Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool: what do users think?
Ian H: Excellent long course pool. The view is great and the facilities are clean. It’s a salt water pool, which is refreshing, but can be an adjustment if you’re not used to it. This pool is also popular, so be prepared to share a lane. If you’re an American, get ready to enjoy clockwise circle swimming. There is also a shallow splash pool for small kids. They also sell swimwear, googles, and some other equipment, so don’t fret if you don’t remember something.
No way myself: Definitely one of my favorite pools in Sydney! Amazing view👍🏾
Esme Sarah: Such a cool pool with views over the city and of the navy ships. Such a pleasant pace to swim!
Trevor Richmond: Good price for a fun swim. Very new very nice staff, great view. Take a walk in the garden get a swim in what a great evening.
Khalid M: This is a really pretty pool—right at the water’s edge, next to the botanical gardens, with great views. The water is clean and it wasn’t too busy in the mid morning. Unfortunately, the water was nauseatingly salty (this was definitely the saltiest pool I’ve ever swum in), making the swimming experience somewhat unpleasant. Great place to visit, but I’d probably choose a different pool if you’re looking for a good place to swim laps.
sarah taylor: Quintessential sydney
David G: Pool water is a bit dirty, male toilets smellCafe staff very ordinary not friendly
Food G: Pool is a great salt water outdoor pool. It does get busy after work.Beware: If you are driving and parking in the metered area, we advise you to take a photo of your ticket and get the e-receipt. We had been wrongly fined but luckily had taken a photo. The ticket meter doesnt print instead you link in to your number plate.
Travis Chambers: One of Sydney’s finest
Edward Henry: A swathe of rainbow flags does not disguise the increasing levels of aggression early morning swimmers are encountering in the lanes set aside for public lap swimmers. The perpetrators are invariably not regulars and the staff are unable to control what occurs in the water so those of us who choose to continue to patronise the place do so at our own risk. Telling someone who is concussed to report the incident to staff does not resolve the problem or even the individual incident. Boy Charlton might pride itself on being "gay-friendly" but it is certainly no longer friendly per se.
Alex Skorulis: Pool with a great view
Guillermo De Trápaga: Genial lo que hacen los australianos para mejorar la calidad de vida de su gente!
Logan Melville: The view of the battleships. Oh my lord.
maddymaddy21: Nice pool, great atmosphere, etc but a very arrogant male duty manager who works late shifts. The website says the place shuts at 8pm but we were asked to get out at the pool @7.45pm and got yelled by the Duty Manager because we were 5 mins late.Recommended Suggestions:1. Update the closing time on the website to 7.45pm2. Recruit a civilised Duty Manager & get rid of the current one (Or maybe send him on a customer service - training course).
Ray Hass: Such an amazing place for a swim!! The views are stunning, the people are friendly, and the salt water buoyancy makes you feel oh-so-fast…
Carlos Pereira: amazin placebeautiful viewwarm waternear museum, botanic park, opera house and confortable way for walking.
Tony Murphy: Nice meal and great view
Vadim Lisovoy: Fantastic outdoor swimming pool in Sydney's Woolloomooloo! Acid-salty water will keep you feeling the natural ocean swim experience! Recommend it for all outdoor swimming lovers!
PATRICK LOPEZ: Amazing pool, salt water and incredible view. Full of kids and families on weekends. Very busy.
Wensen Dong: Slightly dirty but overall friendly pool
James Boggs: A top class location, clean facilities, beautiful water quality and the perfect ambiance for relaxing and working out in the pool.

Cook + Phillip Park Pool: what do users think?
Liis V: Bathrooms need a decent reno and cleaning in the shower cabin's.
Aleta Laft: I have been going to the pool and exercise classes off and on since it opened. This place used to be great but now feels unhygienic. The grout in the showers has black dots all over it. The last time I went for a swim the wave pool was shut due to a code brown (poo in the pool) and we were not told this when paying our entry fee. After about 40mins or so the wave pool opened and was shut down 10 mins later due to another code brown. Nappy policy needed!
