Sydney Observatory: what do users think?
Juliana Bini: It was one of the most delightful experiences I had.The tour started outside the building with historic and environmental information. The flags used for communication, the meridian, the museum are amazing but nothing was better than watching the stars through the telescope!A plus for the enthusiasm of Gideon, our guide during the tour. His happiness was contagious!

Moony Dee: Loved the historical tour. Got to see both the new and old telescopes in action. Only slight downside was that it was a rather cloudy day on the day of visit so we werenโ€™t able to see much.Weather conditions will play a crucial factor in determining what you can see (if anything).
Cedar Nicol: It was closed but the grounds are stunning

Green Point Observatory: what do users think?
bev hart: Quite a pretty spot with good play area for the kids. Big drawback was the toilets were NOT open. I find this happens too often in public parks there is either NO TOILET or NOT OPEN if there are toilets. What do they expect the public to do. Councils should be fined if there is lack of facilities for use. THIS MADE THE PARK UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME.
Pat: Great community involvement. Looking forward to August weekend.
Ira: Great place for star gazing!
Just Julia: Great observatory and lovely staff!
Steve Wilson: Great community venue for the promotion of all things related to astronomy.
Carol Mcmillan: Good observatory, friendly and helpful people

ira Starr: Joined SASI a month ago here. Absolutely a fantastic place to view the stars hosted by experienced members. Great place to bring the family.
Stewart Robinson: Great experience
Tony Burke: Great time spent with the kids, it is expensive though if they have an organised event on
robin smith: Wonderful, saw the moon a cluster of stars and a few planets, great, a very family oriented evening.
Will Scott: The event they put on was family friendly, informative and fun.
Nick Exikanas: Fun night out and a great way to introduce kids to science and astronomy. Prices are fair. Wait times for the big telescope can be over an hour on open nights so get there early.
Alex Skorokhod: Nice pace. Kids loved it
Deb Hamwood: Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Two well-maintained telescopes. Great learning environment for kids. :)
Harry Harrison: Great facilities, and some really knowledgeable experts!
John Nikolaou: Very helpfull
Russ Hodges: Nice spot if not a little bright for an observatory.
Roland Elliott: Special event nights, great knowledgeable people on hand

Chloe: LIGHTSCAPE: Vivid Sydney.I highly recommend this having been to several light trails before. This one is great! Many people walk quickly, but to actually enjoy it, you should stop at each feature and watch/listen to the whole sequence. Took us (a couple) 1 hour 20 minutes. But there is food and drink along the way so this would add extra time. The lights have been created to fit within the garden landscape, and the music accompanying them really adds to the experience. Go on a weekday late evening for a more relaxed, quiet experience.
fateme ejaredar: A very nice place with the nicest people! The garden is very beautifully designed, with old trees, amazing pathways, etc.And the staff are lovely. We had lost our bag and they all helped us to find it, all the time being very kind and supportive.
Andre de Wet: Clean and well maintained with beautiful plants and walkways and iconic view across the harbour or the city skyskrapers. Take water and plan at least 90 minutes walk to enjoy it all.
Christoph B: Dieser Botanische Garten ist einer der besten die es gibt. Ganz klar 5 Sterne.
Bernd Schulze: Eine sehr gut gepflegte Oase der Ruhe mitten in Sydney. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Lee Yang: Good evening. I am most certain that this area is public land to be enjoyed by tax payers. It is unfortunate to see that you would find a way to price gouge members of the public to see a grand display of colourful lights which accurately involves a significant waste of electricity. The Lightscape event involved a walk which was nowhere near the 90 to 120 minute range. The ticketed event only took me and my colleague around 40 minutes to complete. We did take our time as we took around 300 photographs. Paying over $1 a minute for an event which should have been free in the first place is somewhat unconscionable. It does not inspire confidence that you and other affiliated groups can organise fair and reasonable priced (or hopefully free) events in the future.
Samson Tu: Nice expansive ground, relatively few explanatory info

