I ordered them for my toddler and I and assumed he wouldn't eat them and now he's eating every meal! I am back for more - they are delicious, warm and comforting. And also very available! I ordered them here in suburban Brisbane just before our move to regional Victoria - and they deliver to both locations! So I have the comfort of knowing as soon as we move in, we can have delicious home-cooked meals without me becoming overwhelmed in the midst of it all! It's like someone's mum just made you a delicious meal, or you just visited a family friend who whipped you up their best dish. It's comforting, healthy, delicious and SO easy. THANKYOU! Nathan Rice: Was generously given a voucher after the partner and I had a newborn. The meals are quite expensive and we therefore assumed a high standard. Sadly, the meals (after trying 3 of the many that we ordered) are low to average grade, mass-produced charity organisation style feeds. All 3 leaving an odd after-taste and not feeling like home style quality cooking at all. Disappointed. Look elsewhere.

Jen Christ: Being half greek and having my yiayias mouth watering pastitsio (she's 91 now so she can't cook as much) I was dying to try this dish. The 3 star score overall is for the other dishes. The lasagne and potato gratin is yum. I would give the pastitsio a 1 star rating or no star. It's not authentic greek food, and it tastes more like a curry than a Greek dish. Was very disappointing :(

La Sidle: We used these postpartum and I wasn’t impressed. Whilst they are quick to deliver and have good serivce, the portions are small, often lack proteins (eg: a curry had just three measly pieces of chicken when it was for two people) and there aren’t many vegetable options. I also find that whenever I have their meals i get digestive upset and really bad wind, suggesting potentially that the meals arent frozen fresh or may even be old stock. We were given gift cards so we used them all up, but I wouldn’t actively buy anything from them myself.

I’ve since returned to work, and now we use this service to make our busy evenings run smoothly. The food is delicious! The meals (even the small) are plenty to feed our family and they are all so easy to prep. So glad I found this service!

bigbadkate: The quality and flavour of these ready made meals are a winner. We wanted to have our early Christmas lunch made easy so ordered the Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts, peas, a few salads, gravy, potato gratin and everyone said it was super delicious. We also ordered the Rohan Josh and butter chicken for ourselves and I’m so impressed with how easy and tasty it all is. Will definitely continue to order from The Dinner Ladies, it all tastes so much better than other meal delivery services. I also took their serving suggestion for the grain salad by adding halloumi carrot and baby spinach and it was a massive crowd pleaser.Delivery is also very easy. You get a live tracker with estimated delivery which was pretty accurate, so it made it easy for me to be home at the right time. 10/10 recommend.
ms345213: The pasionfruit and lime cake was very disappointing. Very expensive for a very small, bake at home cake that was quite tough and we didn't enjoy at all. The actual meals have been tasty though but fairly small portions for the money

Tom Helliwell: We were first gifted an order from Dinner Ladies after a death in the family earlier this year. It was a relief to not have to worry about cooking and shopping and we were impressed with the quality of the meals. Our stressful year has unfortunately continued, but having the option order meals through Dinner Ladies has really helped take some of the load off. The ingredients are high quality and the meals are delicious, varied and healthy. Plenty of options that are equally enjoyed by our toddler, my wife and I. Nothing like your standard freezer meals! Once cooked, you wouldn't even know they had been frozen. If you want the ultimate in convenience, it is a good idea to check the meal info as some do require a bit of prep. Thanks Dinner Ladies for providing such a good quality and helpful service!
Renee Petrilli: This company offers an unreliable service.Dinner Ladies failed to deliver my meals on the date they said they would deliver.It caused a great deal of inconvenience. First, there was no communication in regards to the delayed meals. After four hours of waiting, I had to chase up calling the after hours line, and when I did I was offered no support other than to be advised to wait and someone would eventually get back to me.It wasn’t until 2 days later, an apology email was sent and a $50 credit supplied. The email stated my meals would arrive the following day (ie 3 days late after the expected date). There was no follow-up phone call, no person to discuss the issues with, and no acknowledgment for the inconvenience it had caused, just an email with sorry these things happen, but hey, your food’s ok because it’s frozen on a long haul truckI contacted the help desk wanting a cancellation and refund as I had urgently ordered replacement meals from another company and did not like the idea of my Dinner Ladies food stuck/delayed on a long haul truck. Dinner Ladies cancelled my order and supplied the refund.And now ten hours later (ie 8pm) I am still receiving text messages containing tracking information for my cancelled order, which still has my full name on it but has been diverted to another home address in the same city !?Clearly, this level of customer service is not good enough in this day and age - Especially for those individuals managing busy work schedules.

