The Pharmacy Guild Of Australia NSW Branch: what do users think?
Islam Hosny: Highly experienced highly committed. I recommended for all interns
MD4564: A corrupt lobbyist orginsation with the intent to destroy people's health - by benifiting themselves, while charging thousands of dollars for medicine. At the same time lobbying the government with hudrends of thousands of dollars. Why does Chemist Warehouse and others have multi million dollar homes, and yet many Australians have to sacrifice to pay for basic medicines.
MOHWA: From a neutral standpoint, it's important to acknowledge that a union that solely supports pharmacy business owners without considering the needs of pharmacists could lead to conflicts of interest. Pharmacists are the ones who provide essential services to patients, and they may require support in areas such as fair wages, working conditions, and job security. If a union only focuses on the interests of pharmacy owners, it may neglect the concerns of pharmacists, which could ultimately impact the quality of care that patients receive.Furthermore, it's worth noting that the success of a pharmacy business is often dependent on the well-being of its employees, including pharmacists. A union that supports both pharmacy owners and pharmacists can help to ensure that the needs of both groups are met, creating a more harmonious and productive workplace. In this way, a union that supports only pharmacy owners may be overlooking an important aspect of maintaining a successful and ethical business.
karim rizkalla: The Pharmacy Guild of NSW does a tremendous Job of caring for the public of NSW. They have been instrumental in enabling pharmacists to care for the public during the pandemic, bushfires and other disasters. Truly an asset
JB All Trades: They didn't have some pretty basic compond
Jo Langham: Certifying documents:Although being advised that an pharmacist will certify a copy of a document as a true copy of the original - i can’t one in the Eastern Suburbs that us willing to do so - they’re “too busy to do that” . WHY advertise that help to citizens who bring income to the pharmacy unless you honour this . I understand that Pharmacists make a least 60% on scripts - but are unwilling to assist with this unpaid help.
Angela Elliott: I cannot believe how difficult it is to receive a refund from NSW GuildI have waited 5 weeks and still waitingRegardless how many phone calls or emails there is a constant passing the issue to others Phone calls never returned Emails on response Surely a simple refund cannot be that complicated or does the Guild not have sufficient funds????

Endeavour College of Natural Health - Sydney Campus: what do users think?
Melanie Lewis: As shared by previous reviewers, what was once a great college has sadly slowly slipped in education standards and in turn prioritised profit more and more. Leaving students feeling like they are simply just a number, going weeks without response to queries & with very little support generally. There are still some great lecturers standing, purely thanks to their passion for the future generation of practitioners. Many others have already been forced to depart to the key competitor university. Due to the outrightly offensive pay cut imposed upon these highly qualified professionals a couple of years back by new management (an investor company with no background in the education or healthcare sectors).
Alexis Castro Robles (conocealexis): If the quality of education here is appalling, working at Endeavour is even worse. I worked at Endeavour for about 8 weeks in student admin and it was sincerely the most toxic workplace I have ever worked at. And this was pre-covid! Don’t bother studying or even working at Endeavour. There are far better student admin workplaces around Sydney where they won’t overwork you for little money, where the teachers won’t treat you like a maid and where you don’t let students treat your workplace like a joke.
Peyton Pizano: Appalled. The amount of stress this college has cause my partner is ridiculous. His debt continues to grow while his course is being phased out. Not only that but they refuse to answer emails and phone calls!!! 3 weeks and countless voicemails and emails later... nothing.Prerecorded classes throughout covid... fair, but preventing students from collaborating with eachother (no ability to contact) and making it difficult to even get in contact with instructors??!! As an institution, the quality of content should be better than what you can find on YouTube for free. Do. Better.
John Luhr: Had a mate study here, and they enrolled him in a course that they planned to cancel and slugged him with a massive help debt. Never informed him the course was going to be cancelled and let him enrol anyways. When we requested the debt be reversed they never replied until we followed up and then they just rejected and referred us to the AAT to appeal. What a joke. They clearly didn't read the appeal given they just replied almost straight after we followed up. Clearly they just reject because they know that students can't afford the $962 AAT fee and so will never have to face any appeals.Absolutely horrible behaviour.
