Secure Parking - World Square Car Park: what do users think?
Michael Michael: Great place
陈小虫: Just left an hour earlier than scheduled and charged me an extra $65.00. Very unreasonable.
peng yauw gan: Great
Daniel Taylor: Love it
C ob: Far too expensive, will not use again
이현우: 씨티안에 있는 주차빌딩으로 접근성이 좋습니다.주차비는 많이 비쌉니다.
Patty: Easy online process to book a space.Much cheaper than other parking lots.Easy to drive into; great location.
Luke Pun: Conveniently located. Casual visitors need to be careful not to turn into private section parking.
mohd abdul mutallib: Bit expensive
Sydney Trains: first time there.
Kamal Pasha: Rydges World Square
Sharn G: Heaps of parking. Heaps of lines for the 2 lifts.
Derry Pratama: Friendly staff
Allan Lim: Parking at $15 per hour with a maximum of $90. It's a convenient parking station, if you need to be in the area but public transport around the area is a better option if you have the time.
mig: I was closing my eyes as I pay its hefty parking fee. You pay for the convenience.
FIZZA ADNAN: Easy and comfortable
saed “speak justly”: nice convenient. The price is cheaper at night.they have bathrooms on the ground floor.
Galaxium: parking was very secure
Li Meikun: Worst experience ever!
John Robinson: Paid online $50 for overnight parking but for some reason the dates were wrong. It was acknowledged that I had indeed paid but not used the parking on the date concerned.Told to contact a Hot Line which I was unable to find. On exiting the next morning I was charged $10.23. I was happy with that as I assumed that they had discounted the earlier charge of $50. When checking my credit card statement I found a further $107.41 bringing the total cost of an overnight stay to $167.64. I have now unsubcribed and will never use them again.
Stuart Griffiths: What an appalling carpark - to be avoided at all costs.

Wilson Parking - Angel Place Car Park, Sydney: what do users think?
Paul Walcott: Expensive, lots of urine.
Jason Woods: Appalling supposedly have security cameras on site, my car was hit in this facility, I had to jump through numerous hoops for the police to gain access to the footage and apparently the security manager was unable to find any footage of the incident let alone my car even being there on the day.I was unable to get in contact with the guy.Absolute joke
Dylan Saunders: Starts off with a whopping 30$/hr for the first hour. Over a minute? No problem that’ll be 50$ please. Go down to secure parking for 10$/hr 20 seconds away
LK LEUNG: Great convenient location.Only down site was the exit was too tight for large suv
Raymond Kan: Great Parking for Fullaton hotel
Jo-Anne Lee: Parked here for performance at City recital hall and prepaid $25 for night parking after 5pm. Plenty of spaces as you are allowed to park in reserved bays at night. Parked in B3 near the lift and straight up to concert. Not too tight except if another driver cuts the corner as you pass on corners.
Edita Djurdjev: I wish I had read the reviews before I booked! I pre-booked a spot only to arrive and find there were no empty spots left. There was no 'Carpark full' sign out the front and no one to talk to and there was a steady stream of cars coming in as I was leaving. I had to find elsewhere in a hurry so I didn't miss out on the show I was attending. Very bad way to run a business.
Chris Parker: Easy park. Narrow exit and must go down to level 4 (at least)
Faraday Lauren: It starts with an impossible 90 degree turn. That's the mood for the rest of your park. Although it's not as bad as some other CBD parking areas. Once you're parked then you have to find the exit and there are several lifts with slightly confusing instructions. There is also only UG or LG, so how do you know where you exit? If you have any luggage then it's a lot of ramps to get out.
Tomasz Kloza: We booked the parking and prepaid, but after arriving all the car parks were full and we lost a lot a lot of time wasting circling around.. luckily one stuff member let us stay at reserved parking spot otherwise we would be done. Dont overbook!
