Le Cordon Bleu Australia (Sydney): what do users think?
Jorge Botero: Best
cindy fransisca: Student service not helpful
Georgiana Burungiu: I just finished my year with LCB...i had a great time and learned so many things!Staff goes all in for their students..especially the chefs!!!Highly recommend this culinary school!
jeufjc ehrhd: 졸업생입니다. 제발 돈 버리지마세요
Simon K: Lovely people can’t fault them.
ELM Ford: Terrific experience for both the customer and the students here. A great way to interact and amazing food. Presentation is exceptional.
Mickael P.: The coffee maker is very friendly and always smile and nice with everyone.I put a 2** for the price and quality product. It is Tafe it should be cheaper than anywhere else. They put the coffee from $3 to $3.50 it is 16.66% of increase ! It is not the best coffee either. That is unacceptable. You have to go out of Tafe to get a $2 coffee at Top Ryde. That put the students at risks in crossing the main roads.# stop crazy inflation now.
Karina Bright: Positive:Quality,Value
Edgar Nolan Antoniius: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Bella Tung: delicious food and great service
Trang Nguyen: All LCB student service is the worst service, no help at all ( as they always said we here to help) and so in responsive, all the things they can help student is to ask student contact another department when any issues happended or have to book appointment online first ( and appointment always take 2-3 days to reply so what the point they are here to help.I have completed Advanced diploma, there is no problems for me in cooking. However, i suggest everyone do not choose LCb for any advanced study rather than cooking if you aready completed any study ( degree, bachelor, master) before. What the point spending 6 hours in school study 2 subjects and you are required to do assignment at school, you cannot leave earlier. For me, its ridiculous, we all not children need someone to observe while we doing assignment, and all assignment need to be 100% correct which is no mistakes ( not like degree you can be D, HD,C or F). For examples, if you have just only 1 wrong question, you have to come to school in another resubmission day to fix just only 1 question.I have one subject which is transferred credit, but i only have approval for that when i finished payment for upcoming term and LCb did not guide me how to take my money back until the end of term. i have to write email to Financial department asking about my money. This is unacceptable, I feel like this school trying to take money as much as they can, no responsibility to give me back money.
황준성: 이 학교 정말 좋아요힘듥얽욝 괅젥 넑묽 많앍욝
fitness kings: I have to ask a question plz tell if I applied for studies and got refusal sooo how much fees you refund me
Hùng Anh: Not so good LCB
Raja08 Paramasivam: Chirog SoodA student of yours working with me in Rydges Hotel, North Sydney. He ate my chicken What I cooked on Friday the 31st May. I started cooking at 1.30pm on 31st and ended up at 2.30pm. He ate it and said that By 3.30pm he got Food poisoning. I would like to know is that he taught about food poisoning happen in one hour. I studied in India cullinary if food poisoning happens after 3 hours.I just would like to know Which is true. Is he been taught this way. Also I had that chicken on friday and saturday 1st june. Nothing happened to me.
Leo Sommerich: I have been there many times. The students all seem very talented & professional in both waiting & preparing outstanding meals. The presentation, quality & flavour are excellent, an amazing experience of fine dining at an affordable price in a great dining environment! It is a credit to the teaching staff & the management!
minh duc: The place for education without support. They just focus how can hold you back and make you pay more. Teacher unprofessional and alot of trouble for the student service .
Mr DJ: I regret choosing Le Cordon Bleu Sydney to learn how to cook. It’s only been a few days since the course started and I wish I hadn’t made this stupid huge mistake. Not everyone goes to the school to be a chef, some people including me do so as to enjoy cooking more as a hobby which is what I personally think the LCB staff should be aware of. It was the third day yesterday and I’ve completely lost all my interest in cooking.I heard LCB would teach you from basic how to cut stuff to superior and were beginner-friendly which was the main reason why I picked this one but you know what? It was false information. If you insist rushing beginners to memorise all the different kinds of ways to cut veggies in a 2 hour long demo class and then expecting them to do exactly what the chef did in the previous class the same day without help is LCB’s way of teaching, then I have no words. Plus, aren’t the people that are so called teachers supposed to “help” students when they have difficulty? Most of the chefs (teachers) would just be like, “Did you not pay attention to the demo class? You should know how to do it,” “Well look at the pictures you took in Demo class,” and then just walk away. What is the point in paying $60,000+ dollars when there is no difference between learning by watching Youtube videos and attending the expensive school? The school rules are ridiculous as well. The most stupid thing out of all is there’s so many assessments and if you fail twice, you pay a lot of amount to re-take the same course or something like that. Seems like it’s very easy to take money from students. The chefs won’t allow you to be in classes either if your uniforms are not ironed and always say they’re so strict so we can get used to the real kitchen environment but it’s not really convincing. You don’t pay your job the ridiculous amount, do you?Every day since day 1, I’ve been thinking to myself I should’ve listened to those who said “do not go to LCB”and I didn’t take the advice and that resulted in a waste of my time.Honestly, stress and anxiety are the only things I’ve got from the school experience so far. A couple of months of my life has been wasted by the mistake I’ve made but it was a good lesson because at least now I know the importance of listening to others sometimes.I’ve already made up my mind that I’m changing to a different school, so good luck with your decision if you have included this school as an option for your cookery journey because you’ll need it.
