Our Cavoodle, Banksy, has become the centre of our world as she has the most loving and happy nature. Can not recommend Enigma and Pepita more highly!

She has been bred from amazing parents and her temperament is incredible. Pepita is a very skilled breeder and a lovely person. If you want a beautiful dog we cannot recommend Enigma highly enough.

Lorraine Backhouse: Amazing breeder who really cares about her puppies and their experience as newborn puppies. We bought the most gorgeous Spoodle is in perfect health and has the most adorable temperament. Pepita also is available if you have any questions once you get your pup home. You are also given a record of all treatments/vaccinations that puppy has had and what is required over the next year. Really cannot rate highly enough.

He gets so excited to go and absolutely loves Leanne and Michael, who have gone above and beyond to look after Max at day care / boarding. Also to give us advise on how best to train him. dean kolthek: My experience here from 3 visits has been horrible. The woman who owns this place was rude and arrogant to me. On two different occasions my dog came home with cuts from grooming. When I challenged the owner she said "oh yes, your dog has skin tags" which is just nonsense, they weren't there when we dropped our dog off, and our dog doesn't have them. One of the cuts to the loose skin at the top of her front leg was quite severe and took a long time to heal. On the last occasion I booked a grooming session I was told by her on the phone to bring my dog in by 10am. I arrived just before 10am. The owners husband couldn't find my booking, so called down the stairs to the owner who screamed up the stairs "I don't know anything about it, we can't take it". I said "that's the last time I'm coming here." She screamed up the stairs again "go then, we don't want your business".So, based on my experience I'd recommend staying away from Gorgeous Pets.W take our dog to Woof grooming in Rose Bay and love it.

Leisa Mikkelsen: I bought a Cavoodle puppy from Gorgeous Pets 4 months ago and have been taking her back there since then for day care and to get groomed. We are so happy with our puppy - she is beautiful, healthy and has a lovely temperament. The owner has been fantastic with answering all of our questions, is very knowledgeable about dogs and you can tell she is an animal lover! They do a beautiful job with the grooming and our puppy loves going there for day care. Highly recommend

Welcomed at the front door by friendly staff who immediately had a great re pour with my fury friend whom had been restless all morning.Wash and groom was purrfect (lol) and my fury friend was happy and settled upon pickup... In fact did not want to leave as he had made some great friends with the owners own happy and friendly rescue dogs.Top service and friendly staff... pleasure to use again in future and recommend to other new first timers needing to trust their animal with good reliable people in an established reputable business.Thanks Leeanne and your kind staff for taking such good care of us.

Jennifer Tringas: RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECIEVED!I am not one to write a review but I called gorgeous pets to see if they had availability for my dog. On their website it states it’s best to call. Obviously not. Call if you want to be hung up on!The lady who answered the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever had a phone call with in my life. I asked a simple question “do you only cater to smaller dogs?” as she kept asking if my dog was small. This led to her legitimately screaming at me for asking a SIMPLE QUESTION! She then hung up on me. I am in shock. DISGUSTING! She does not deserve business the way she talks to customers. If you read previous reviews RUDENESS is always an issue.
Vanessa McDonald: Gorgeous Pets is awesome. I took both my long coat chihuahuas there for the first time today and I thrilled with the result. Leanne knows her stuff when it comes to caring for pets and, offers a 'nursery' for the little doggies so they are separate to the big dogs which I love. I appreciated knowing my pets were in a safe environment because all dogs must have proof of vaccination before you drop them off for their groom. The team at gorgeous pets are super passionate and I can't recommend this business highly enough! Ziggy, Pippa and I will be back! Thanks Leanne for a great experience!!

Definitely her favourite days, and days with me simply don't compare! She gets so much love and care from Michael and Leanne, I always relax knowing she has a wonderful day with them. I rang up this morning asking about the prices and the owner told me she’s charging our dog $90. I told her that it is very high and she told me that it is rude that I asked about that. I feel as a customer you have the right to ask about the price changes. She told me that I was rude and to go some where else .
Google User: We absolutely love Goegeous Pets and have recommended to many! Franklin our miniature dachshund went to Gorgeous Pets since he was a puppy. Leanne and Michael (owners) are so wonderful to deal with, friendly, professional and extremely flexible... Franklin became part of the Goegeous Pets family and loved going to daycare & spending the occasional nights when needed. Zak: Do not use online service! Placed an order for animal food on a Wednesday morning. As of the following Tuesday afternoon, the food has not arrived.Called to speak to Kellyville Pets and they pointed to FAQs and washed their hands off it. Asked for compensation in the form of points or promo food to address the anguish and was told they will not do anything. In response, I said I would not shop there again, having been a 10 year customer. I was told that was okay. So this is how much Kellyville Pets cares about their customers and animals. Sham.

She did not pressure us into a purchase but when we had made our choice she ensure we had all the necessities to get him home safely and in to an environment he would be happy. The staff here care that all pets going to their forever home will be well looked after.Recommend anyone buying a pet goes here. Kylee Pace: Today I was disgusted of been treated like a child and tried to be educated by a young lady on how to take care of a guniea pig . The worse part was the fact we had to show proof of where we will be leaving the guniea pig, had to buy their pet food, had to buy their pet carriers home. I found this as a money make scheme. I find this a terrible experience and feel that other customer's need to know what to expect when purchasing from there.Will not be going back there anymore and rather give my business to a smaller business not this money hungry place.