Nikunj Vaidhya: Swimming options for all age groups and all skill levels. Lovely staff. Water play area for kids is great. Instructors are good.
Phil: Water's a bit cold. I thought it would have been heated, but it's a nice swim.
Ned Derb: Good place staff are good water is good parking can be difficult
Rahul Das: Great place to have a dip even when it is gray. There is a 50m pool for lap swimming and a play area for kids.Change rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Very easy to get in a quick swim before work if you work at the cbd
Quang Minh Ho: Ok
Gwen Lee: Great Aquatic Centre with friendly staff and trainers.
Ravinder Khangura: Wonderful facilities & staff.
bleblebleblehehe: I am currently an active member of the center. And I am very disappointed at your customer service especially the front desk. I called Phillip & Cook Pool Park this morning and wanted to enrol in a PRI4 swimming class. The staff was rude and direct and hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation while I was asking about the duration of the course and the fees. She seems to be annoyed when I was asking about other information and advised just come to the center for more information and rushed to finish the call. At least let me know if I can call back you can't just hang up on someone like that. Literally zero respect. Would rather spend money somewhere else.
Ahmed Elemam: Good vibes but you feel lost for a first timer
David Phillis: Better option than the beach on a cold wintery day
Dane Gorrel: Hygine and cleanliness of the pool is disgusting. Swimmers spitting and blowing their nose in the pool. This is the second time I’ve reported this disgusting behaviour and it’s the second time staff have just ignored or brushed off my complaint.
anto digio: They should install a few huge led display digital clock to be visible while in the pool, from the hydrotherapy section and other sections, instead of keeping those old kitchen clock around that no one can see the time. They should clean the change rooms e after business hours (as in any other gym in the city) and not during the day, keeping them closed for 30 mins while people left their own belongings inside and need to have a shower.
Mark Gu Chen: Great pool for kids. The weekend afternoon waves are the best
Craig Graham: A wondeful evening at our favorite Mardi Gras event.
Story H: Such s nice place we visited today.Notthing special but everything is good!공덕에서 온 친구들을 기다리며 즐긴 거제 친구가~
Dhiraj Kumar Masodgi: Convenient location. Quite a big facility with gym, pools and lot of other facilities. It’s right in front of church and a level below church. From the road level it won’t be visible.
Vaughn Turner: Still going strong.. needs some maintenance but still great
Dibs !: Very clean facilities. Lovely staff, and super LGBTIQA friendly. The Aqua Aerobics class is really fun, and the gym is well equipped for various types of training. The wave pool is great, but not very deep.
Robyn Spencer: Love this place for laps (especially while pregnant) easily accessible and around $8 for a casual session. The sun shines in and hoping it will be warm in winter. It’s really clean and there are kids pools and thermal pools as well.

Khalid M: A friend encouraged me to visit this pool and said it was one of the best in the city, and I’m glad I listened to his rec. Excellent pool for lap swimming (or for lounging about on a sunny day). The water temp is perfect, the pool is very clean, and the other swimmers are respectful. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help.A few things set this pool apart: it’s outdoors and heated to the perfect temp (not too hot or cold), it’s 50 meters, it’s easily accessible via public transportation, and it’s surprisingly quiet for most of the day (outside of early morning and lunchtime, at which times it’s apparently busier). I’ve been swimming here pretty regularly in either the mid morning or afternoon, and it’s rare that I even have to share a lane. Yesterday, I actually had the ENTIRE pool to myself for most of my swim! One thing to note—unlike what another reviewer stated, the lockers are NOT free. I believe they cost $2. Most swimmers leave their bags on the bench in front of the pool, which seems pretty safe.Excellent pool and one of the best I’ve visited during my travels. Highly recommend!
Benjamin Hey: Really lovely facility with lots of grass, lots of shade, lots of seating…. Very well staffed with attentive safety crew and cleaners. Awesome spot for kids and us oldies alike!
glyn suller: Great pool. Can get real busy though. Wish they had more lanes to swim in.