Local Guide Remediator: Just tried the Degustation dinner at the restaurant with friends. $65 each. We enjoyed all the meals with the soup being the most popular. Looking at the reviews it appears the identical menu is still being serviced 2 years later. If it is your first visit the entry is via Parkes St and drive all the way to the top back building and restaurant is on level 4.

This is also a great gift option!!
Vaness Blank: This a great cooking class that I would highly recommend! Our class was cooking like a Parisian. Our instructor, Jodie was excellent, guiding us through techniques and the process of making the dishes not found in books. The skills took us through the preparation, the process of putting the dishes together, and special cooking techniques. The food was delicious! The course gave me the confidence to cook the dishes, which I have since replicated, and the results were superb! The school facilities are number one, with great high-end equipment. A great class for budding chefs, and a wonderful experience to share, as I did with my grandson. At the end of thec cooking session we all sat down to enjoy the dishes we had just cooked. Sydney Cooking School: what do users think?
Alex Reeman-Clark: An amazing experience doing the very vegetarian class here. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend the school and this class.
Susan Hughes: Had an amazing time at our Thai Cooking Class - the attention to detail with everything was very impressive - learned a lot about Thai cooking and all the little tips. Well organised, quality of ingredients first grade, all in all very impressive, looking forward to doing another class in the future
Denby Liddelow: I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour vegetarian cooking class run by Paul who is a very knowledgeable chef and an excellent teacher. All 9 participants clearly had fun and learned a lot through working with Paul to create several really delicious dishes. We were all able to taste the creations towards the end of the class and the wine provided to accompany was a nice touch. I have no hesitation in recommending the class.
Andrew M: Such a great day.Paul really knows his stuff. Friendly, informative and open for questions. Learnt so much.
Peter Colless: Just did the Middle Eastern Banquet class and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Paul was absolutely brilliant. patiently guiding the class as we stepped through each dish, with lots of QnA along the way. I learnt so much! Topped off at the end as the class sat down to enjoy the amazing food we had just created, with a glass of wine and lots of fun banter. Can’t wait to do the Spanish paella & tapas course. Thanks Paul and team for a great night.Peter.
Rowena Frith: We enjoyed our BBQ class so much! Really knowledgeable and flavours incredible.
Iyad Almadi: I recently had the pleasure of attending a Middle Eastern/BBQ cooking class and I must say it was an incredible experience. Chef Paul, our instructor, was a true master of his craft and his passion for cooking was palpable from the moment we walked into the kitchen. The class was well-organized and started with an introduction to Middle Eastern cuisine and BBQ techniques. Chef Paul took the time to explain the history and cultural significance of the dishes we were preparing, which added an extra layer of depth to the cooking experience. As we began to cook, Chef Paul guided us through each step, sharing tips and tricks along the way. The recipes were both traditional and innovative, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and spices. One of the highlights of the class was watching Chef Paul demonstrate his expertise with the grill. He showed us how to properly prepare the grill, control the temperature, and cook meat and vegetables to perfection. His attention to detail was impressive and it really made a difference in the final product. In the end, we enjoyed a delicious meal together, sharing our creations and swapping cooking stories. It was a truly unforgettable experience and one that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves Middle Eastern cuisine and BBQ.
Bruce Lobelson: Did the “Curry Creations” class on Tues 21st Feb 2023. Wonderful experience, great food, and a top drop to help wash it down. Highly recommended.Bruce LobelsonBronte

Violet Roumeliotis: We recently redeemed a gift voucher for a BBQ Seafood class at the Sydney Cooking School and what a fabulous class it was!! Not only the exceptional talents of Paul a talented and seasoned chef who instructed but the whole experience- a small class, great environment and multiple skills gained ) very hands on) in shucking oysters, knowing how to prepare cook and serve scollops , squid, whole fish, accompanying salads, vegetables and the most important ingredients and where to buy them and detailed recipes distributed to each participant. We ate as we cooked and had a glass or two of wine as the 3 hours class progressed. Others there had also attended the School’s other classes and spoke very highly of them too. Highly recommend the Sydney Cooking School- we will certainly be back and also buying lots of gift vouchers for our family and friends! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏽
Lisa Green: We did the seafood BBQ yesterday with some friends and it was very fun and also full of information. Recipes approachable for a home cook! Highly recommend**update** our Australia Day spread included several dishes from the class cooked at home on normal grilling equipment - everything turned out great! Highly transferable for actual home cooks.