Jenny Marks: Location is good but very tight if you have a larger car
jonathon Ivkovitch: Charged $100 fee on top of the $37 parking fee to get my car out after midnight. No clear signage warning there is a fee after midnight. Checked their website and nothing online about $100 fee 😡
Adrian Barnes: Used the Angel Place car park in the evening for an ACO concert. I prepaid - but it is difficult finding spare spaces in the car park as it is small and has dead ends. At $22 it is at a premium to other nearby stations but it does have a lift directly to the concert hall. After the concert the cramped parking is a disaster - took us 1/2hr to get out along with all the other concert goers. Really didn't feel it was good value for money. Next time I woudl use a more reasonably prices station and take an umbrella.
Allie B: One of the cheaper Wilson’s parking in the city.First few levels are reserved parking so head straight to the bottom to find a spot.
Rachel Zhou: Terrible parking experience. A carpark with first three levels of private parking space, and other 3 levels full. Not sure why are they still allowing cars in even its fully parked. Had to spend 30 minutes drive through the sharp corners between each level. Charged $40+ for just one hour parking. Just ridiculous.
Della Alefosio: Tiny spaces, bad signage, tight corners. Won't use it again. Plenty of other good parking areas close by.
Steve Russell: It's relatively straight foraward to to provide a paid parking service - you pay for your spot at the allotted time and then you turn up and park in it.We headed into the city with kids in tow to see the Christmas lights and did just this, pre-booked parking at this station. We got there without issue but by the time we had driven down 6 levels and realised there was no spare spots, our night was ruined. The dozen or so cars who followed us in were obviouly not going to be happy either. The city was packed so getting parking elsewhere was impossible.Terrible way to run a business, I will never use this company again.
Jason Deacon: Easy place to park, good rates on the weekend.
Jamie Wells: Decent size parking spots. Mostly easy to get in and out.
Dennis Hales: Easy parking.
Stuart Langley: Great location. But if you have you have problems getting out they don't answer intercom.

Secure Parking - 109 Pitt Street Car Park: what do users think?
Dennis Connaughton: don't drive into this carpark we got ripped off We pulled into the wrong car park should have pulled into Wilson car park about 50 meters up Pitt Street the man helped us get into park and knew we were staying at a hotel nearby by the time we parked in the dodgy park asked him how much overnight was going to be $ 90 when Wilson car park is 25 in there 15 mins made us pay $31 to get out
David Resili: Carpark
Nat: Misleading advertising. They state weekend parking for day is $20, but if you stay overnight, they charge $40. Really cramped parking. Customer service rude.
Inkymayyun Chong: From $10 parking in 109 pitt Street. It's was amazing prices 😍 🙌 👏
Linda Appleford: $84.91 for an hour and a half – absolutely ridiculous
Amelia van Ewijk: I was a bit apprehensive about using this car park after reading other reviews, but I ended up having a good experience. It's a small car park so a bit pokey, but that's to be expected of the inner city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pre-booked early bird parking system worked fine for me.
Satis: nice parking underground. be careful as it's very hard to get out once parked and just need to see how to park smartly.
Eden Robinson (Edro): I used this car park as I was working in the city today and figured it was a close place to where I was working. I booked the early bird as I was supposed to arrive in the city around 8am. Luckily for me I got to finish work early that day and get home at a reasonable hour. Only to find out I've been charged AN ADDITIONAL $59 on top of my original cost (which was $45) because I "Left Early". Why am I being charged MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PARKING FEE to free up one of your slots earlier. I booked in to make the day easier but it's ended up being a worse choice than if I just rocked up and lucked it. $104 is way too much for parking.
Marie Pailing: Easy secure parking right in the city and very reasonably priced
Macushla Meet: BEWARE! THIS IS THE WORST PARKING IN SYDNEY CBD! OVERCHARGING. DISGUSTING PARKING. NO PROPER CLEARANCES. The nerve of whoever own this parking to charge people high fees when they don't even follow proper parking clearances. For 1hr 10mins we were charged $68. This is disgusting for a parking so ugly, so low and so small. Go to Wilson parking where they have good clearances and it's worth paying. Whoever own this parking should get negative karmas in life!!! You're stealing from hard working people! Your business is a crime!