Philomena Arroyo: I ordered the Napoletana pasta and I give it a 3/5 stars. I broke this dish down to 3 components. Pasta, sauce and cheese. Pasta 5/5 because it was cooked to aldente. Pasta sauce 4/5 its a good quality but not authentic sugo napolitana. Cheese 1/5 parmesean cheese was used and it sticks to your teeth like anything. I eat alot of pasta but never have I ever had parmesean cheese stick to my teeth so much. Maybe it was the quailty of parmesean cheese. Who knows. So BEWARE because you will certianly need a toothpick. Other than that I'm pretty happy, I'm glad it wasn't mushy tastless pasta which most takeaway stores sell.
Alaster Tran: On a fine summer's evening, I was looking for some late night, tantalizingly mouth-watering pizza with a friend, especially after some appetizing buttery croisant cocktails in Sydney. The night was looking grim with such limited options given Sydney's reputable thriving night life. However, out comes Trina, who graciously took our half and half 15" pizza order without hesitation. Pizza was amazing. Definitely will be back, thanks to Trina👌👌Also shout out to the kitchen staff for making the pizza.

The quality of our meals and the portion size has been very good. We have had no issues with delivers and I have just submitted another order.I recommend giving them a try.
Madeleine Ellis: Very disappointing service experience after an order I placed went undelivered for 3 business days (having only placed and order for 3 days worth of meals). I called the company on a daily basis to check on the order after the delivery date had passed, only to be promised it would be delivered the next day which didn’t not occur.Only positive experience was talking with customer representative, Kelly, who did her very best to provide the service promised and was communicative throughout. I won’t be using this service again and would not recommend.

I received gift cards, so used the service, but wouldn't choose to order from them otherwise.Multiple out of stock items the day of delivery with both orders, although the customer service was very good. Also received a half-serve of a meal accidentally.The food itself is very expensive (sometimes outrageously so) for the quality & portion size. I've enjoyed fewer than half of the meals I've tried. One would be better off buying the various brands of fresh meals from Coles/Woolies, or ordering in from UberEats, and freezing them - it would be cheaper, bigger portions, and tastier.

Try a few dishes that you like the look of and see for yourself. If you're caught short, they have a same day delivery service too! Boom - get you out of a jam for the visitors.

The family loves them, I love them, and we have been known to entertain at Christmas and Easter with their amazing food (shhhh). Really disappointed Because I have tried Dietlicious before and I didn’t like them I didn’t realise they were the same company and nowhere on their website is this disclosed. They are all frozen meals, not fresh. It’s very cheap like $12 a meal.
Mya Aung: The delivery was turned up 24 hours later melted ice and uneatable mushy watery food in containers. No communication on the day whether perishable food were where about or delay or nothing. Email sent to GDS and customer service called back next day but did not warn me not to consume the food if turned up. Their courier response was they delivered per instruction of GDS. If some elder or out of hospital patients eat the food without knowing the safety, could have easily died of food poisoning. Food and safety complaince should be conducted from leaving the GDS to the customer. Cannot comment on the quality of food because I didn't even take another risk.

Allen Levy: The menu is broad and covers a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes. The food itself is of high quality and well-cooked. I particularly liked the curry sauces. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable. They delivered when they said they would and because the meals are pre-frozen they are very easy to prepare and you can eat them anytime at your convenience. On the whole an enjoyable experience and I will certainly be using this service again.

Clare Chui: I was hesitant about using 'ready meals' but these are a world apart. The ingredients are impressive and there's no nasties. The meals we have had so far have been really tasty, and portion size is generous too - especially with the family size dinners. Nathalie Prince: Have been ordering for 10 months. Received salad on 7 March with massive bug hidden inside. Emailed them to let them know. No response. Received request for feedback on order delivered so I let them know. No apology just request on where I had put this review on their website - I hadn’t, I thought they would like to know by private email so as to let their kitchen know for future. I let them know this and asked if they wanted me to put this review up. They replied with could I forward the email so that they can “investigate this issue thoroughly” - once again no apology or acknowledgement of bug in salad. So their food is good, their delivery is wonderful but don’t expect customer service to be friendly or helpful. I will not be ordering again due to this experience.
Jay Yo: I am extremely upset that my weekly order did not arrive today. I have been very strict on this diet & this has let me down. I paid for my order a week ago & received confirmation it would arrive today..... but absolutely nothing - not even a phone call or email. Tried to call & guess what? Their office is closed for the weekend! Cant even contact anyone. I will now have to go to the shops tomorrow & but more keto food, despite already having spent $208 on my weekly Dietlicious order. Really appalling service. They have lost my business which is a shame as I enjoyed the food. However, unreliability is a deal breaker for me so I will be switching to someone else. I recommend Foober or MyMuscle chef as they were both very reliable. Do yourself a favour & give Dietlicious a miss!

