Ara Malkonyan: Great farm to take the kids around
Natashia Sebby: Such a great day out with the little ones. They got an opportunity to interact, learn and touch the animals. Good facilities and lots of spaces to sit. Central play area was a great way to break up the activities. I was pleasantly surprised at the food from the cafe. It’s was very fresh and tasty.
John Harlow: Great day or half day out especially if you have young ones who love to get up close to all the animals. Our little one loved the animal patting and the tractor ride.Onsite cafe is reasonably priced and there are plenty and tables for a picnic lunch.Advice to get there early on the weekend before it gets too busy.
Anthony Chong: Nice city farm! Get to interact with kangaroos and koalas...
Jasmin Keick: What a wonderful day out! My little girl absolutely loved it - especially the nursery and getting to pet the sheep and goats. The tractor ride was fun too.
Raza Miah: Was not open nothing much to see

Dhawal Parikh: If you've got young ones and a couple of hours to spare, this is a must see place. The folks are amazing, the animals are friendly and the kids will just love being with them. My 2 and 9 year old girls just loved the few hours we spent here.
Kim: Nice little farm, good for a day out with kids. It's well maintained but small and I don't think it was worth the hefty admission fee. The cafe is great though, great service and good fast food.
Henrik Nygaard: Fint med søde guider. Det virker som et sted for skoleelever. Der mangler lidt autentisk sjæl, og liv. Det var et okay besøg.
Kat A: Overpriced and nothing changed much kids like it so gave it 3 stars
Greg Franks: It was a very pleasant day
Mark: Was great to see the animals just disappointed that the train was full but no complaints
Kaz: Wasn't crowded, nice exhibits for kids. Some areas difficult for wheelchair access, dirt/mud or uneven. But overall enjoyed the day. The food from the cafe was good too

Charlotte Edelman: I couldn’t have more positive things to say about Golden Ridge. We booked them to come for my daughters 3rd birthday party at our house. The process was incredibly seamless and the end result, extraordinary. I wasn’t sure how the kids would respond to the animals but they LOVED them and were engaged the entire 2 hours we had the party. Charlie was a fantastic handler and we were so appreciative of her making such an effort to make sure all the children had turns, especially with the baby chicks and ducks. Thank you Golden Ridge, you’re a credit to yourself and your animals are clearly very happy and well looked after!
Samuel Davis: Great fun for the kids. Petting, feeding & milking. Pony rides too. They loved it.
Pamela S: Amazing place to visit with younger children. Had an absolute ball!
Jenny Armas: Gorgeous place to visit. Loved petting the baby animals. If possible, I recommend visiting outside of weekends/holidays as we had almost the whole farm to ourselves.
Nick Coulogeorgiou: Great farm with great staff!
Yuliya Gorshechnikova: Good place to spend some time with kids
Kristen melvin: amazing highly recommend
Enrico Loubser: Great day out. A little on the expensive side however very well organised, clean with animals well looked after.
L: Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Kids loved all the interactions with the animals. Thanks!
Rebecca Costa: Went to Golden Ridge Farm for the Easter Egg Hunt & Farm Visit. We had a really brilliant time! It was all so well organised, the egg hunt had plenty of eggs for the kids to find and they won a show bag at the end with fun goodies. The kids could interact with all the animals - touch them, feed them and hold them. There’s a kiosk on site for coffees and light lunch. Great day out!
Georgia Coul: We have been two years in a row for the Golden Ridge Animal Farm annual Easter Egg Hunt! The day is well organised where you move through the different parts of the farm and the children participate in a wide range of experiences! Staff are friendly and engaging, but best of all our daughter had so much fun. We will be back again!
William: Nice place for baby
Kathrina Safron: Visited Golden Ridge Animal Farm on a weekday morning for the second time now. Not too crowded which was nice.My daughter and her friends (aged between 2yrs and 4 yrs) had a blast! They didn’t want to leave. Not an incredibly large farm so you should be able to get through it within 1.5 hrs to 2 hours easy.Staff were lovely, farm was clean, good selection of animals and loved that we could have a cuddle with some baby chicks, ducklings and a guinea pig.Definitely recommend purchasing a bucket of feed at the entrance as you enter. The kids found feeding the goats pretty fun.Parking was really good too and there’s a clean toilet onsite.Recommend visiting if your looking for something a little different to do.