Shafiq Khan: Very helpful staff.Specially George.Mate you are a champ
Mark Boseley: They’re signage is misleading (in their favour 😱) & they’ve no intent to change itSign displays a weekend rate (not daily rate as it does for weekdays) of $28 but Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning cost $93Their webpage rates differs from their entry sign in that it clarifies this point, so in this more public instance they’re aware the definition of weekend includes both Saturday and Sunday & therefore obligated to point out it’s not really quoting a weekend rate but a daily rateI raised this on their site months ago with no reply so I called, the lady said a weekend was both days but the rate is daily, she agreed the sign didn’t indicate this but that’s the way it is, so basically “we got you”The second day charge is twice the $28 first day rate & isn’t displayed anywhere either, this speaks to intentionsWhile I’m at it, the parking was extremely tight & car got doored, the attendant was very apologetic & agreed the sign was misleading but said it happens all the timeThe fact they give no indication they’d alter signage to accurately reflect rates or match their website annoyed me to the point of my first ever reviewBTW the complaints I’ve raised here appear to be consistent with other reviewers complaints so this isn’t the first time Secure Parking have been made aware their signage is misleading & thereby not only ripping off customers but also contravening consumer lawWhat do you call a business that misrepresents to entrap customers knowing once they’ve entered there’s no recourse & what of the management that support these unethical practices?I’ve got a few suggestions but whatever I highly recommend like me, you never use them unless you’re comfortable being taken advantage of & rewarding unethical practices
Michael Sinnott: WOW WOW WOW!!! The most expensive car parking we have ever parked in, We arrived it the car park at 12pm on Saturday the 17th September and went to pay to get out at 10.30 am on the Monday after to be slammed with a cost of $225 for the privilege of parking with them when it clearly states on there website that the fees are $25 per day and the staff were very rude when we wanted to know the reason for the excessive amount of extra money.DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS CAR PARKING!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!
gail taylor: RIP OFF! Yep make sure you read all the reviews because a ripoff is an understatement!! We parked on Saturday 11.30am and left on Monday at 10.15am .. ( 2 nights ) and it cost is $225.00 😳 We should have slept in our car because it was more expensive than the hotel we went to… look around people and don’t get ripped off like we did!
Nathan Broadhead: worst customer service. Booked online to enter on Saturdays wanted to exit Monday so added the extra day as per the website. Conditions state i just need to exit before 12:00 pm next day. slight inconvenience but for $25 a night no worries. I receive 2 pin numbers so I call to see if i can not exit and enter , turns out it's meant to say 12 midnight and if I did stay until the next day as per what I booked and received a confirmation email for I would be charged an extra $55 dollars per day. Agent on the phone was very unhelpful, stated that I would be over charged and should apply for a refund after paying, why not just fix it there and then? Acknowledged the system error in booking process but wanted no responsibility.
Hasan Gok: It’s 2022!! They only accept physical cards!! No cash, no contactless… Seriously???!!!!
Susie Krcmar: I've never left a negative review before. I was looking for overnight parking. The website was misleading stating that parking was $28 for the evening. But in the fine print - it says it's an additional $66 if you leave the car overnight. The parking spots are narrow and the lift was not available.
Wang Xiaolin: Expensive and hard find parking
Muhammad Mohsin: Paid $80.98 for 1 hour parking. Nightmare for me for my entire life.Ripping people off big time, rates not displayed upfront, kind of cheating.Pathetic indeed.
