Alice: It was my 4th time there at the Four SeasonsDidn’t want to write a negative review but this time was too muchThe check in was terrible I arrived and the gentleman with the glasses just look at me upside down - telling me here your keys without explaining me nothingI arrived in my room and I found out that they put me in the wrong room .. ( this shouldn’t happen in a 5 stars hotel )I had to ask to be in the right room but of course they said that the hotel is fully booked and that I will have to stay in that room .. after few minutes of negotiation they magically could find me the room that I payed for !My friend and I asked also if we could order some cocktails at the bar and have it in our room - ( what 5 stars hotel always do ) and we were just “No - if you want to order you have to look again and see that there are no cocktails” ..I was pretty shocked and disappointed to have this kind of experienceEveryone has to be treat equally !The good point is location - the location is amazing in the center of the rocks close to the cafes and the opera

The location is perfect with walking distances.Nearby activities: Location is great to visit the Harbor area with Opera House.

Hannah Medellin: Honestly had a terrible experience here today which I’m putting down to the new ownership. I have never experienced such rude staff in my life. We have been HUGE fans of Watsons, including having our wedding at the venue, and staying at the hotel on multiple occasions. Today my husband was drinking his cocktail when the waiter assumed he was finished (it was only half finished) and before we could stop him he took it to the kitchen and tipped it out. When we told him that he took my husbands unfinished drink he was offended, and said ‘well what do you want me to do about it?’ And then proceeded to get himanother drink and slam it on the table in front of our whole family. We spoke to manager after feeling so weird after that interaction and he was just as rude about the incident, defending hisStaff instead of apologising. Seriously have been thinking about this all day as it completely ruined the family lunch and the great experience that we were having prior. Not going back again, it was that off putting.

Sophia Volkmer: Our family had a lunch here.The wood fire pizza was delicious.The view was excellent.It's really shame I can't give 5 stars.My husband was furious with staff (she served him coffee orders) I think her name was Victoria. She was very rude and cold. Of course My husband didn't say anything to Victoria because he is very kind and warm person not like Victoria.He didn't understand why someone like Victoria works in hospitality area.Definitely her behaviour wasn't really fit.We would like go back to restaurant but definitely not having a coffee if she has same attitude.

Oliver Lynch: The food that they serve here is incredibly bland and they’ve recently hiked up their prices in the past week… $28 for an ordinary (they can’t even be bothered justifying the price with wagyu beef) flavourless burger… ONLY order the pizzas as that’s all they’re good at. The burger itself hasn’t even been seasoned with enough salt and pepper and not to mention you can’t even taste their house sauce. You may aswell just stay at home and cook yourself some god damn great food. Their chicken parmigiana is also bland and flavourless… not enough seasoning or tomato sauce. Further, their salmon, tuna and scallop plate is pretty ordinary, the salmon was chewy… This spot has just become an overcrowded tourist spot selling ordinary food because they’ll always have that touristy demographic that is willing to pay whatever for a meal with a view… Ok service and location (can’t really screw that up) but their menu and prices are just horrendous. Never going back.
Trainer Todd: Superb, first class treatment and service from start to finish. Sam, Emma and team could not be more accommodating before and during our recent stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the loft with ocean views with our two young children along with the in-room dinner followed by lunch downstairs at the beach club where again the service was superb! The local surrounds such as the walk to the lighthouse and across the front along the bay was simply beautiful. Thank you for your wonderful service and overall genuine respect and kindness towards us.

Sam Singh: Tiny rooms, booked for 3 people and they joined 2 double beds together in room the size of a match box. The entire bathroom including toilet seat was soaking wet after a shower as there is no full shower door. Booked for 3 people and only 2 towels were provided which was a minor issue at first until it took 4 attempts and 1.5hrs to drop off the third towel. My mother was waiting 1.5hrs to have a shower which made us late for paid events. Asked for a discount on car park due to poor experience and service….they said “we’ll give you a drinks voucher at their restaurant.” DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THEIR RESTAURANT. Food is really bad. I refused to take the voucher as I will not be coming back to this hotel. Breakfast “looked” good until they took 35mins to deliver an omelette and a massive wait to make a coffee. I left without eating even though i paid for it. My family enjoyed the breakfast though. There was a reason this was the only hotel available this weekend. I paid almost $700 for one night expecting 5 star service. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Mandy Wilson: Our room was 3 Star. While the room was clean and serviced nicely, it was very tired. The silicon was coming out of the shower floor. The air conditioning was very noisy so we turned it off during the night but unfortunately we could hear a lift all night too. We did know that one of the 4 lifts was not working but we did not expect to walk the 14 flights of stairs to check out, when none of the lifts were working to take people to the lower floors.Walkability: Great location to circular quay or city

Lilly Aaron: Came back at 3:30pm one day to find our room door open and bed stripped with no sheets, with no one in sight. I closed it and went downstairs to ask for room to be made up. Went up 20 mins later and found the door wide open again but room in same state. Our valuables and passports were in there and they left the door open twice? Took an hour and half waiting in lobby before I could go back to my room.Rooms are dated. My shower made a very loud whistling noise when turned on and the hardware was falling apart when you turn on the taps. Hardly any toiletries, very basic. When I did use the few complimentary toiletries like cotton pads, they were not replaced throughout my 6 day stay. Bathroom is very small and I was woken up by people in the hallways constantly. Confused how this hotel would be a 5 star.
Jo-Ann Hemper: Comfortable hotel within easy reach of harbour front. Bit puzzled as to why they pretend to be French, it doesn't really go beyond saying Bonjour! Asked for a taxi for airport to be ordered for my last day; they ordered it for the day before and woke me at 7.20 to say it had arrived!!! The lifts are very slow. Do they all work?Rooms: Smaller than many comparable hotels. Didn't like bifold doors on bathroom - sliding door would have worked better.Walkability: Very quick easy to reach Circular Quay, Opera House, Botanic Gardens etcFood & drinks: Breakfast - good range but they didn't top up supplies of spoons, saucers and such like during breakfast hours leaving me searching and eventually having to ask staff.