Macquarie University Observatory: what do users think?
Mehrisa Ram: Great place to visit
Jav Jav: Very professional and helpful staff. They used telescopes and images and showed us a couple of galaxies and stars. The highlight of the session was when we saw the bands of Jupiter and Saturn's rings. Totally worth the money spent.
Dan Woodcock: Interesting experience, would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in learning about space.
Waqas Asad: Very nice and professional staff. They were helpful and answered all of the children questions. They have multiple telescopes that each point to different direction in the sky. Each had very good view of the stars and planets. They went out of the way to setup a dobsonian telescope and manually adjusted for us to see the Saturn. And all in just few minutes! Kids and I loved it. They had excellent photos of the deep space. Definitely a must go place and children will love it. Will definitely return this year when Jupiter's visible.
Nikhil Jain: Very knowledgeable and friendly crew. It was fun to see through the telescopes and learn about stars and universe. Make sure the weather is clear if you want to have the max fun.
Shalmalee Kapse: It's a beautiful observatory with a lot of telescopes and amazing volunteers. ๐Ÿ˜
Haris N: Amazing experience. Clear skies helped. Thumbs up.
Moyeen Kabir: We had a private session for an hour at the Macquarie Observatory for our cub pack. It was a fan and educational experience for the children. Guides were wonderful knowledgeable students from Macquarie Uni Astrophysics department. We will visit again.
Stephen Claxton: Great super nerd place: really enjoyed the astronomy nights and the opportunity to look through their telescopes and hear some great talks about the astounding way the universe developed.
Cameron Ward: Great facilities and friendly staff
Manuel Basiri: We had a great night with my son as part of 2nd Turramurra Scouts activities to visit the very tiny inflated planetarium they had prepared. Me and my son are both space lovers so we loved it very much despite the difficulty of sitting inside the half dome on ground. The presenters were beautiful people. I wish I had time to spend with them and learn from their science. Will go any other chance I get. Highly recommended.
Nahid Hasan Nayim: You can ask a lot of questions and know nire with qualified personnel
Jason Feng: Great campus and a good place watch the stars with the kids in the observatory.

