Fed: This was the second time I've purchased kite gear at KBL.I highly recommend them, their service is excellent, they have quality products, in both instances I couldn't find the products cheaper anywhere else in Australia which is impressive and every time they shipped my order right away and also sent me the tracking details promptly which is awesome since I'm in Melbourne and can't pop in by the shop unfortunately.Thanks heaps! I'll definitely check your website next time I need more gear!

Barry BMPM: Smooth bike hire with quality bikes.Alan was very helpful from my initial right through to the bike hire I would recommend KBL bike hire to anyone in the area. Had an excellent experience . Suggested routes were no problem to Alan . Car Parking at the door also . We had a days hire with three bikes with helmets bike locks and phone holder. All in one price.

Bruno Homero: I went to the shop after completing my lessons and Julian was very patient on explaining me the differences on the equipment so I can choose my own.He picked the fact that the median harness was fitting just well but that if I gained weight it could be small in the future so I went to the large model to allow for more flexibility while still having a good fit.Tobi was also quite quick to note that I needed rip harness rather than a chest one, given that my rib bones are quite low and the chest harness could cause me discomfort.These two tips certainly saved me money on the long run so quite happy with it all.After I paid, for the equipment Julian offered me to set up and assemble everything for me which was quite handy as I would have taken a while to do it by myself.Thanks guys!

It unfortunately resulted from an issue with the order being delayed (hence the absence of the fifth star).When I asked about cancelling my order (which I only needed to because of a time limit I had to receive it), it was a painlessly quick and easy process. Within next to no time of my call to the store, everything was put in place for the order to be cancelled and funds redirected back to my bank account (I used PayPal).I thought it was only fair to leave this review to highlight the positive experience dealing with the store that resulted when things didn't quite go to plan.

Raelyn FLATTERS: I recently made a purchase online for two items for my granddaughters 8th birthday. They emailed me to say there was a delay from their suppliers, then when the items came in rang, and asked that as we are in lockdown, could they send them directly to my granddaughter, ON her birthday, which they did, and she was thrilled. I have let all my FB family know (where there are a lot of grandparents). Good service should always be acknowledged.
Fran Mules: I recently ordered a gift through the Crayons website for a friend who had just had twins. I selected the gift wrapping options (which, as customary, you pay a small fee for). I realised after I placed the order that I had made a typo on the gift card message. When my friend sent me a photo of the gift she’d received I saw that not only had someone at Crayons handwritten the note on the gift card (most companies don’t bother and just print it out) but that person had even corrected my typo! Bless! So thank you Crayons person who did that. I was really grateful for the extra touch. Will happily order from you again in the future. (I should add the price for the toy was about $20 cheaper than anywhere else I saw).
Jessica Cory: I ordered a birthday present for my daughter on Monday night and paid for the same day delivery between 6-9pm. We didn't receive it so I called the courier who told me that I wouldn't get it until Thursday or Friday. I contacted Sheyne after 9pm at Crayons as my daughters birthday was on Wednesday (and Tuesday was the public holiday) and Sheyne got back to me that night. Sheyne then organised for a replacement present to be driven to me the following morning (on a public holiday!) so that I would have a gift to give my daughter on her birthday. This kind of customer service is exceptional! I was so impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Sheyne and would order from them again. Thank you so much!
Belinda Khouri: After stumbling across Crayons for some really well priced Christmas presents, I used them again for party favours for my daughter’s birthday. I had left it ridiculously late and couldn’t find what I wanted on the website, but a quick call to Jono saved the day. He literally searched the whole warehouse for me, found what I needed and sent it out and delivered by the very next night, just in time for the party. I cannot thank them enough for that extra effort and diligence. Their range is massive, their pricing is super competitive, and with customer service like that, I can’t fathom ever shopping anywhere else now for toys or educational tools.
