Jennifer Smyth: Thank You Aus Cosmetics.I originally looked at several different manufacturers to partner with, but for me Aus Cosmetics stood out head and shoulders above the rest for a few reasons -They were happy to cater for smaller businesses and run smaller batches - this is important when there are so many variables which can affect the end result.Aus Cosmetic, in particular Sarah, have been extremely helpful in the quality assurance of my product and helping me to grow from a small scale operation into a much lager production.The final factor which was important to me was the privacy they provided. My formula is my IP, and with Aus Cosmetics this is protected. With other companies I did not get the same sense of security, respect or discretion. After working on my formulation for such a long time it was paramount for me to work with a company I could trust.I would recommend Aus Cosmetics who is looking for a cosmetics manufacturer.
Nobody Nobody: We contacted quite a few contract manufacturers in search of someone willing to help us manufacture our new oral care product.While many responded, only AUS Cosmetics was prepared to entertain our desire for a small initial production run. Being new to the industry and with a new product, we wanted a small production run to minimise financial losses in case we weren't successful.Our primary contact, Sarah, was extremely patient and helpful as we fine tuned our formula, weighed up product packaging options, compared production run costings and waited for suppliers to respond.The qualities which really stood out for us when dealing with AUS Cosmetics were their collaborative and straightforward approach. Janette Hateley: I’ve just received a beautiful boxed assortment for my birthday from my loving family. Although I havnt yet used it I’ve done a wee test on the back of my hand and sleepy body lotion smells and feels amazing . I’ll use all tonight and let ya know how I get on. Thankyou so much.. so as I said , I have used the Magic crystals shower scrub Amazingly peppermint body treatment , with a WOW factor. Also the Rose Jam shower gel , refreshingly happy . And finally Sleepy body lotion , a beautiful clean smooth lavender body cream . Who knew natural could be so great and so much pleasure. I slept soundly . Perfect
Jasmine Bee: If I could give zero stars to the Macquarie NSW store I would. You market yourself as an inclusive store yet this is not how you treat your customers. My friend and I went to your store and we were treated completely differently. They immediately greeted and offered her service (and other customers of Caucasian appearance) yet I was in there browsing for 5 minutes and not once was I greeted or approached. The difference between my friend and I? I am a person of colour and a minority. I am disgusted at the blatant discrimination shown by your Macquarie staff. Myself, my friends and family will no longer shop at your store, and I will be vocal about the lack of cultural inclusivity at your store. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Kim Li: I had been working at Lush factory for months in the last year. To be honest, the management is terrible as monoculturalism takes place there. Almost all permanent staff are from the same origin and they only let their friend or people with the same background turn from casual to full term. We reflected those problems in evaluation but there has no improvement.