Centre for Continuing Education - University of Sydney: what do users think?
Zoe Adams: Wish I had read the reviews before attendingโ€ฆ this was the worst up-skilling experience I have had. The teachers for each course were glamourised scammers, spouting harmful messages about โ€œpeople from concentration camps choosing to be victims when they could have made the most out of their livesโ€ and that the women in the class would have a hard time practising a speech that was written for men. There were also other things that came up and one of the two teachers was just completely incompetent. The fact that this is associated with the University of Sydney implies the people taking these classes are good at what they do or have some skill but after making a complaint I was told I wasnโ€™t eligible for compensation because they flicked through the slideshow and ticked the box. Would never ever ever go here and suggest everyone save their money.
Grechka Varenaya: BEWARE - awful customer service and TERRIBLE language coursesTake great care in purchasing anything from this centre as their insane cancellation policy is 24 hrs from date of purchase. A refund was refused even in the case of a serious health situation - absolutely zero compassion, disgusting and shameful. The Italian language course that I have done in the past was also absolutely awful - the teacher spoke English very badly and generally, the course was just all over the place, she was impossible to understand and follow, could not answer questions properly, I learned almost nothing (and I generally have no problems with learning). Stay away. Go to the Italian Institute to learn Italian.
Matt Rheuben: Joe Alvaro- rudest person I have ever been involved with.
Deborah Newington: Great course content and trainer. Convenient location, and a lovely lunch included.
Sami Smith: Had the worst experience of my life here, I went there for a company funded training course for SQL and the instructor had the worst attitude. Even though i told him at beginning that i have no experience in SQL but still he singled me out in class and constantly bombard me with humiliating lines like "you are slowing down the whole class" , "your peers are miles ahead of you" and the list is long he could have just ignored me and carry on with the class but he chose to humiliate me in front of whole class, will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone
Anne Gordon: They cancelled a course and refused to give me a full refund. I cannot recommend the CCE.
Eamon MacDermott: Have done multiple language courses through CCE and the customer service and the courses themselves are always top notch.
Kat JD: Please do not attend training here - not worth your money. The facilitation is mediocre and is extremely unorganised with materials not available until a day before the session and the facilitator does not follow the curriculum in order, nor finishing the course off in the specified time. No follow ups, nothing. This is specifically related to Business Writing Skills Course. They blamed COVID for this but unfortunately, it got worse. The facilitator even stated that a paying member 'was not there' for the session and was absent. This was not true as the member took photos at the time of the room etc. and thankfully showed proof that she was in attendance. After all of that, one can safely say this is not an institute worth of rolling out training as they even have the audacity to go against their word when they offered me a credit for the curriculum not being completed/facilitator being unorganised and now, they are saying that this credit is no longer available and it was never agreed too. Why would one lie about this and retract on their word?My advice, CCE it is not worth your money - find a professional institute with an organised team who can properly train and have respect for teaching.
Ariane Francesca Paguia: Good courses offered to gain continuous learning! I tried two couses: Data Visualisation & Story Telling and Business Analytics course, both are 8-hour course in 1 day. The facilitators have good real life example from field, and can let you appreciate the concepts better. It can help with personal growth and career improvement. I would highly recommend these courses.
sam heaton: I mistakenly selected a different date to the course on a drop down menu , so I missed it by accident, thinking it was still in the future. Their reminders went into my junk mail. Upon discovering I contacted them and asked to log in to a future zoom course, as I never accessed the first one, which they acknowledged. They told me they would just keep $1800.00 and not offer me the chance to log in to a future one. Morally bankrupt. Well done
At Home: The service here is appalling. Go and learn somewhere else and don't bother wasting your money at this rip off dodgy company.
Juan Too: I did the course - Scaled Agile Scrum Master (SSM) through CCE, last year. I thought that the quality is as good as any professional registered training organisation (RTO) in Sydney.I have recommended CCE to my family and workmates too and theyโ€™ve taken on a few Courses themselves already. The tuition fee is very โ€˜reasonable - definitely affordable! Unlike the RTOs in the City of Sydney which are at least twice the cost, CCE gives a fair price for their courses. For this, to me, CCE is a champion for new work starters, job searchers and new graduates.I am trying to do more IT and Management courses with CCE, this year 2019. I was also informed by CCE that, if someone have enrolled at least 5 times with them, then that person will be eligible for further discounts to any future courses. For these reasons, I give CCE - 5 stars. More power to you CCE
Lauren Lee: I have done two Adobe courses here and i absolutely loved them! The lecturer Anthony, knows his stuff, he is really organised and is very helpful!!!- i know InDesign and Adobe XD in detail now after one lesson!Fantastic teacher, would highly recommend him !!!
Wayne Smith: Very poor customer service.
james deng: they are the worst of worst, especially the google ads word course
F. Ward: I did a beginner's German language course here and I was very disappointed. Firstly there were 20 people in the course - which is just too many for a language class. Secondly despite being advertised as a complete beginners course, most of the other students enrolled had done German before, so they completely dominated group work and had no patience with any one who was a genuine beginner. The tutor was competent enough I guess, but as others have mentioned the CCE customer service either completely rude or non-existent. Once they have your money they don't care what kind of an experience you have.
Evelyn: Excellent.
Jade Blake: I am currently studying level 3 Spanish at CCE & wouldn't recommend doing language classes here. Although my level 1 teacher, Maria was an absolute gem & an amazing teacher who I learnt so much with, going up to level 2 & now level 3, I have had a bad experience. The teachers can barely speak a word of Spanish & think that by just speaking at you in Spanish for 2.5 hours, you will learn. In level 2, I wrote to the teacher asking if she could speak a bit more in English because it's too confusing & she responded 'it's inconvenient for me to speak in English'...I have tried asking for clarification on things & the teachers just say it in different ways but still only in Spanish simply because they don't know much English. Also the class I am currently in has no reception & there is no wifi access unless you're a student enrolled in the uni- it is ridiculous that in a room where you can't even use your phone for a Spanish to English dictionary you also have a teacher talking at you in a language you don't know. An appalling service offered by CCE & they don't have any power to do anything about this when you call to complain either.
J P: I've been learning mandarin through CCE. They did such a good job with the course. I'll continue to learn next semeser
Ricky Jin: I've been learning Mandarin at CCE. It's been excellent. The teacher is awesome and the course content is very useful. I'll continue for semesters to come.
Richard Donnelly: Excellent short courses for adult learning