Monica Elias: I will NEVER park here again. 11pm 12/7/22 myself and 6 other cars were stuck, trying to leave however their system was down and wouldn’t recognise any of our cards or payments. We were stranded in this car park for up to nearly 45 minutes until someone picked up the intercom. Further, the contact number provided was invalid and the person assisting us was super rude considering the inconvenience called. A very stressful situation for many families. There is a Wilson carpark 20m away that is both cheaper and safer
Warrick Best: Don't stay overnight . My motel told me to go here but I went to the wrong one. Was supposed to be $40 but I had to pay $213 to get my car out after arriving 5pm and leaving before 8pm.It's criminal what they are doing. Total scam.Reply #2 I emailed them with details as they requested. No reply. They have not made this right 11/7/22. Absolutele rip off.

Secure Parking - The Wharf Woolloomooloo Car Park: what do users think?
Ryan McCue: "New" Tap your card on entry system doesn't work. Every single person entering and exit has to ring the overseas VOIP number
Shamila Palipana: Not a good place to park if you have a stroller or pram. Lifts don't go down to carpark from rooftop. Too expensive.
Kellie Wen: Upon seeing the reviews on Google, I was hesitant about parking here. However, the online process of securing a car spot was super easy and there were no problems getting into and out of the car park. We booked a weekday night parking for $25 (online) and recieved a pin to enter and exit the car park. The only downfall was getting back into the car park, as the pedistrian exit (stairs) was not accessible from the street.
Mark Edwards: While the location is good for the Finger Wharf restaurants the experience of the car park certainly isn't. Attempting to book online on a Saturday night shows that the night rate is extreme to say the least. $47 flat rate does mean that the car park is virtually empty though. For that sort of money you'd expect that the car park would be in reasonable condition, however this isn't exactly accurate. The displays on every one of the machines there that we used were broken to the point of being mostly unintelligible, and you have to make educated guesses as to what it's actually trying to display. Not only that, but the car park closes at midnight, so if you are expecting to pay a premium and stay a little bit late you are out of luck.My advice: Park in the domain car park, which is a 5 minute, 500m walk, costs $10 and is open 24x7 so you know that it'll be open when you get back to your car. It may seem like it's a long way but after having a better look it simply isn't. There is an overhead pedestrian bridge that will get you from the Domain park (near the big matchsticks) across to Bourke St.
Nick Sydney: Super expensive for weekend use!!! 40+ $ that’s ridiculous all over the city weekend’s are 12$ to 15$ all dayThat’s why it’s empty during weekends so yeah there is the good side also that if u are willing to pay the price u will find parking there
Xue Chunfei: The machine could not read the ticket, and rejected all the cards (Amex visa master) it’s so frustrating being stuck in the car park at 10 pm! I even did not have a choice to argue the unfair parking rate I had to pay, worst car park ever!
Leo Ha: Made an online booking and received "Secure-a-Spot-Confirmation". Got into the car park only to find it was full. Was offered a parking in the nearest Secure Parking, which meant I would have walked for 20-30 minutes in the rain. The attendant on the intercom let me out & was told the parking fee will be refunded. Five days later, I was charged the full fee! Judging by other reviews this seems like a common occurrence, which Secure Parking is not willing to fix. Will see how the refund process goes.Edit: Took 2 emails, 1 phone call & 7 weeks to receive the refund.
Charles DuMar: If you absolutely MUST park here, read the fine print! We looked it up online and thought we would be paying $33 overnight. Imagine my joy at being charged $86 after spending about 10 minutes trying to operate a broken pay station, having had to speak to what sounded like someone in the Philippines who was barely audible. Then to top it off, my ticket wasn't working at the boom gate and I had to call Emelda Marcos yet again. If I had told her I had lost my ticket it would have been $11 cheaper. What a rort. Way too expensive and nothing works. Park somewhere else and get an Uber to Woolloomoolo.
Carla Stephanie: Made the mistake of booking a prepaid spot. When I got to the car park it was full. I called them and was advised booking a spot didn’t mean there would be a spot for me?! Offered to divert me to another car park several blocks away or refund me. I took the refund. Waste of time.