The chef was very professional and answered any questions we had. After cooking we got to sit down and enjoy the 3 course meal which included a cheese soufflé, lamb and ratatouille and chocolate fondant. We loved it so much we are already thinking of going again or gifting to experience to friends. Highly recommend!
Phil: We went to sydney cooking school for a French styled class and found that it was amazing! We cooked a 3 course meal which was fantastic from start to finish.Paul the chef who ran the class was top shelf. Sydney Seafood School: what do users think?
Paul Wan: I took part in the chilli crab cooking class in this school last night with a friend. The experience far far exceeded my expectation. The quality of the teaching, facilities, and cooking ingredients were all of the highest standard. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of preparing the dishes in a team and the dining experience afterwards. It was a fun night.I want to thank the organisers and staff for their generosity. It was a cooking class done with a heart.
Claire Ward: An awesome night out. Fun, easy to follow, great food and Joel Bennetts was unreal.
Michelle C-T: Our second time to the Seafood School (this time cooking Middle Eastern fare). From the demonstration, to the hands on cooking session to the dining experience, it was fun and a great way to meet new people and have a great healthy meal at the same time. Fiona and Jen were lovely hosts who were attentive and knowledgable. We walked away at the end of the night feeling satiated and keen to try the recipes at home.
Victoria Baronet: I bought a voucher for a cooking class for my husband and it was awesome. The instructors were informative and fun and then we got to enjoy the dishes we cooked for lunch. Definitely recommend!!
Steve Lochan: Expensive but good
Stu White: Fabulous experience at Seafood Cooking School - Danielle Alvarez was so generous with her time and shared some super helpful cooking secrets whilst the Seafood School team were amazing. Ice cold drinks and canapes to start, followed by the cooking demonstration and then into the kitchen to make and cook your meal before sitting down to eat and enjoy the company of new friends was just fantastic. I did this over twenty years ago with our team of florists as a team building exercise which was great. Doing the class with my daughter was even better. Really well run and a professional experience from start to finish. And getting to cooking and eat a top class restaurant meal with no washing up totally completes the experience. 5 stars easy!
Jay: I was surprised at the focus on alcohol. During the lecture at the beginning speaking to food prep and cooking two jokes about alcohol, children in the class drinking alcohol as soon as they turn 18 (which is really weird for me when adults encourage children to start drinking as soon as they turn 18) and the whole exercise experience being benefited my grog.Lastly when you sat down white and red wine where placed on out table without asking three times by different staff.I was in a group of young couple (in 20s) with older couple.
Barbara Marinakis: The kids sushi making class was outstanding. From the second the kids were greeted by the staff, as a parent, I knew the kids were looked after. The inclusivity and hands on experience the kids received, was a credit to the staff who cared, and knew to work with children. My kids had never done anything like this in the past and they were beaming with excitement afterwards. The produce and facilities were excellent. Well done! We will be back!
Brittany Smith: Wonderful class with Sean Conolley learning about using the whole kingfish. Very insightful, engaging lesson, plus fun cooking and DELICIOUS to eat. A great way to spend my Saturday. Thank you Sydney Seafood School.
Adrian Kwa: Sydney seafood school invited me to a Sea Urchin cooking class on the weekend. What an amazing experience. We were warmly greeted with a glass of champagne and sea urchin canapes then we had a classroom session where Alex from the Sydney Fish Market taught us about the invasive species of purple spine sea urchin along the NSW coastline. We then had a demonstration of how to make sea urchin egg custards, sea urchin butter and fettuccine carbonara with urchins. I joined with 4 other friends at a cooking bench and made those dishes. We had a great time and enjoyed a nice meal together. Staff were very helpful and ready to help us with any questions. inspired to cook these at home. A great bonding experience for all and we got to keep our aprons and recipes. Fantastic. I'm going to check out their many other courses too
Annabel Lemmey: Great hands-on experience! Learnt valuable seafood cooking tips & loved being able to indulge in the food and wine after!
Little Bay Landscapes: we had our classes cancelled with covid and since then i have tried to rebook 3 times with no response.
dan Bell: I am really happy with Sydney seafood and the way they communicated with me and their support.