Liana Madera: Quality has been consistently decreasing in the last few years. The college continuously makes it very clear that the student's best interests are NOT even of slight priority for them. Their only concern is making money, and as a student you can really feel that. It is a shame that there are some wonderful lecturers, but the institution and administration lets the whole place down. As a student about the graduate, I would definitely NOT recommend anyone begin their studies here - it will be a waste of your time and $85,000.
Lisa Blundell: The best place to study! Amazing lecturers, lovely fellow students.
Aurora Moreno Navarro: I went for a tea blending workshop after studying online for a few months. It was great.
Pauline Malcouronne: Amazing Tui Na!
Christine Pace: After attending an open day I was really excited to enrol in this college. However the enrolment process was quite frustrating, fill out a questionnaire only to be called up to verbally answer it all over again. The staff member managing my enrolment was highly unprofessional, she called me at the height of the pandemic, full lockdown and people with high job loss/insecurity to enrol in a hands-on massage course! I was perplexed and infuriated. The course commencement was not even certain. This showed just how money driven they are.Additionally I had another (lovely) staff member contact me only to have incorrect info stored in their system (by unprof. admin lady) so poor thing was confused.I persisted and try to enrol post-pandemic only to be misinformed about the part-time timetable which as a full time employee is conveniently scheduled on a weekday.I tried but they just make it too difficult.
Mel osborne: Be aware! Endeavour's subject availabilities are becoming extremely inflexible. They are trying to cut down expenses so most subjects are only available one day a week. After the second year it's almost impossible to study and work as it's impossible to fit in few subjects in few days. I had to go to college every day just to do 4 separate subjects. Some lecturer are amazing but some don't even know how to teach. Unfortunately some of the core subjects are being tought in rush and not in depth.
sarah jallad: Attended an open day today comparing this college to another large institution. Must say first impressions and holistic view of the college is much better compared. It has a genuine feel and interest in students and not in only making a sale or sign up. This review is based on the opinion of the open day and potential student.
Sarah Patterson: very poorly managed institution
Ian McLean: I have just completed my first term in Diploma of Remedial Massage at Endeavour's Sydney Campus, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Anthony Turri has been a supportive and knowledgeable lecturer. Encounters with the clerical staff have also been efficient and helpful. My classmates come from such diverse backgrounds but we quickly consolidated as a friendly and collegial group. It is hard to find fault in a typical day that includes giving and receiving massages. We have also appreciated the opportunity to massage in the field ("City2Surf" at Bondi Beach). The LMS has made turning in assignments, rewatching videoclips and completing the online modules quite efficient. It's my first time doing tertiary studies since 1990 and much has changed. A personally steep learning curve but I felt well supported.Really looking forward to my next term. Thank you so much.
Raman Kapil: Its great weatherEnvironment

CBD Pharmacies: what do users think?
Ingrid jones: The staff here are so nice and caring. Every time without fail they give good professional advice and are just all round good people.
James Indge: I have been using CBD Pharmacies for a couple of years now for all my pharmacy needs and they have been excellent. They go out of their way to help and I really rate them highly. Recommend you check them out if you’re in the area, you won’t find better.
David Williamson: My wife and I were in mandatory isolation and could only get vital medication online and delivered. The pharmacist Snigdha was most helpful in arranging this quickly, courteously and competently.
Matthew Andrews: These guys go way beyond the call. Nobody else like them in the city area.
Ben: Helpful, friendly
C. M.: Very polite and helpful staff and the prices are mote than fair. I heartily recommend this pharmacy.
AN: Staff are very helpful and friendly and the products are fairly priced for an independent pharmacy
Mabel Ting: The pharmacist are always helpful, thanks team!
Doran Cook: Really helpful pharmacy
minji Yoo: There is the best pharmacist. Thank you:)!
Helen: Love this pharmacy. The Naturopath, Sue, is brilliant and always gives great advice and product knowledge. The Pharmacist is also lovely and takes the time to listen. Highly recommend!
Hannah Brenegan: Very helpful and always listen to your issue and provide helpful, knowledgeable advice. Great service!
Sergio Perez Parras: Nice
Fahd R: Charge way too much. For a $10 medicine, they mark up to $25. Rip offs
Inês Paler: Went there ready to buy a quick fix product. Instead, one of the assistants, sat me down, listened to my issued. Then, she taught me a lot and gave me some advice. Ended up not needing to buy anything but got a lot of great information and care instead!
melissa jones: Excellent pharmacy near Martin Place, service fast and efficient. l found their staff pleasant and helpful. They even have a full time qualified naturopath working in store for health and vitamin advice!
