We ended up getting 3 pieces of what appeared to be mozzarella sticks?? The breading and cheese tasted stale like it’d been left out for a while. Hefty price tag of $26 bucks... The other dishes from the menu we saw at other tables looked good but it felt like they didn’t make an effort with this. The beers and pretzel were wonderful and service was great. Just felt let down by the main dish

Moravian pork is delicious, succulent, tender, and I could not complain. Pork belly is nice, juicy and tender. Large portion, generous amount of meals. Dark beer is absolutely yummy. Crumbed mushrooms need to be a bit more softened inside. Garlic soup is just so delicious, aromatic as well as potato pancakes. I can recommend it to anyone who likes Chez and Swiss cuisine.

Hugo Chan: Came in on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy around 1pm. The place is a bit of a walk from Central station but worth trying out!We ordered 2 servings of the Swiss Schnitzel (essentially very similar to a chicken parmigiana without the tomato sauce) which came with chips, sauerkraut and a gherkin aioli sauce. The sauce was definitely a banger and complemented the dish well and the schnitzel was really big (hand inserted for comparison).It was super tasty and one of the better schnitzel I've had to date. Nice interior decor and fast service too with friendly staff.

Divye Grover: I wish there was negative star rating for this review.Have been going to the courthouse for anzac day for 3 years now and I am pretty sure I need to find a new venue next year onwards as I wont be going back here EVER.Not one but most of the staff were extremely rude and racist including the manager wearing the yellow tshirt and the girl with the tattoos, they were completely uninterested and made us feel unwelcome. Spoiled the entire vibe and what should have been a lively and joyful day turned to the worst anzac day ever.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE! Its a shame this place wont be the same anymore.

I was going to order something small from the main menu but their Tuesday specials include a Burger (any burger from the menu) plus chips and a drink for $20. I couldn’t skip past it and glad I choose the burger. The chips were tasty and so was the burger than comes with 2 sauces. Customer service was also fantastic! The waitress at the food ordering counter was super nice and helpful, the guys bringing the drinks and lunches out were also champs bringing us extra cutlery and napkins etc. to our table. It was also toasty and warm in their undercover area - lunch was perfect!

Paul Ellercamp: Such a warm, authentic local pub. No pretensions but plenty of genuine style and quality. Such a contrast with the trendois chain pub just along the road. They even have an Irish publican who seems to have the staff as locally oriented as he is. The only problem with the Welcome is getting a table. It’s not big in the bar area and sometimes you need to be lucky. So good having a place like this within walking distance. Tables in the bistro can be easier, and a pleasant beer garden. The only thing they don’t have is an open fire on a cold winter Sunday.

Andy Wiersma: Popped in on a cold autumn night, 8pm or so with kids in tow … not sure what to expect after popping out of the lift onto floor #7, but it was a little bit magical. Service was outstandingly good (the kids were taken care of immediately), food (we shared the Caesar salad, pasta, chips, tacos, cauli & chicken bites and of course donut fries) were all excellent and came out quickly. 4.5 stars, could easily be 5 with a few craft beers on tap ;-) glad we ventured up the lift!
