Veronica Gamallo: Thanks World Blue for an amazing experience. I have stayed for 3 months in a studio apartment on Kent street and it was lovely. The pool and gym were really good as well as the location. The staff were always there for us and the apartments was spotless. 100% recommended!!
Xingge Zhao: DO NOT RECOMMEND Had a 4 weeks stay at one of their short term lease apartment. worst experience.1). I am a single woman. 1st week in, a man randomly showed up without any noticed and open my door with KEYS. I only just had my shower. He claimed he came to fix a light, where there was no light issue that I notice and I NEVER ask for fixing2). 2 - 3 weeks in, 10am in the morning they sent and email saying they were going to bring someone in to inspect the apartment 1 pm that. I was at work and was lucky to saw the email and called to urgently call it stop.3) On check-out day, my check-out time was 10am. at around 8 am, a bunch of cleaners showed up with KEYS and opened my door without even knocking. I was furious!4) When I got the key, they asked for small deposit for the key. When I was checking out, they said they never did and it was not in the system. Couldn't find my receipt so I never argued.5) For above item 1) - 3) , I reported to main office multiple times and they said it would not happen again and they would investigate and come back to me. But it kept happening over and over and nobody got back to me at allThere is absolutely no security and privacy and functional system in this place.Do not recommend if you care the least bit of the above. Unless you really need a kitchen you would be much better off in a hotel for the same price.
Jason Quarrell: Great apartment at 355 Kent Midtown apartments, very spacious apartment with a modern kitchen, oh and fast WiFi / internet.The only issue is the curtains need to be updated as they don't meet in the middle and the side window curtain in the bedroom is missing. I would not be concerned with this as I am sure this can be rectified very easily and quickly.Thanks for a great stay.CheersJason

My wife stumbled upon World Blue and found a great apartment for the week in a wonderful location. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out wonderfully. I would definitely recommend World Blue!
Elijah M: Our booking and trip to Sydney to work at The Winter Festival was all pretty much last minute. We were getting worried that we wouldn't be able to find accommodation for our price range... BUT Rowen & the guys at World-Blue were amazing!!! They looked after us and provided a really great house in BALMAIN - a fantastic location and really friendly neighbourhood. Mind you, we travelled from Brisbane with our little pup; Rowen & World-Blue ever so kindly allowed her to stay with us as well!The guys at World-Blue really helped us out when we need reasonably priced accommodation not too far from Darling Harbour - where we were working in the Sydney Winter Festival.I've travelled to Sydney for work many many times - but this was definitely the one trip where, after a long day, I looked forward to going back to rest, shower and watch TV in an amazing house instead of a share room at the hostel. :)Thank you Rowen & World-Blue, you made our stay in Sydney very very worthwhile.

Green Cat: A nice apartment complex by the looks of it, at least the ground apartment that I had a tour in which features two floors and a front yard. It has an upstairs play room with cinema, library and toy rooms and a large shared courtyard on the inside. Decent building by the looks of it.
Behzad Bapooji: I was looking for a place to rent and was finding it difficult because I have 2 cats - most landlords don’t rent out to people with pets.I googled - places to rent which allow pets Sydney - and came across the Liv website.I called and made an appointment to view the apartments and was met by Daniel Kuczko, Leasing & Marketing Executive.Daniel showed me the place twice when I returned with a friend. His extremely friendly demeanour coupled with his knowledge and the way he did not try to over sell the place played a vital role in my decision to rent.The fact that there is no bond (only 2 weeks rent in advance); that pets are welcome (it’s delightful to meet all the fur babies with their pawrents 😀); the technology behind the workings; the superb amenities including the gym & the high level of security makes the seemingly high rent worth it. The IGA in the building itself is such a huge bonus!I have to say that Daniel and his colleagues are the ones who deserve the biggest accolades. They are super friendly and incredibly helpful.I believe that I’ve made the right decision and look forward to renting here long term (I’ve only just moved in a few days ago).Thank you Daniel!
John McAllister: Best decision as a life long renter I ever made. Great apartments and great service. Good, safe, clean neighbourhood and a supermarket in the building complex. By 2030 Sydney Olympic Park will have a metro link right outside the buildings front door straight to the CBD.