Ethan “Giant potato”: Fun for the family, 25 per person.
Hemachandran Panicker (Hem): It's a cute little farm. Just a few notes.. don't go right in and do your thing. You could miss out on the scheduled petting session. The staff are very accommodating and kind. The only other thing I wanna point out is that some of the signs were wrong. Maybe they changed the animals or something... Example: what was marked 'rabbit' was not rabbit, they looked like hamsters..
N S: It was a fun place to be with a two year old. There were few animals in the shed like cow for milking, lambs and sheep's to pat and feed. 15 mins session to pat and play with Ginny pig, a couple of chicks & ducklings and a rabbit. An extra charge for a pony ride and a feeding bucket for goats , sheep's and llama. Overall it was a small farm so it wasn't tiring with a toddler.
Toni Smith: A fun day for young children but could do with a revamp.
Shefali Bansal: We enjoyed our day at the farm. Superb place for kids.
Richard McGee: Great experience here. Lots of hand on interactivity and friendly staff
Chris K: Nice quaint area to take the family
Wang Rong, Paul: Except the counter staff, the other staffs are not friendly at all. One staff showed us angry when it was not our mistake. I would not visit again.

Traci Miles: It breaks my heart to only give Farmhouse 3 stars. When we went here 7 years ago, we felt very lucky to get a reservation! We happened to get the only 2 seats at the window separated from the single large dining table. It was a wonderful evening & we believe it would have been a great evening whether we had sat at the window or at the large table. We have also told other friends & family about this place and they have also gone and had good experiences. We also felt lucky this visit that we were able to get a reservation but last night was a very different experience and it made us sad. When we arrived we noticed immediately that there were tables lined up outside. The tables were either 2 or 4 seaters for up to 16 people. The 2 window seats we had sat at on our original visit were blocked by one of the outside tables and they had wine bottles also lining the window ledge so those seats clearly weren’t an option. The original long table was still inside the restaurant. When we arrived there was one couple already seated plus a lady sitting alone at the outside tables. When we checked in, we were told we could pick whatever table we wanted of the remaining 4 options on the sidewalk. I made a slight disappointed look and the hostess/waitress said “it’s good weather, outside is nice ok. And the nail salon will be closed in 30 minutes so those lights will go off and it will be dark then” Honestly, It was clear to us that outside was their preferred option for us and we just assumed that maybe they have a larger group coming for the inside table so we just selected our seat and went with it.There were only two - 2 seater tables for us to choose from although there was the single female at a 4 seater and another empty 4 seater but we assumed as a 2 person reservation we needed to select one of the 2 seater tables available. The result was that my husband faced directly into the nail salon. He got to watch a couple women get their toes done. I “fortunately” faced the street but that wasn’t anywhere near the ambience of sitting in the restaurant watching & experiencing all the going on’s of a restaurant. The most disappointing part of it was that later we realized that the inside table was completely empty. They chose to put all of us on the sidewalk. My husband ended up being the only one who faced directly into the nail salon because when the next couple arrived, they offered for them to sit at a 4 seater table and both sit on the same side facing the street with the nail salon behind them. I wish we had been offered that was option. We definitely would have selected that on our arrival. The nail salon turned it’s light off exactly one hour from our reservation time rather than the 30 minutes advertised to us when we were seated. The charm of this restaurant is not only the good food but it’s the cute space, the long table, the little counter, the feeling of being right in the hustle of the preparations, etc. We originally thought that maybe they were trying to recover from covid money loss by booking more seatings and taking advantage of the sidewalk but that wasn’t the case. They chose to seat everyone outside and no one inside. When I asked why no one was seated inside, I half expected them to say it was due to covid and no one was ever seated inside due to covid concerns but that’s not what she said. Her response was “we asked everyone and they chose to sit outside”. I can’t speak for how the others were asked this option but we weren’t really asked. It was clear to us that our seats were outside. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. It was our last night in Sydney and there are so many wonderful restaurants in Sydney so we were really bummed that we had chosen this one. Our waitress was nice, the food was good and beautifully presented but it is a totally different experience than what we signed up for. I am writing this review so that others can be aware of the changes that have been made so they are informed before making a reservation. I gave it 3 star though because the food and service both were good.