Steve Grantham: Excellent independent pharmacy - part of the vital network of independent pharmacies across the CBD of Sydney. A place where you can get thoughtful, well considered advice in a discrete setting and for free. Jay - the owner - is a widely experienced pharmacy operator never too busy to help a customer. A busy shop in the middle of the CBD with excellent signage (designed by me!).
Ka G: Pharmacist didnt have any customer service skills, no greeting, no smile, impatient and acted as if she was being really put out by having to fill a script. Medical centre attached was terrible. Was told to make an appointment, turned up on time and was made to wait ages. Staff sitting in rooms with their backs to the door, refused to turn around when I said excuse me.

Newton's Pharmacy: what do users think?
Alan Parker: Good service and product. Please look at Stephanie's issue below. She's waiting on you getting back to her. 👍
BodyWater: The ladies working here are lovely professionals and the range is incredible. All the herbs you want and all the herbs you’ll ever need. I love this place.
Bernadette Riordan: Good for quality supplements
Stephanie Mac: I have contacted this pharmacy 5 times to obtain assistance and in turn purchase some products. Each time I contacted them, the woman with a very strong accent informed me that the pharmacist would make contact to discuss further and I am still waiting even after following up a number of times and 6 weeks after my first contact. I can only assume they no longer need customers and encourage everyone to think twice if they are contemplating a visit or doing any business with Newtons as they certainly don’t want your business!
Ana Karadjitch: I visited this pharmacy for the first time today and I love the product selection they have. They stock brands that are sustainable, ethical and natural, many from local businesses. The staff was helpful and polite. I also love how silent the store is, made my experience pleasant and calming, an escape from the constant noise of the city.
Luke Wallace: In the age of pharma distrust, the team at Newtons are probably the most talented, helpful health practitioners in Sydney. A rare find to be cherished!
Yevhen Geknay: Any homeopathic preparation is prepared quickly and efficiently.
Muruganandan Somasundaram: great place to buy Homeopathy and other natural products. Very knowledgeable, genuine and helpful staff.
Ani: Great place for all things Natural and some organic, nice staff and customers service.
Jolinda: Stopped in for some oscillococcinum....and left with a bag full of goodies cause I shopped while waiting. The staff was super friendly! This holistic apothecary has a huge variety of good including books on yoga, herbs, and healing. So happy to have found this place!
Emma Christine: Great place to shop
Prue D: Great care and attention
Elma Caldarevic: Nice store and friendly staff!
abhijeet mukherjee: Moved to 45 York Street. Its now behind Wynyard Station.
Khrystene: Excellent service, particularly from the staff member with the American/Canadian accent. A great range of products. I've been shopping here since the early 00s. Always happy with their products.
Mirko Casagrande: Amazing customer service, professional and knowledgeable staff, great range and quality of products, highly recommended!
Ella Taunga: I recently had Covid and had the NCV 200 Homeopathic formula which helped alot in my recovery along with other vitamins and supplements. The team at Newtons were friendly, helpful and compassionate, they gave me the help I needed.
Debbie Mirza: Their homeopathic remedies produced in store don’t seem to be made properly. Bought a remedy recently, which did not have any effect after a week. Tried a different brand (Owen) and the effect was immediate and palpable. When we called and asked if they sold more of Owen Homeopathic remedies, personnel lied outright and said they didn’t despite it being on the counter.
Salty Caramel: 5 stars for the products0 stars for the service.I called the store an HOUR ahead for a pickup order, once I got there the guy said it wont be too long.I waited an extra 20 mins once I got there. The product that I order and paid for was NOT even packed. That is incredibly unprofessional lying to someone telling them that It wont be long considering I called ahead. What the store sells, is not the problem.5 stars for the products0 stars for the service.
Nicolette Boaz: Reliable. Not flakey. Knowledgeable staff. Good quality products well priced.
Piska Contardo: Always a pleasure to stop by an provision myself of my favorite natural health helpers. Also a pleasure to receive friendly and expert advice from the naturopaths, such as lovely Elena.Highly recommended
