, Natasha and Carlina
Elvira Santiago: Instructors and other staff are all amazing!Keep it up👏👏👏
Renee HV: Great place my daughter has been swimming since 10months and absolutely loves it. All the staff are fantastic!

Duck and Dive Baby Swim School: what do users think?
Abby Flecknoe: Absolute 11/10 swim school for your kiddies… My near 3 year old daughter has been coming to weekly classes since 4 months old! My daughter has extreme confidence in and around the water and both her and I have made some wonderful friends along our journey. The above and beyond nature all the stuff have is incredible and have felt apart of their family since day 1. The structure of lessons is all about safety, fundamental skills, gradual learning and a whole lot of fun! For kids and parents!Barbara (owner) was our teacher and she has been incredible. I love that she and her husband (also owner) are in the pool as well. I’m saddened that I’ve had to get back into work and will have to find another school for times that suit our new schedule next term! But I’m here to preach loud and proud that this swim school is fantastic and don’t go anywhere else!!We love you duck and dive! We will miss you!
Janet Lee: Highly recommended! My daughter has attended swimming lessons at Duck and Dive Artarmon since she was 2.5 years and she has enjoyed every minute. It is with great regret that we won’t be attending this school anymore due to our weekday work commitments. My daughter has absolutely loved her lessons with Adam and her swimming has improved immensely over the last 6 months through their Learn to Swim program. She will no doubt really miss her classes with Adam but I am confident that the foundational skills she has developed will set her up for success in the future. Thank you Adam, Barbara and the Duck and Dive Team!
patti milfort: Grate and professional swimming lessons from 6weeks old we have bin apart of the Duck and Dive swim school and find it grate place to go and no more than 10 in 1 class for babys and 2 to 1 for kids, the pool is always SUPER CLEAN as its NOT A PUBLIC POOL always heated to 35 degrees and as a bonus every few months they do underwater photography bye professionals and i would highly recommend this to anyone grate start for any baby.
sanaZ hoss: We join the swimming classes when my daughter was 6 months old and now after 5 years we are stil going strong and doing weekly classes. Very organise, incridably clean and professional coaches. I m proud to recommend Duck and Dive to anyone who is looking for a swimming school for their precious little one.
D K: Loving Duck and Dive in Artarmon. Take my son weekly. Very private setting in a clean and heated pool. We have had Helen and Barbara as instructors and they are incredible. It’s such a well structured class with fun activities but incorporating essential swimming drills. Orlando has learnt so much already and we both look forward to it every week. Highly recommend to everyone. Thanks so much. Dave & Orlando
Amy McCorkindale: Both of our children have been through the program at Kogarah and we cannot rate it highly enough. Not only did they learn essential water skills but they had the best time doing so. Special shout out goes to Barb for always communicating well & never missing a beat, and their teacher Jaimi for making Sunday’s one of the highlights of our week.
Rachelle Johnston: Hands down the best swim school for babies & toddlers. My son has been attending since he was 12 weeks old and at 2.5 years is able to find and hold onto the wall himself, blow bubbles, flip in the water to breathe safely & jump into the water and climb back out. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the dedication of the Duck & Dive team to helping my son find confidence in the water, grow to love swimming & to find a class that suited his development stage & awake windows. It’s fantastic to find a swim school that balances safety & fun and this has enabled my son to learn important swim safety skills whilst having an absolute blast.
Nikolai Pitchforth: Our daughter loves coming each week and has gained enormous confidence in the water. Communication is great as is the facility.
Anoud Alfayez: Best
Juan Paulo Magpayo (JP): Brought our 4 month old here last October and it is probably the best quality time spent with mum and bub. He has learned and grown so much with the lessons! Amazingly knows how to submerge in the water no problems! Would recommend to anyone with a baby or even toddler.
Tara Gregory: The best swim school! Our little baby went to Duck and Dive and Barbara was an amazing teacher. Although only 4 months when he started he picked up skills quickly based on her teaching method. Everything from her teaching to the pool, change rooms, class sizes and age groups, parking and communication via an app was 5 star. We have since moved out of the area and tried other swim schools and none come close to how good Duck and Dive is.I would highly recommend enrolling your children here.
Jen Matsas: This is our third week of attending and my son is enjoying himself more and more each week. The swim instructors are friendly and flexible based on the child's temperament each lesson.I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Federico Sanchez: Great instructor! 100% recommended.
Steph Keith: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Eva Zhang: Positive:Communication,Quality
Ekaterina Revyakina: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueWe love duck and dive , very professional but also make sure the kids don’t feel too much pressure. My kid really enjoys the lessons.
Rachel Jane: Positive:Professionalism,QualityHave been taking my 20mth old son since he was 4mths old and he absolutely loves it! The class structure is great and the teaching staff are wonderful with the little ones.
Nicole Kanis: An excellent swim school for our baby and toddler! Both are improving with their confidence in the water and swim skills! Water (and centre) are warm and comfortable all year round, hygiene standards are exceptional.
Kate Li: Positive:Professionalism
Sophie Kennedy: We have been going to Duck and Dive Artarmon for about 1.5 years and the staff are beautiful, the classes are structured amazingly well and our son absolutely LOVES his weekly class (& so do I!). The progression in his learning is amazing in such a short period of time and these swimming classes are to thank for that. Safety and confidence in the water is SO important to us and D&D have us well on the track to having a confident little swimmer. Can’t recommend them highly enough. ❤️
Nina Moazami: I love the classes and the environment but I think there should be a better policy for makeup classes.i don't take my sick kid to the class to protect him and others in class.but I couldn't not use the makeup class if if it was during the last 2weeks of class which is not fair!I think we should have a buffer of makeup classes that could move to the next term so we don't loose money and class. This is happening to me for the past 3 terms and it's been bothering me