Junggie: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Mikhail Pardisian: Made a reservation for the set menu for two. Cozy and warm atmosphere, reminded me of the dishes and fine rustic restaurants of New Zealand. A very strong menu selection for the autumn month. Only minor fault out of our amazing overall experience was the small portion sizes. Staff were warm and friendly. Looking forward to booking again.
Laura: Best restaurant in Sydney
Chris Lay: Second visit here and it is still outstanding. Love the food, the staff and the place. Worth every dollar and then some. Top notch!
Rathasart Cherkong: Good service. They do only set menu
Samantha Feeley: Absolute favourite restaurant in Sydney. My partner and I have been here 6-7 times over the past few years and we've never had a bad meal.Reliable and simple food, done very well. The wine list is great, service is outstanding. Cannot fault anything. The concept is really interesting too because half of the menu changes every 2 weeks and so you get a different menu every month, this dynamic menu keeps us coming back for more, and you'll rarely eat the same thing twice. Mike and the team do an excellent job putting so much creativity into the ever-changing menu.
F. Mahoney: Just go! The food is fantastic, as are the people. A really special place, not your usual restaurant but so much better.
Ryan Leng: Understated, complex, inventive. We were fortunate to find a last minute reservation for the second sitting on a wonderful, warm, Saturday evening. The four of us all agreed that it was one of the best meals of our lives. The wine pairings were unique and delicious. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. The value for money is out of this world. Thanks to the owner and his team for an amazing first night in Sydney. We can’t wait to visit the city again so we can dine there again.
Henry OBrien: We’ve eaten here 5 times I believe. Every time it has been five stars.Dietary restrictions: Excellent with dietarys.
Nat Pree: Absolutely outstanding - delicious, local, sustainable fine dining without any pretence or fuss. Friendly and informal, yet also entirely professional. We had a fantastic meal and were treated with consideration and courtesy. Highly recommended!
Keith: Awesome dining experience!Delicious set menu and exceptional friendly service from Carol.Lovely Al fresco seating in a great location.Thank you, we will return.
손한나: 정말 완벽한 식사였습니다. 특히 디저트로 나온 바나나/커피/마카다미아가 정말 천상의 맛이였어요. 저는 이 디저트에 빠져서 수영하고 싶습니다.
Kittens B: This place is incredible. The staff are so kind and the food (especially the lamb) is to top notch. We had to wait a day to dine here due to the once in a decade cold but it was more than worth it. No place I would rather get warm at after visiting the monkeys!
Kim Hollis: Lovely evening and delicious food. Service is prompt and their all really knowledgeable about wines and menu.Highly recommend when you’re looking for comforting food, relaxed dining experience and good wine list.I personally love the set menu style they do - check out their insta as they change it up each week.
Chantelle eve: Amazing experience would definitely recommend for a special occasion! :)
Anna O'Keeffe: Recently booked dinner here for my husband's 40th with a group of 17. It was absolutely perfect. Having private dining and service was excellent. It was all very easy to organise with Mike, everything was done in advance so very little to think about on the night expect to enjoy the evening. Mike and his team were very happy to accommodate any special requests. The food was tasty and plentiful. Thanks guys for a great night. Definitely recommend if you are looking for private dining party experience.
Valerie Jacquard: So goooood ! The food is amazing, so tasty with very good quality products. The service is so nice, organised and friendly. The terrace is cosy and can be used all over the year. Make sure you book in advance because the number of spots available is very limited. The set menu is really worth the money.I will come back.

Nick Fletcher: I'm a parent at the school - our kids love it. Incredible teachers, inspirational environment that fosters inquiry and learning and a great set of kids.
Suzanne Lyle: The purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an open one, the teachers at Farmhouse Montessori are committed to this and the school and display such attitudes as being proud of the school they all work in and an interest in the future of our students. They all show a passion and dedication and commitment to increase the enjoyment of all students under their supervision.
Tanya Natalie: What an inspiring school. The teachers here are lovely and I love the Montessori method, it's so inspiring. Great to see the kids really loving the learning experience.
gavin mccormack: The school offers an authentic Montessori education for children between 2-12 years of age. 'Educating the whole child' is what they pledge and this is certainly true of their educational philosophy and methodology.