Bill Peck: Did the BBQ seafood course. Great presentation and communication - lots of tips. And cooking experience was fantastic - well laid out and very professionally organised - and yes, our lunch was excellent!
Graham Birch: Home Recipe Kits are fun, delicious and very good value.
Nathalie Frilay: It was a fun experience. You learn a lot about new cooking techniques and ingredients. The facilitator is friendly and professional. The cooking equipment are Masterchef level. The facilities are very clean and modern. It is very nicely decorated. Great night out.
Brenda Morrison: A group of 22 of us attended the Ralph So evening. Everyone had a brilliant night and would highly recommend it. Huge thank you so Shiona, Amelia, and the floor team. Great job!
Geoff Burch: Great event. Met new people, cooked and ate fabulous food. Well organised. Come hungry 😋
David Stafford: Just to add... had a great response from Roberta manager from the school. Well done Roberta for interacting and giving great customer service. Will definitely take you up on your offer👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼To add: we visited the second time around on the 2/11/2019 and had a wonderful experience. Many thanks you were awesome 👏🏼
Brigid Evans: A really well-set up cooking class. Fun way to spend time with friends, and you get to eat it
Cass: Fantastic experience, highly recommend, purchased a voucher for my partner and I for Singaporean Chilli Crab class, we had to reschedule 3 times, they were flexible.

Tetsuya's Restaurant: what do users think?
Barefoot Centipede: The culinary experience in SydneyIn a very elegant setting (House 🏠 and garden) in the city centreFood on offer is superb and original as Japanese with a strong influence from FranceDo not hesitate to try the excellent choice of sake on offerService is impeccable and friendly
Elijah Chetwynd: Best dining ever
melzy phan: Super delicious. Highly recommend adding the oyster add on.Every single dish is 10/10. The salmon was to die for.Worth the money!
P Tham: Have been wanting to go to Tetsuya for a while and finally went there for my birthday celebration. As my wife is pregnant, we didn't go for the oyster addition in the menu but we saw many tables had it. My wife also had the sashimi changed for something else as she wanted to avoid raw food, and the replacement dish was exquisite. It's hard to pick which of the dishes we like best, they were all great. The service was also friendly and attentive.Only small downside is that the bathroom looks a bit aged but it's very clean.Overall, it's a fantastic dining experience and truly lived up to its reputation as one of the great restaurants in Sydney.
Patricia Garcia: Great food, great ambience, great service!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Wine Pairing …More
James Cerven: You can see why it’s an institution. Ambiance, personality all complement the food. As close to a ryokan meal as you can get here in Sydney I think.
優美川瀬: 和久田哲也、料理マスターズシルバー
Anastassia Gerakas: A Swan song to a Sydney dining scene institution. Food was as good as you could imagine. After years of wanting to get here, this place definitely lived up to its reputation. I can't remember when I had a more faultless degustation dinner! From the very first course, everything was perfectly seasoned, perfectly paired and prepared. The signature dish of trout and the abalone were our favourites, but the dessert course of white chocolate with yuzu will be the one dancing on my tastebuds for a very long time with its perfect Sour sweet combination of flavours. When Tetsuya moves to its new home we will come to celebrate the new chapter, wherever and whenever that may be. But for now thank you for the memories.
Vanessa E: Beautiful food and friendly staff. The location is a hidden oasis in the middle of sprawling Sydney.
Jonathan Dalglish: Exquisite.
Tim Foote: They’ve still got it, after faithfully delivering exceptional cuisine & service for decades
felix Lev: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Jon Magro: Been wanting to dine at Tetsuya's for many years after hearing all the hype about the venue. We have dined in many restaurants some exclusive some just local to the area, so really wanted to experience Tetsuya's.My partner booked us a table for my birthday dinner.Honestly i left Tetsuya's highly disappointed and actually felt ripped off.I understand its a high end degustation restaurant but don't understand the hype. The staff were robotic and shared no emotions.Whilst the food was tasty and well presented it wasnt worth anywhere near $300pp.I ordered a Asahi beer which was served from a bottle and was charged $14.My partner was recommended a glass of wine to pair with the Lamb, the glass of wine was charged at $45.Overall it felt like i was just lining some rich guys pocket....not an experience i will cherish.
Adrian Lim: Great food, ambience and service for the evening.
Rachel OGrady: Loved this place! The staff are amazing. I also loved the restaurants timeless interior that overlooked the Japanese style garden - so classy. Some dishes that were a highlight for me were the oysters, the tuna, and the abalone. That truffle butter served with the bread is awesome as well! Surprisingly, I wasn't a big fan of the famous ocean trout dish, presentation was gorgeous though.
Feroz S: Perfect service & a lot of detail given to our halal dietary requirements. Amazing Japanese food- on par to what I’ve had in some of the best places in Japan.
