Sridhar AK: BEWARE OF SURVEYS from Interactive Pty Ltd ( UTEST ) such a DODGY company, called for a 90 mins one to one survey and I have agreed for 90 mins but these cheaters don’t even inform the people about the extension of survey no matter how important personal work you have and made us to do double the time of work. Such a cheap unprofessional survey company which I ever experienced.

They never come to the meeting and people in the technical lead role don't do the necessary essentially technical things to investigate any simple issues. I have been watching them for the last few months and seeing it is their regular work TCS, such a sizeable technological organisation. Still, employees who work for the AUS company who work as contracted to other companies set such low standards and are just not fit to do the role.

Jiansheng Huang: My experience with this shop was terrible.My HP all-in-one computer was unable to boot up and was sent to ASB Computer Services for repairs. After a brief check, the shop owner took the job. He thought the hard drive could cause the problem and suggested to replace with a new one. After about one week, however, I was told through phone calls that the hard drive was okay but something else was the reason and he need open the computer to confirm. I was told, nevertheless, the screen could be broken because of a scratch on it. He blamed me for this dematage but was unable to explain why he couldn't point out this damatage earlier. Why didn't he express his worries about the scratch, or just decline our repairing request as the scratch was so obvious and replacing the hard drive would definitely need to open the computer???Suggested by NSW Fair Trading, I raised this issue to the NSW Tribunal. Because i missed the hearing session, this case was finally dismissed.My suggestion to all the future customers of this shop is that taking a photo of your computer in front of the shop staff when handing in it so as to save all possible troubles that I had experienced.