Trevor Long: In 2021 it’s ridiculous that a fully automated car park doesn’t accept tap and go card payments. Sadly, despite the convenient location - that’s a fail in my books.
Derek Mckiernan: Handy location
Mick Little: No tap and pay or cash. Nobody answers intercom. Took 45mins to get out.
Eunice Rongo: Worst car park EVER. Rated a one. Here's why.For two weeks I experienced the following;Un- manned car park, no- one on duty in this parking space. Furthermore, no-one answers the red buttons at entry and exit gates- cheap budget with a call centre in Philippines.Online booking and prepayment and pin system is un- workable, ineffective and a total waste of time and money.Unsafe entry and exit; Ladies in high-heels, you have to walk up an inclined road to enter and exit this building - the same road that cars enter and exit HAZARDOUS on wet days, no path for pedestrians, potentially violating OH&S rules. (report being sent to NSW Workcover).Terrible phone connectivity, to call the 1300 number ( displayed on all signage to call for any urgent enquiries (. Rubbish! if you run into problems with pins, entry or exiting this car park you will have to wait 20, 45 or 60 mins and - to add further salt you may be disconnected Mid-call.😡
thomas cooper: Doesnt accept paywave, meaning you have to have a physical card or cash with you. Intercom did not dial at the ticket machine and at the exit ticket machine, no reception to dial the phone number listed on the ticket machine. Was messing around for 30 minutes before they opened the gate. They then called me an 2 hours later asking for payment over the phone and had no option to pay online. I do not like giving card details over the phone. Avoid this place it has been the worst carpark company ever!
Benny Lam: Great and secure
Anup Patel: Early entry will be good.
Peter Maggiora: Very convenient for parking at Woolloomooloo Wharf for restaurants. Access though is tricky to enter back to your car is to walk down the ramp you drive into.Good value if you pre-book with NRMA deal.
Caryn McIlwain: Lift would not allow access to car park, we spoke to the staff member via the intercom after several attempts said 'take the stairs' we had a baby in the pram. He then said in an agitated Voice I'll come see you. .. .He heads down doesn't say a word to us, instructs a man to let us down to the lower level. The random man tries 4 times before he was able to grant us access. No apologies! completely rude and incompetent staff!
RICKYVSP: Extremely expensive, reaching the finds you get on streets.Nightmare when you need help eg. machine doesn't print receipts automatically, why? then, you get an annoying loud speaker giving you instructions. Rip Off...
Aussi Rick: A bloody nightmare, useless carpark, and useless staff, drove in, went round corner no place to park, next corner back at exit gate. Pressed button for help, finally I was informed to put my ticket in machine, and start again, same as before, round corner nowhere to park next corner exit!! press button for staff, 5 minutes later was asked where was I and how long had I parked for?? explained it was me again back at exit, what to do this time? GUESS WHAT? told to put card into machine, back again to start. This time I just parked illegally, in reserved hotel parking, and went to dinner, 3 hours later came back and got car, just drove round corner to exit, paid and drove out. ( Now waiting to see if I get a fine for illegal parking) !!
Andrea Preda: Convenient but dear!

Secure Parking - MetCentre Car Park: what do users think?
Ron G: Trying to book a spot here either online or via the app is a disgrace.
Kércia Souza: We parked at this place last February, and we were forced to pay an unfair $125 to be able to have access to our car. They have signs at the door for weekend rates and do not tell you that the doors will be closed at 10pm. There is no information about the trading hours, to force the customer to pay this ridiculous fee to recover their cars.I put numerous complaints through their customer service line and email, and they did nothing about it.Absolutely outrageous
Tiffany: I know I am not the only one struggled to find this parking. Took me over half an hour and only found it when I was on the phone with the attendant. A more accurate description is to look up the address for Amora hotel Jamieson park (which is right next to it). You can't say that 60 Margaret street is an accurate location for the carpark.
dong miranda: My father who hardly speaks English was stuck in this car park for an hour! All because this car park does not have any machine able to pay the ticket. No pay by the phone, no cash, no staff answer calls. They only accept physical card, but card machines doesn’t work! Pay station also doesn’t work! It’s totally frustrating and waste time! Never want park here again.