Pimalyn: Great experience! We had course menu with wine pairings. Food was okay. Service was amazing
Jess Milton: The quality of the food was incredible, the flavour balances of every dish worked so so well. I wouldn’t say it is a Japanese menu, there’s definitely Japanese inspiration. The scallops and wagyu were phenomenalRecommended dishes Wine Pairing, Patagonian Toothfish, Wagyu …More
Randy Chua: phenomenal.
El Aitch: Managed to get a booking at Tetsuya before they moved locations. Really enjoyed the beautiful garden view. The food was very well presented and a delightful experience for the taste buds. The sitting was a little longer than we'd hoped (3.5hrs) with a bit too much time between each course. The service was friendly but it did feel a little not genuine. But overall, it was a decent experience and I'm glad we got to try it.
Myst: 4.5 starsTetsuya is a notable resturant that everyone knows for fine fusion Japanese cuisine. It takes almost half a year to get into this establismenent. Given such high astute reputuation, the review is held at higher level accordingly.Decor: Mesmerising. Soaked in with nature.Food: The signature dish is exquisite. My only disappointment was with the squid pasta with rice. Not a 5 star star, sub par, only thing that kept it somewhat alive were those fingerlimes. If it were replaced with the tooth fish or the tuna dish - I'd said 5/5 mind blowing dishes.Parking: plenty on site, which is rare for city resturantsService: you are served by multiple people - as far as the previous reviews go in regards to this - it's mixed indeed. Some were wonderful, kind, professional and then there was 1 person who was curt and perhaps slightly condescending.Price: subjective

It was simple to arrange and the chef on the night was fantastic; sharing her passion, keeping us entertained and improving all of our cooking skills along the way. And thanks again for delivering the class with such knowledge, skill, charm and humour. Everyone had a blast.Feedback: Victor was (as always) charming, personable, crystal clear, and effortlessly skilled. The instructions were easy to follow, the ingredients fresh and abundant, and the finished dishes were simply delicious. Charlie and Dom were blown away by how good it all tasted, and by the fact they had prepared and cooked everything! Jim was (as always) friendly, funny, helpful and super efficient at preventing the mess that might otherwise have eventuated! It could not have been any better. (Except to have had Simon there as well!)Thanks and much love,Freddy
Stuart Budd: The team at Victors food are experts in everything they do. From the communication, professionalism, understanding of the brief, venue search and execution of the event. Perfect for our team and very well received. Thanks guys
Sarah Fava: An outstanding team building day. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Lauren Kinsela: We had a lovely time with Victor's Food. Was a great team-building event and the Chef's were amazing!
Robin Jerome: Great company event, everyone loved it, chefs were amazing, passionate and interactive. Highly recommend.
Mehtab Ahmad: A wonderful day-Victor was the perfect host, the recipes were pitched at the right level and it was tremendous fun

Bo: Loved Victors Cooking Class! Very engaging with the team. We have had Victor both in person and virtually ad both were just as good. Would Definitely Recommend for any team building or corporate event!
Deborah Wills: We had a small corporate group join Victors Food for a Malaysian cooking class with Wanitha. It exceeded our expectations! Victors quick organisation for our last minute booking was greatly appreciated. And our tutor Wanitha was IMPECCABLE! We didn’t just get taught great skills in the kitchen, we received warmth with Wanitha’s welcoming and fun (and funny!) personality, stories, and a background and culture of where our cuisine came from. It was a well rounded education and so much fun! We left absolutely stuffed full of the most amazing food. Thank you so much Victor and Wanitha. We’ll definitely be back ASAP. X
Jan W: A fabulous way to share a belated milestone birthday with friends (theirs not mine). Great dishes that we can all make at home to impress ourselves and our friends. Victor shares a bit of history, background and paces the class well. And looked after my dietary challenge beautifully. What a feast we shared. Highly recommended to share with family or friends.
Mark Schroeder: I did an online cookery class - great fun, easy to follow - even for me! And delicious :) recommended
Claudia: An absolutely incredible experience learning from and cooking with Victor and Juanita. Their energy and love and appreciation for food as an art was infectious. Coming from a person with almost no culinary knowledge or confidence, they made me feel like a rockstar learning even the most basic skills. They were entertaining, insightful and so supportive. Could not recommend highly enough. Bring anyone you know, friends, family and colleagues! When they say ‘Anyone can cook’, you definitely can once you’ve learned from the best.
Karen Stapleton: A great Vietnamese cooking class. I learnt how to chop using a knife like a chef. All sorts of wonderful new fresh herbs. A great menu that we prepared and cooked. A fabulous feast at the end with a glass of wine and lots of love and laughter. I have attended cooking classes throughout the world, from Italy to Bangkok and many others , and this is one of the best around. What a great day!