Although I ultimately found a place closer to my work, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate his excellent service and professionalism.Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about the property and community, and took the time to answer all of my questions and show me around. He was patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.Overall, I highly recommend working with Daniel and considering Liv Indigo if you're in the market for a rental property. Michael Bea: Not good.My family decided to move out.Staff are friendly and mostly helpful but don't tackle the most serious issues via any means other than email. Any resident that is an issue won't care enough to read them so it's pointless. Only the residents that care about community read them.We've noticed the quality of resident has dipped considerably in our time. Noisier, messier residents that don't value community have moved in. They'll leave rubbish in common areas for example, a huge health concern.Another gripe is the lifts. If you live above the 8th floor, good luck! Especially during busy times (when you come and go from work) you can be waiting literally minutes. The building was not designed well and is not managed well. Giving up the use of half your lifts for hours so people can move doesn't work for your residents.The biggest reason we moved out though, is parking. It's a joke to be honest. Staff tacitly allow residents to park in visitor parking (we were quietly encouraged to do this when we moved in by a staff member). We pay $60 a week for two parking spots, we want to do the right thing, but it's hard when you see residents being encouraged to free-load and meanwhile make you literally feel you can not invite friends or family over because there is nowhere for them to park. We felt like prisoners in our home.All this for a premium in rent. It's not close to worth the money. We wanted community and a lovely place to live and were happy to pay for it. We are still looking.Edit 1: so have any improvements been made?
Noel Luther: Very poor accounting. They have been demanding money in excess of the rent based on erroneous worksheet prepared by them. They are unable to understand simple accounting concept of maintaining a ledger. May have to take them to the tribunal.
Johannes Verboom: Liv Indigo in itself is a great facility, nice apartments, lovely people and excellent shared facilities. It does have a serious parking issue, visitor parking shared across 4 large buildings is extremely limited and rarely available so if you regularly have guests this can become a problem, despite offering EV charging for those considering this convenience it is more hassle than it is worth as they are locked and require security to attend (who are not always on site) and unlock them for you any time they need to be used. While tenanted management was fantastic and extremely friendly but since departing I've struggled to get basic information from the team to the point where I've had to complain to fairwork NSW, something as simple as a rental ledger has not been provided and is causing issues with future tenancy applications. Overall a nice time thanks to the awesome community but our post tenancy experience has soured our opinion.
Emil Harutyunyan: VERY poor management and disrespectful treatment from the stuff. I was told to wait for a week till the apartment is clean and ready to check in and after a week for no reason I was rejected. Jason was in charge of my application, after waisting a week telling nonsense reasons he told us that the apartment has problems and we can’t check in, to the question if they have any other apartments available he told us to not even try and find other place, so he just didn’t want to give the apartment to me and wasted a week of my time and money. I am a foreigner, and I feel discriminated. I spent all my money to book a hotel till the apartment is ready and now I have nowhere to stay. All my paperwork was good, my income is more than enough to pay for the rent.

G M: I stayed at LIV on a short term 3 month lease of a stunning 1-bedroom apartment. It truly is hassle-free as a renter as rental terms are flexible and didn't have to go through the red tape of bonds. They rely on tenants instead to clean the place and look after it properly on the basis of trust and common decency.It was handy to be allowed this lease term, whereas private landlords will insist on at least 6 months. The premises are squeaky clean, safe and pet friendly. Any issues I had ; eg. Air-con, were attended to promptly. Added bonus is the huge common area on level 9 with Master-chef style kitchen and entertainment area, a library for guests + free Wifi and study/work rooms (this was particularly handy when my own internet went down).I don't know who the people are complaining below, but I can not praise the management (and in particular Cerryn Chalmers) highly enough.
Javed T.: LIV indigo is very new concept in Australia, build to rent only. This facilities comes with a small condominium community. The team members are efficient, friendly. This entire condominium is pet friendly.