Angel Wang: Online booked through secure parking however the pin did not go through..Very narrow turns, very accident proneSecure parking was kind enough to add credit but would definitely not book again
thereitis000: Very central location in CBD. Bridge st light rail 10M from exit. Only down side is pedestrian access is via a fairly steep ramp, but plenty of space to drop less mobile people before carpark entry.
P Stevo: Highway (Parking Garage) Robbery, $59+ to park for over one hour. On the way out I tried to pay with my paypass at the gate, it only accepted a physical card. I had to park my car in a loading zone near the gate, walk down a level and find the poor lonely parking attendant who is crammed into a tiny makeshift office in the corner of the carpark so I could pay with my phone paypass. Sydney city parking garages are a joke, such a sad state of affairs!
Udit Oza: Never park with Secure Car Park. Charged for the parking, did not provide any spot to park. Staff member advise us to park illegally and asked us keep the keys with you once you come back take your car then charged us $40 additional saying we left car park outside our booked items. Customer Service at its worst.
Janelle Derry: Can't think of the last time I received service this bad. I know it's only a carpark, but ladies, I wouldn't go in to this place on your own... and good luck getting out!
2T Torrent: WARNING parking ticken machine doesn't work at night, also if your car is tall lowest point is 1.85m I almost stack with my car. Also staff doesn't pick up through the coms button at night so call the emergency line to pay over the phone. Also no cash. Listen to the 1 star reviews I didn't
Benjamin S: Warning! Its not located on 60 Margaret its Jamieson street the marketing person needs to be sacked how hard is it to get the address right.. eventually worked it out after 10 mins
Nar Bouj: 0 starts if I could!!!! WORST Service Ever! Full of rude and selfish workers. They lied straight to our faces, just to make money! and they were caught out lying too! BEWARE- VERY MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE! Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour
isabela burgos: Terrible parking lot, you have no options to pay if not only a card, which is very bad considering that in any parking you can use cash or tap (cell phone). In addition to the fact that the parking does not have enough lighting, signs or mirrors, I almost hit another car since there was not enough light. Worst parking in the CBD
fatgypo: Small car park so can be a little tight
Zhuoqun Ren: hi, we accessed the Met centre secure parking today(1st Nov). There is a HUGE HAZARD in this carpark.First of all it is not acceptable to close the lift for the weekend. It is not help the people who need it!On top of that, with only access is the drive way, it is dangerous for anyone who walk down that STEEP SLIPPERY path. It was heaving rainy day today and when we were trying to go back to the carpark with our pram and baby in it. The entrance of the car park is very slippery and the pedestrian path has no safety sign or any anti-slipery strips on the floor to protect customers. I have to run down the steep slippery driveway with a BABY in the pram and almost fall. My husband fall on the ground because of the slippery and steep surface! Both of us was injured during this one time access!this is the worst cat park every and very disappointed with Secure Parking!
Tony Thomas: Parking ticket machine shows it accepts Amex but apparently it doesn’t.
Samuel Camden: Was parked for only 2hour and 20 minutes and it cost 80 dollars
Giovanni Laudicina: Crazy prices and no discounts for motorbikes (almost 70$ for less than 2hs), old equipment, the card reader did not accept my credit cards and i got no support from their customer center. I'll never use it again.
Geoff M: Ok but confusing car parkGeoff
Giovanni Portelli: Checked in after 5 p.m. on Saturday afternoon for a job in the city I was pleased to find that would that it would only cost $20. However when I tried to pay with my credit card at the end of the evening the machine wouldn't allow me to pay by credit card. Luckily I had a $50 note and machine gave me the correct to change with a receipt.