Blair Palese: Fantastic afternoon learning to cook wonderful Vietnam-ezy with the delightful chef and teacher Wanitha Tanasingam. Just loved it - and most of all eating it! Great fun for all in a stunning location. Fun, learned a lot and will be back for other classes!
Ruby Carter: I had a great time, cooking amazing food, I would recommend this to everyone thanks
Yenny Sukiman: Great team building event as it is not only cooking but also ticks all the boxes: help break down barriers in communication, reinforce the value of having fun in the workplace, provides the opportunity to learn about each other and grow respect for each other in a non-threatening and fun environment etc. VictorsFood is surely the one to be chosen.
Lishi Huang: Our team had a fantastic time at our cooking class. Victor and Juanita were consummate hosts and made the class fun and entertaining. We really enjoyed learning new techniques and working together on each dish. The food was delicious. (To the point that I could hardly believe it was cooked by us!) Highly recommend VictorsFood for team events.
Oier Ruiz Trevino: I hired VictorsFood for an online cooking class for my company, Adobe, during this COVID lockdown. It was absolutely fantastic! The chefs were energetic, passionate and they were really good at answering all questions. Alternatives where always provided when there were dietary restrictions or people were missing some ingredients. The recipes were delicious and fairly easy to follow. They made sure we had some left overs for the next day.If you are looking at online events to engage and build your team, look no further. Victor and his team are the ones!Below are some photos of the dishes produced by my team.
Jennifer Mulveny: What a great way to bring together team members for an amazing cooking class! I was surprised at how easily we could bond via Zoom over drinks and mixing ingredients. It was a blast. Had enough for leftovers too! Thanks Victor'sFood!

Jen: Came here for Eleven Madison Park pop up dining and seriously the menu exceeded our expectations for a plant based menu! Everything was so delicious with explosions of flavours and with the right balance too! Jimmy Liang: Came with a group of friends for a dinner a few months ago. Service was attentive and flawless. We were floored by the quality of the dishes served. Expect an a la carte experience at a reasonable price point. Their menus do change seasonally, however if you do see the wagyu tartare with caviar on the appetiser menu again do yourself a favour by ordering it. A friend suggested to get their mashed potatoes and it was textbook. Reminded me of my childhood. Simply one of the best experiences I have had at a dining establishment, and I will be coming back in the near future.

Marianne: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aria Restaurant and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the elegant ambiance to the impeccable service and, of course, the phenomenal food, Aria exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The sleek and modern decor, combined with soft lighting, created a sophisticated yet cozy setting that set the stage for a memorable evening. The staff at Aria deserves special mention. Their attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding. From the moment we were seated, we were promptly attended to by a knowledgeable and friendly server who guided us through the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The entire team worked seamlessly together, ensuring that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Now, let's talk about the food. Aria's menu showcases a diverse range of culinary delights, with a strong emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Each dish we ordered was a masterpiece in its own right, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite.In addition to the outstanding food and service, Aria also boasts an impressive wine list and a knowledgeable sommelier who can guide you through the extensive selection. The attention to detail in all aspects of the dining experience truly sets Aria apart. While Aria may be on the higher end of the price spectrum, it is undoubtedly worth every penny for the quality and experience you receive. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to treat yourself to an unforgettable meal, Aria Restaurant is an absolute must-visit.Overall, my experience at Aria Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and an inviting atmosphere makes Aria a standout dining destination. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

Sunny Kwon: To commemorate our 16th wedding anniversary, we decided to visit the place. The food was average, and the service was subpar. We had to wait excessively long for our food, and even though our drinks were empty, they were not refilled. The staff members were not particularly friendly, and it seemed like there weren't enough of them considering the number of guests. The tables were also placed too close together, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Jeffrey Kennedy: The, honestly, most perfect dining experience I have ever had.Mikaela, you are a gem, the knowledgeable Somelier as a performance artist.I do not say this in any way to disparage or denigrate your knowledge or the selection of premium wines to accompany the tasting menu. The thought, time, presentation, into the little things not always noticed, staff ratio, quality of glasses, plates, service, let alone the menu and preparation.I can't fault anything, and I'm not joking. Without parallel, it is the best dining experience I have ever had.Thank you.You have made my trip to Sydney more than worthwhile. Equal to spending time with an overseas friend, my visit from Adelaide has been made perfect by spending Saturday night at Aria.Thank you again
Benjamin Smith: Really exceptional food. Great unpretentious service. Lovely view. Can't fault it!