The meals are partially defrosted, so they're all going to have to be eaten in the next couple of days, which is definitely not what I planned.I was reluctant to give this company a second go after they completely botched up my first order (that time at the ordering stage) and were entirely unprofessional about rectifying things. I won't bother contacting them about this second stuff-up, because they obviously do not value their customers or people's time. Never again!EDIT - RESPONSE TO DIETLICIOUS' RESPONSE:A $30 credit was not "offered to me for inconvenience", or accepted. It took FIFTEEN emails back and forth with you, for you to finally agree to REFUND the $30 Facebook promotional credit which you DIDN'T APPLY, despite the promotional code being entered and despite me having to fill in the entire order from beginning to end FOUR times. I was advised that a REFUND had been actioned, but it never was. Your dishonest company instead applied a credit to future orders, expecting I'd never bother making one.The packaging was disgraceful. The eco wool "covering" only operates as covering if you actually use it to COVER the food. Instead, it was still wrapped in plastic, secured in a roll with sticky tape, and thrown in amongst the originally frozen food, serving to speed up the rise in temperature (since it wasn't frozen), together with the cavernous space inside the cardboard box.Comparing raw fish to ice cream, and suggesting that I re-freeze defrosted raw fish speaks volumes about the ineptitude of the individuals involved in this company. I make up my own plans. The quality is great, there are plenty of delivery times and I think it's really good value. Chris Fowler: Consistently fantastic food at very reasonable prices. One of the best Thai restaurants at this price point. It’s great for a quick meal rather than a relaxing evening out.
Shishir M J: Too rushed and cramped. Food was good but it's a bit pricey. The quality of the food was pretty good and it tasted good. The dad part was that since they want to fit as many people as they can the place is cramped. On top of that, for every order we have to get off the seat which makes it painful in the compact place. Also there is no card purchase, extra overhead to do a bank transfer. It's not a good experience if you want to have relaxed fine dining.

Issy Ryu: We ordered deep friend barramundi with chilli sauce. The food was too salty. I usually can tolerate salty food but their food was unbearably salty. We (I and my friend) could not eat more than a piece of barramundi each person, so requested it to re-cook it without sauce. The staff took the fish dish to the kitchen to re-cook and chef tasted it. However, staff said it is normal taste so cannot do anything about it. We did not want to get the dish back as it was tasted by someone (not hygienic) and also unbearably salty. Wasted money 😅 I rather go to other Thai restaurant.

vanidge: I got a Pad Thai and it was dam delicious, my colleague got a Thai Green Curry and he said it was so spicy he could see through time.The food here is great, but cannot say much about the service. The way things are done is quite confusing, we sat down and were given menus and we waited and waited, we realised that people were qeueing to place their order, there was problems with their system as the waitress couldnt get her tech to work and had to keep resetting, I was then asked to go back to my table and they would come to me. So went back to my table for 20 min and no one came, so i went back to order and was asked what my table number was, no clue there is no where on the table that tells you your table number, just some old QR code that did nothing. Found that a lot of people who ordered after me didnt know their table number either and just pointed to where their table was.It just seemed a bit chaotic and I realised the restaurant was busy so gave them the benefit. But if it's your first time at teh restaurant you won't know what to do unless you are told or asked.Food came quickly was was great, but better instructions on how to order would have been good.
Davin Du: I ordered off their lunch menu and wanted pad see ew. She asked me what meat I wanted and I said chicken but wasn't aware that their lunch pad see ew was only pork if I wanted their special deal. She wanted to charge me $20 and I clarified the price. I asked wasn't it 16? And she said it was only for pork. I asked if I could get the pork one then and the lady that served me said I already put it in the system I can't change it. I asked if she could just tell the kitchen and she said no. I said okay don't worry then and tried to leave. And she stopped me and said no you have to pay first. I was flabbergasted. I haven't even paid for the food yet and wanted to leave but I'm not allowed to leave? That doesn't make sense to me? What right does she have to make me pay for the food that I don't want anymore? Another staff came and charged me 16 and just told the kitchen to change the meat afterwards. Terrible service and extremely weird that I can't leave their restaurant when I didn't want to eat the food.Edit: Server was called Tina obviously put through my order in a hurry and tried to cover up her mistake by telling me to pay when when I wanted to leave.