Arjun Nathan: Worst ever, booked a week in advance and when reached on Saturday morning at 7:45 am it was closed, number they posted didnt work, I’m requesting a refund, not sure how to punish this kind of extremely poor service :(

Wilson Parking - 259 George Street Car Park, Sydney: what do users think?
Alex Y: **AVOID IF POSSIBLE**Quite possibly the worst laid out carpark in Sydney. A lot of the spots force you to block someone in or be blocked in. You can't loop around the carpark - You're forced to exit if you can't find a spot the first time round.
sirin jacob: 2 Months Back i had a bad experience from wilson parking 259 George Street Sydney. The staff took my car for parking and make accident in the piller and make it broken my door mirror and till not they haven't given amount for the replacement. I dont recommend anyone to do park in this spot because of the staff rash driving in the parking area and the irresponsible supervisor also. Waste service Ever in sydney 😡😡😡😡
Catherine Bulfin: The biggest issue with this carpark is the fact that there seems to be only one way to get out on the weekend. That is to take the pedestrian exit to Jamison Street and open a door manually to get out. You can't re-open the door. You need a code to get in (a sign informs casual parkers you can key in a code from your ticket). The only problem with *that* is that we and all of our friends today who parked there, booked the parking online and so we didn't *have* a ticket.I actually tried messaging Wilson and logged a support ticket but of course they are not available to help on the weekends, only Monday to Friday. So after the function we attended, we walked down the driveway of the carpark (not fun in heels and the only railing was freshly painted with "wet paint" signs everywhere, so nothing to hold onto). We were less than impressed with this experience. If you have a carpark open on weekends in the city, you need to make it easily accessible for customers to get back in and retrieve their vehicles. You also need to have readily available help - an intercom button at the pedestrian door would have been helpful. It also would have helpful to actually have access to a support person from Wilson Carparking, who could advise on how to get back into the carpark. I saw from other reviews, that others have had the same problem, yet Wilson Carparking hasn't addressed the issue.Do better.Since I posted this review I've re-read my booking email. There actually *is* information about pedestrian access in/out of the carpark, together with a code. However, this information is buried at the end of the email, so Wilson still needs to lift its game. I did give feedback about this, but I don't think they were interested. Also, my comment about the need for an intercom button at the door still holds.
A K: Not sure why this parking gets so many bad reviews. For me it was good. Getting in /out was easy, heaps of spots available (it was Saturday) $25 flat rate for weekends is ok too.
Cr: DO NOT PARK HERE!Only a handful of spots and people can block you in! Secondly you can’t turn around to check for more spots. You have to exit the parking which charges you again! The security guy was telling me everyone here gets charged twice because of this issue and to call Wilson for a refund. What a joke. Not to mention you have to go down to many levels in a tight swirly path way.
Hugh Finlay Macneil: To all considering parking at Wilson car parks because there are many of them and they look cheap, 2 recent experiences suggest great caution is needed. On the first occasion I was charged an extra $36 for overnight parking in Sydney over the prepaid $22 because I used my phone instead of the physical card to enter and exit the car park. This $36 was eventually refunded. On the more recent occasion I paid $95.88 ($25 prepaid and $70.88 extra on leaving) for overnight parking on a Saturday night. This time I used the physical card but was advised that I had only booked for 30 min when I paid $25. When I pointed out this was absurd and that I had entered the following day for exit the response was to refer to their records without consideration of my arguments. I will wear this but never park in Wilson again and have advised them that I would post on social media when I queried the excessive fee. Be very careful with this company
TK Murphy (TKM): Great spot to park if heading to circular quay from the north side of the harbour. Rates can be high during the week and getting back into the car park requires patience. Inside is a little tight for long vehicles but OK up to 2m.
Luke Esther: If you bother to read the booking email, it will tell you the pin code to access the carpark after hours is 999999
Calvin Cheung: Difficult to manoeuvre into tight spots even with a small/mid-sized car. Non-existent after-hours access even though the carpark is open til late, as you can't get back in without a code or key, neither of which are provided, so you have to walk down the long and steep driveway to get back to your car.