Mark Joscelyne: Last night my wife and I were fortunate enough to dine at Aria in the company of Matt Moran and Gordon Ramsay. The wait staff, food selection, ambiance and vibe was world class. I decided to do the wine paring and for someone that knows the globalwine scene quite well, I was particularly impressed with our sommelier Vikki. Her knowledge and understanding of wine was outstanding and this really helped turn a great night into an absolutely incredible evening. To the whole team at Aria, I take my hat off to you all for a night I’ll remember for a long time.
Cariane Beslic: In 2019, November 1st my husband and myself had our first date in Aria, the food, the waiters, the wine selection and food were amazing. On Anzac Day (25/04/2023) we had our baby daughter and we named her Aria because of the amazing date night we had in the restaurant and she is the most gorgeous girl ever! Can wait to take her there one day ❤️
Christopher Watterson: Absolutely amazing food and staff.
Margarita Pavlova: Definitely 5 star experience and that includes every aspect: food, wine list, service, atmosphere.

Best Restaurants of Australia: what do users think?
Danielle Watts: Gift cards hardly accepted anywhere, nothing within a 100km radius of where I live. The website is deceiving and makes you believe when you buy a gift card that it is accepted at the restaurants on the website. It’s not until I emailed them that you have to select a filter to show accepting restaurants which is nothing but pizza capers (within a 100km of where I live), who wants to spend $100 at a fast food restaurant (no offence to them). When I asked for a refund of the card because it’s not as they portrayed it to be they simply sent me their website directory and said I can buy wine with it if that doesn’t suit (not a wine drinker either).Would not recommend purchasing a gift card from this website, instead go directly to the restaurant.
Debendro Nath Mallick: Location very beautiful. Management very fine and supply good food.

William Blue Dining: what do users think?
Liberal Arts: This was my favorite restaurant in Sydney and I am so sorry to hear that they are closed.
phillip bross: Sad to see this restaurant close due to lease finishing. First class on every way.
Tracey: Service was excellent unfortunately food was a huge disappointment. Mashed sweet potato with cherry tomatoes and undercooked whole onions alongside lacklustre steak. Even the bread roll was a fail that badly needed salt. Manager knows the food is subpar hence why he never asked if we enjoyed the meal.
Daniel Guthrie: A delightful dining experience indeed. First class service and food.
Warren Hau: A very lovely restaurant with very good service. The waiters are students but they do an amazing job in making you feel comfortable. The food service was great, very nicely presented and serving portions were reasonable.Definitely feels like 5* star dining experience but not quite there yet.Price was a bit high but that's expected considering the location.
FPV: Amazing 3-course fine dining dinner for under $50 per person. Food was really good and the restaurant was beautiful. Can’t fault anything!
Margaret Smee: Great experience, perfect food and wonderful staff. Can’t wait to go again.
bernard chee: William blue dining is a casual student run dining restaurant. Experience lovely friendly service & yummylicious 3 course menu from the training students here.Love the aesthetic cool white set-up, nice background music making it a great place for a meal.Come with an open mind & leave satisfied.
Nicole Nardi: We had a great dinner here.Food was great, I loved the oysters and the ceviche.Lucy took good care of us and we will definitely be back
Sophie Gardner: Wonderful food, highly recommend the oysters, steak and soup. Polenta is also delicious
Julie Houser: This was my husbands and my second visit to William Blue Dining. As the first time, dinner was absolutely perfect. Service was great, our waitress Janna was friendly and amazing and we have no doubt that at one day the students at this restaurant can make up the absolute top of Australia's hospitality scene. We can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience, for a lower cost, and who are looking for exceptional service.
John Craddock: Delicious and large servings. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.
DJ Seo: Booked a table several weeks ago. Got confirmations multiple times even yesterday. Came to the restaurant today with my family but it’s closed. Such a terrible experience. No one answered the phone
A: My partner decided to surprise me and bring me here for my birthday just recently. I knew what I was getting into and I was not dissappointed coming out by the end of the night! Food was divine, Ambience was relaxing and calm and despite it being a very quiet evening everything flowed smoothly as it should. The staff were very attentive and informative which is highly appreciated. Overall great service and food!
Wayne O'Mara: Equal to the best 3 star rated restaurant in Sydney
Don Lan: Được bạn bè review quán ăn ở đây rất ngon. Nhưng đã không thể ăn. Hẹn dịp sau sẽ ghé.31.05.2019(16:00)
Lucia L: Its a training restaurant but with an amazing service. Fantastic food. It was my husband's bday. They placed us to a nice spot and at the end when we ordered a cake they surprised us with a little candle in it.
Kristeena Schell: Very nice place, lovely food and Lance was our very nice waiter ..