Johnny Nguyen: Don’t expect to receive any serious maintenance support after moving in here. Whatever faults arise will likely be your problem to handle (although you won’t be allowed to). Tenant life quality is horrible because of rules not being enforced and residents being in a free-for-all for common property. I would not move here even if it was offered rent-free. Don’t fall for the fact they offer included white goods and no bond - it’s not worth it.My friends who have moved in here have received nothing from LIV once they were there. The first apartment they moved into had water that tasted potentially toxic. After raising this issue immediately, building management dragged their feet in organising testing and maintenance. After a test was conducted, no copies of the results were provided but they were moved to a different apartment. Suspicious…Beyond clear disregard for potentially hazardous maintenance issues, LIV also permit tenants to abuse common areas to the harm of everyone else. For example, visitor parking is full of residents’ cars permanently. I have not been able to visit my friends without paying for excessive amounts of street parking (and moving my car constantly). Further, despite being a smoke-free building, lack of enforcement has resulted in wide disregard for this rule. While at my friend’s apartment, a tenant below chain-smoked cigarettes over a period of 2 hours, completely suffocating us.
Evelyn Yeoh: For a building touted to be the most renter friendly on the market, it really isn’t. 0/10 would not recommend.Our friends moved in here and while the actual apartment is nice, it’s been impossible to visit as there’s never any visitors parking available. The water in their apartment also tasted foul and reeked of chemicals and took our friends weeks before Liv even addressed the matter.We are very close with our friends who live at LIV, and these issues were a significant barrier to us spending time with them after the extended lockdowns. We aren’t able to stay over due to lack of visitor parking, or feel safe in drinking the water provided by the building.

Justine Crowley: I had the pleasure of inspecting apartment 30205 with Jamie last Saturday. In Jamie's presence, you instantly feel so much better. The pet friendly vibe and community feel is real, and I also got a brief opportunity to meet Kerrin as well.You are welcomed by beautiful gardens, and the hallways are also decadent. A lot of work has been put into this. The apartment is cosy and lovely. I was advised that there are lovely night time lights that come on in the garden, and the balcony was also of a decent size. Due to some personal home matters, I started my application for a 3 month lease, yet sadly had to withdraw due to a couple of unexpected obstacles, with one landing me in quarantine right now.The deck is also lovely. Clean and crisp, with ample space to socially distance. You can easily spend a lot of quality time in the gardens as well.I was impressed with Jamie's enthusiasm for her job. It is a breath of fresh air dealing with Mirvac direct. Jamie also offered me some water, and the application process was seamless. Pity that a couple of unexpected twists and turns came in the way in so quickly, where LIV Indigo is no longer home sweet home for now! You need to take this property very seriously, and only commit to LONG leases (come to think of it), because this place is meant to be home, and down the track I definitely hope so!! There would have been horrible tears otherwise. Cheers :) :)
Shaunak Bararia: Jamie Page showed us the property and the common areas. She was the biggest selling point for this place and made us fall in love with it even more. Everything about her conduct was incredibly professional, energetic and incredibly informative. She was patient enough for us to wait while we found our way there, hopped out all the way onto the street to make sure we find the right place and was calm enough to answer our billion repetitive questions and clear all our doubts. We can't possibly stress on how relieved we were to be in such safe hands. She spared no expense to show us around the staged and empty properties and even helped us with some of our general doubts about the place. She was an absolute superstar to say the least.
Mounisha Sanjiv: Do yourself a favour and don’t move here. They try to get you in with promises of a great community and friendly team who make your life easy but they really don’t.Since moving in, it has been nothing short of constant headaches. From having our parcels locked up in a room that we can’t access outside business hours, to maintenance staff that go AWOL when you need something, to ongoing plumbing issues that never get rectified… it’s horrible.The staff are certainly friendly but only when you don’t need anything from them. The second you need something done (no matter how urgent), they’re no longer helpful in any way.Liv tries to justify their high rent prices by saying it’s convenient and all-inclusive, but in reality the apartments are low quality and a nightmare to live in. The gimmicky promises of ‘no bond’ and ‘white goods included’ seem like a nice perk but it’s not worth the constant headaches. I’d rather pay for those things and pay less rent in a nicer area than be here. Can’t wait to move out the second our lease is up.