Jennie Lander: Beware if you return to your car after 5:30pm ! I booked online with Wilson parking (very easy). I was advised by the attendant that the after hours access is safe via Jamieson St, however when I got to the access door it was locked and a pin code required (which when you book online you don't get as you don't get a ticket). The only way to access the carpark is via the very steep and dangerous driveway. An awful experience.
Miya: Quite difficult to find parking after 5pm, half the spaces aren't available because they're suited for double parking valet
Narendra Kumar Patalam: Very narrow passage to parking. We were able to come out but could not enter car park door as it is access restricted. There is no other way to enter. I used this parking at night and have to leave my family at the access door and use car drive way to enter and give them access from inside. Very disappointed with this place and never recommend to use this place for parking.
Ahmet Demiray: Online gebucht, Probleme beim raus fahren , keine Ansprechsperson vor Ort
Rob S: I parked at 259 George Street on 08 June for early bird parking at 830am leaving at 410pm. When I left, I noticed what I thought was water on the driver's side of the vehicle. But when I returned home, the material on the vehicle was a thick oil spray which I still am unable to remove. What I would like clarity on is what is the material on the vehicle, why was it on my vehicle, and why wasn't I told about it when I left. Or better yet, why wasn't it cleaned off prior to me picking up the vehicle prior to leaving? Not acceptable.
Reis Cores: extremely unpleasant staff. I went to work today at the loading dock at 255 george street where I had the misfortune of dealing with what I believe to be the worst worker in the company. between 1pm and 3pm. when he left he opened the gate and instead of waiting for me to get out he closed the gate halfway through hitting my van. I couldn't pass because a car was coming in front, so I stopped in the middle but he was more worried about his food and closed without looking if I had already passed, he still accused me of driving badly. this country really lacks manpower that's why they put professionals who are so poorly prepared in any job.
Ernie Shepherd: Wish I read the reviews before doing an online booking for this carpark. Never had issues with Wilson parkings before but this one was awful. You can’t walk back to your car with no card ? Def would be nice to let the clients know . Had to walk through the car entry and once I found my car In the labyrinth inside I was no able to get out because of a weird rolled up door not opening. Had to call security and just dismissed us. A lovely person from Wilson was able to open the door from us, but omg was difficult and scary!!
Karl M: I don’t recommend this carpark! A very bad customer service including security guards to an extend ending the call after stating ‘It is not my job, you can red the sign whatever on the sign’. This conversation has occurred while I was talking to security guard/customer service using the answer machine located at the front of the carpark. very rude and with no respect to customers.
Emma Shaw: Has to be the worst car park experience I’ve ever had. Booked online and there weren’t enough spots which caused a traffic jam as people were attempting to get refunds via voice system that no one was answering. We did eventual find a spot but when we came back someone had blocked us and about 8 other cars in. In the end the police were called to mediate the situation. Felt sorry for a few other families who couldn’t get their cars out and will probably be waiting until the car park closes to get their cars out. Absolutely ridiculous car park management.
Monica T: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pretty much the same as other reviews. Booked online and got locked out at night after hours. You need a ticket to open it but didn't have one since I was online booking. Luckily a couple came with a ticket and let us in. Parking is super odd with limited 'normal' spots, which are tiny and they run out fast. Otherwise you need to park behind other vehicles and run the risk of being blocked in. The layout only allows for driving in one direction. If you don't find a spot by the end of it, you need to go against traffic and its just an accident waiting to happen. Would rather pay extra money for safety and ease of parking. This is the worst carpark ever.
Cindy: . Extremely small spaces in a very weird configuration. A car accident is bound to happen. Booked online but when we got there, there were hardly any spaces left so we had to park in a "reserved bay for Medibank private." Use the code in email confirmation to access the carpark after hours, or else you will be locked out.