Fizzics Education: what do users think?
Sherean Najdi: Although the content and programs offerred by this establishment appear to be amazing, the customer service experienced was rather appalling. I contacted the office today enquiring about a forensic lab workshop scheduled for the school holidays and asked if an exception could be made to consider my daughter aged 8 for the 10yr old class as she is a highly gifted student, astute and is always commended for her behaviour. More importantly she has a passion for Science and has participated in Mindquest and can tell you anything about cell biology to the arteries of the heart! The senior lady I spoke to was dismissive and ended the call abruptly. It is a shame that in the About Us section you seem to promote that you all have some sort of science exposure and were inquisitive since childhood and here is a prime example of a young gifted child who wants to participate and your staff rudely refused because they are programmed to say yes based on criteria being met rather than a passion to really make science touch the lives of children who think it matters!
Lisa Hunter: They run incursions for schools, preschools, vacation care programs too and science birthday parties too.
Colin Cook: My daughter attended a birthday party where one of your educators was providing the entertainment - I thoroughly enjoyed the whole afternoon and would not hesitate to recommend to others! The whole group of children (and adults) was spellbound by the experiments - impressive that you were able to hold the attention of 6-9 year olds for over an hour continuously!
Stella Lee: Really enjoyed the science workshop at Five Dock Library. It was informative and interactive. Thank you very much!
Ben Goldfinch: I highly recommend the adult science cocktail party for something a bit different, Quill and Russell were amazing everyone had a great time.
Rachel Hamilton: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueBrilliant birthday party! Great communication, the host was fantastic and well organised, she entertained and educated the kids. Even the adults had a ball! Will definitely be booking more parties!
Lisas CCakes: Excellent quality science parties and incursions. Fun and educational highly recommended!
Alan Patrick: The demonstrations and dynamic impact this company gives in its work at parties and corporate presentations is amazing. I saw the road safety education program to young children and they were captivated with the actual demonstrations. The hovercraft with a child on it in the classroom was unbelievable. Great job and thoroughly recommended.

Prateek Shukla: There are some great sections, and then there are some not so much. Kids may enjoy the exhibits on space and old trams, trains. Entry is free, and there are school tours often here. Guidance on exhibits can be better, and a map with the recommended path can help. A nice experience for may be 2 hours. Interactive sections on science, space, and old steam engines will keep kids happy.
David M: Fantastic displays of amazing things if youโ€™re into science, technology, engineering, etc. Great place for adults and kids alike.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No โ€ฆMore

F Liu: Great place to wander around, would like to see 14 day exhibitions to mix it up
Sam Silverman: AMAZING MUSEUM. Lots of antique steam engines and interactive displays. One of the best places I have seen for these.
Chris Ward: Absolutely great, brings back all those school trips, and now sharing it with my children, good to see that the Power House is expanding and not shining like most government run facilities.Visited on Weekend Wait time 1 hr+ โ€ฆMore
Hanna D: Although part of the museum is under construction there is plenty to see and no entry fee.
David caruzzo: Very very disappointed. In the middle of Sydney , powerhouse museum ? Was more of an art galley. Would search for a better museum than this .Sorry those that run this , but what is this place about .Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No โ€ฆMore
Joust Jonny: Came for the Darkfield experience, was a good time if not a short time. But it was great. And highly recommend it.

Prielle Betito: My partner and I love going to the acquarium! We go at least once every 6 months. I really recommend it if you're looking for a fun date idea, ALSO there is a penguin ride I didnt know about until our last visit. Definitely try spot it and go, it's free and runs through the penguin inclosure.Visited on Public holiday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No โ€ฆMore

Nat Moore: Visited the Sealife on Saturday. The ticketing system of 15 min intervals is a joke. As people have previously stated before, itโ€™s so jammed and crowed you could hardly move let alone see any fish. The tunnels for sharks was so jammed we was stuck on the ramp for over 40 mins just waiting to either see a shark or catch covid. The water was dirty and dead shark floating around. The whole aquarium was a shamble and toFind a staff member was near impossible. Some organisation needs to happen, and staff need to be present to usher people along.I understand itโ€™s a family attraction but prams being push around with no children yet take up so much space in a tight area is Pitful. Iโ€™d say save your $51 dollars an adult and go to see something else.this aquarium only wants money money money. RIP OFF
Sandy Hutchinson: Such a fun experience, great for all ages