Michelle Galea: We booked an apartment on Darling Harbour, Apartment One Darling 901, the photos were exactly like real life..The apartment has excellent views of the harbour, it is a very spacious, a very clean & quiet apartment, with everything you need.The building also has a large heated indoor swimming pool, separate spa , gym and sauna. Large Roof top terrace with great views.Walking distance to everything, we literally walked to the rocks, the opera house, Australia Museum, Sealife, Shopping districts restaurants etc etc.. You cannot get a better position.Katrina Was lovely to deal with , the booking process and key pick up was very easy.Highly recommend, thank you

What a bonus free unlimited Wi-Fi It was very reassuring being able to speak to the booking consultant Melinda on the phone to tell her of my needs for a 6 week business trip. The whole process was easy and nothing was a problem with the flexibity of my check out date due to the uncertainty of my work completion date .. cathy neal: I will never book or stay with Astra Apartments again. After making a booking months in advance for 3 day stay , getting confirmation of availability, then emailing and calling to confirm, I had no success. I finally called again to confirm booking and was told they only do 7+ day bookings. This was never communicated in any email or phone contact previously, nor did they call to tell me this was there sudden policy!! Extremely poor management and communication by the business with potential customers by John the Director. Dont book , you will be left high and dry and disappointed by Astra apartments.
Kasper Rugård Thomsen: Great location and great apartment. Well equipped. Looks like it could use a bit of maintenance. The walls have a few dents and scratches a lot of places and done of the appliances are a bit used. The dishwasher is missing the box for the cutlery for instance and the dryer doesn't seem to dry that well because the filter is blocked it seems, but we weren't able to unblock it. Still a great apartment, but the problem is that when there are minor issues with the apartment and it looks a bit used people don't seem to care and won't care of they make a few more dents etc. so the place succumbs and will just get worse and worse. For your own sake and looking at some of the other reviews I'd recommend getting someone to go through the apartments and fix all the minor issues we've seen.

Alexander Ivanovich: John, the responsible manager, was really nice and friendly and met as late as 11pm. When you book a room, make sure to ask the apartment on 25th floor or higher - you will get a very nice view from your balcony! The other apartment my colleague had was on the 9th floor and was facing construction. The building is in the very center of North Sydney and has all you need in the neighborhood - cafes, supermarkets, bars! Make sure to check out Iku whole food cafe on Berry str!

Andy Garland: I booked an apartment in Sydney with World Apartments over the New Year period through their website and paid in full with my credit card and received a booking confirmation that day. 10 days later I received an email saying that they had cancelled my booking as there had been a mistake on their system.I rang World Apartments in Sydney from overseas at my own cost to query this and was told that they had the right to cancel my booking at any time and that if I did not like it that I should take legal advice as they felt that they had carefully worded their terms and conditions to allow cancellation by them at any time for no reason and that they were not prepared to discuss in any further detail.I therefore have a number of problems with World Apartments. Firstly, they have problems with their online system allowing bookings to be made in error. Secondly, it takes them 11 days to spot any problem bookings. Thirdly, they believe they have the right to cancel any booking at any time for no reason which does not seem equitable especially when customers do not have the same right. Finally, that having made a mistake that they make no attempt honor that mistake or offer any alternative or other solution to the problem.All in all this was a very poor experience and makes me wonder about their levels of customer service if you actually get to stay at one of their apartments. Needless to say, I won't be making any further bookings with World Apartments in Sydney.