Lina Tj: Dined here 5 years ago, the food and service were amazing. However went back tonight and was disappointed with the service and the food. We ordered canadian scallops as the entree and some of the scallops were still cold. We decided to just eat without making big fuss about it. Then came the main meal which was the snapper ,i ended up returning it to the kitchen after a few bites as it was still raw inside. 10 mins later, to my surprise the same fish that i sent back was served instead of giving me a new fish. To make the matter worse, i could tell that they stuck the whole plate in the oven to re-cook the fish including all the vegies and sauce. No restaurants would have done this . It was my first time experiencing this. I then had to ask to speak to the manager to ask for a new meal. Which she was unwillingly comply with my request for new meal.
Parker Holland: Had an amazing meal. Our entrees were amazing, and the dessert was even better.
Anne Peyton: We were absolutely delighted to have found this wonderful restaurant in the rocks staffed by hospitality students. The food was excellent, I can highly recommend the lamb, beautifully cooked and presented and the whole experience made even better with our lovely waitress Amy. The prices are so reasonable, we were very impressed with the quality of the food and the presentation. The ambience is lovely, the restaurant was originally Rockpool by Neil Perry. Well done to all the students and their supervisors, we’ll definitely be returning to this beautiful restaurant.

Alvaro Cervera: Amazing environment and views, where we enjoyed one of the best degustation menus that we have tried in Australia. We chose the 8 course meal and I tried the Sommeliers pairing, which was excellent. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. We were lucky to enjoy a beautiful view of the Opera, with the light and drone show. I really recommend the experience.
Meatball Wanzi: Too salty too oily. This is the worst restaurant I've been to in a long, long time. Every dish is either too buttery, salty or oil. Even someone like me that enjoys eating butter by itself can't stand how oily the food is.Food: 5/1|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/4 …More
Wayne Rockall: It is one of the best dining experiences ever. Remarkable degustation dishes beautifully crafted, wonderfully presented and explained. The food was excellent, as was the wine. matt t: Great experience
Lucas echeverri: Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5 stars)I recently dined at Quay Restaurant in Sydney and had a memorable experience. While the food was good, it didn't quite reach the level of excellence I was expecting. The standout aspect of the evening was definitely the exceptional service, which deserves high praise. We opted for the 6-course menu with the Quay pairing wine, and I must say that the wines served were delightful. Each wine was carefully selected and perfectly complemented the dishes. The sommelier's expertise was evident, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall dining experience. The service provided at Quay was truly outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and took great care in explaining each dish and its ingredients. Their attention to detail was commendable, ensuring that every guest felt well taken care of throughout the evening. From start to finish, the service was top-notch.One aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the portion sizes. They were incredibly small, even for a fine dining experience. While I understand the focus on quality over quantity, I felt that the portions could have been a bit more substantial to justify the price tag. Nevertheless, the flavors and presentation of the dishes were impressive, showcasing the culinary skills of the chefs.Quay Restaurant is undeniably on the pricier side, considering the portions you receive. However, the exceptional service and the overall dining experience make it worth a visit. If you're looking for a memorable evening with top-notch service and a good selection of wines, Quay Restaurant is a great choice.
Alexander Terp: Came on mother's day, Quay gave our mom a champagne glass to celebrate (made it pretty clear it was free), but then asked if the rest of us would join in without making it clear we would pay. And it was not cheap champagne. We're already paying 374 AUD per person to be there, so we all thought "oh how nice of then to give us this extra thing, i guess we're already paying a lot". Being hit with 154 AUD extra on the bill for something that was not made clear would cost you never feels good and I'd expect better from staff at a place like Quay.Food itself was okay, the desserts were great and unique but the rest wasn't too amazing - overall definitely not worth 374 AUD for the 8 course (and the 6 course likely similar story). Food came out too slowly (we were there for over 3 hours) and portions were unsatisfying. Overhyped, save your money.
Robert Costa: Everyone should be proud of this establishment. The staff, food, and service, were all totally enjoyable. Shout out to the wait staff and sommelier, making it a complete experience.

The food was exceptional and imaginative, the staff were amazing and so knowledgeable about everything. Highly recommended. Thank you for looking after us today and making our day incredible.Clare.

Jess Milton: Incredible atmosphere and location, there was a lightening storm as we dined so we watched the opera house and bridge light up! The balance of flavours and textures was incredibly well done, couldve had an entire bowl of the bone marrow noodles (the waitress even offered us another bowl, the service from the team was the best we have had in Sydney)
Andy: We had our wedding here and it was simply perfect. They are the most professional team and the food was immaculate as always. Spectacular views as well!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