Olivera Peric: Could do with more kid friendly pools, currently small splash fountain area next to the big pool
Jasmine Rose: Really lovely staff and an overall great pool. But it was SUPER busy at 3.30pm on a Monday. About 7-10 people swimming to a lane and loads of screaming children running around. Nobody seems to adhere to the assigned speeds. Slow swimmers in the slow lane were being pummelled and swum over by super fast swimmers that definitely should have been in another lane. If you're new to swimming or anxious of crowds in general I'd try and suss out when the least busy times are. I tried to ask online about what times were the least crowded but couldn't really get a straight answer. I'll definitely come back another day, perhaps early in the morning or on a day off.
James Henshaw: Good place to relax for a swim. It's very good in the middle of the city, very accessible.
δϮυ ,'J: Very safe & kid friendly. facilities r a little bit run down but it only ads to the atmosphere, with spotless💧water all year round, & open everyday for a quick or a long swim•••
noel thomson: Nice water temp
Ben Kurtz: Great facilities.
Nora Haydon Martin: the showers are always freezing. would be nice that they fixed that
John Reidy: Pool, water, swimming, in the city. Go for it
Kevin Walter: Excellent
Jackie Erat: Public heated pool, costing 7.20 AUD per person for a day pass (Jan 2023). It's open air, so it's not as hot as an indoor pool would be, but at a comfortable temperature. The swimming school Different Strokes teaches here from Tue through Sat if you're interested (from beginners to professional level - check their website for time info). At the pool reception they sell swimming equipment, which can be helpful.
DENISSE GOMEZ: Nice facilities. Clean pool. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean toilets and showers. They have swimming lanes and free lane.
Alessandro Bertone: Absolutely amazing
Malcolm Savage: Best pool and staff in Sydney

Nick Storm: Visited on Weekday Wait time No waitMore
Johann-Heinrich Schonfeldt: Great spot. Completely inaccessible if you can't do stairs.
Rebecca Jones: I would highly recommend this pool both for a swim and as a day out! Please be mindful to check on the council website if the pool is closed for cleaning or not prior to heading over. This pool has a stunning view of the harbour bridge and opera house and is not too busy if you go before or after work on a weekday. I would highly recommend this pool for a quick dip and some time to relax.
Chandana Wijeratne: Nice view of the bay
Pierre-Eliott ROUSSEL: Simply the best rock pool in North Sydney I've ever been to. Great view on the Sydney harbour, proper size with 33m long and nice walk there from the Cremorne Point reserve park.
No way myself: Another lovely gem on the north side of the harbour with magnificent city views.
David Holec: What a hidden treasure! I went for a morning run with my friend and ended up with a swim, too! Just brilliant, hidden from tourists with 5* views!
Jenna Bukulen: Perfect spot for picnics
Phupakorn Dangrungroj: Free swimming pool with a great view
Livia Binnie: Amazing location, but the pool needs to be cleaned regularly!
Adrian Mee: The pool is situated on the coast looking back over Sydney harbour towards the bridge and opera house . It's a bit of a walk from the train station ,better to get a ferry to Cremore Point and enjoy a walk around the peninsula and get jealous of the nice houses. The pool itself on the day I visited could have been cleaner ,but there had been a storm the night before . There is a nice deck area in the sun and shade if you prefer. There is also a shower there . One thing to take into account if you go for a day out is there are no cafés,bars or shops nearby so take a picnic , there are beautiful areas nearby to have a picnic and enjoy the views .
ام حلا الحمصية: Good
Paradox Prophet: Fantastic FREE USE facility, amazing views, clean water (it must have been cleaned day before based on online mention). Will definitely go again :)
Laszlo Szabo: £,oo,,of,n is not..
Mercuti0: Brilliant spot close to Circular Quay by ferry.
Sunil J: Nowhere better to swim at night than here. Quiet, peaceful, the views are bliss, and there's no sharks!!
Tarun: Nothing can beat swimming in fresh water, especially in the lap of nature 🏊
Alex Parker: Great spot, beautiful views. Was here on a sunny summer Sunday and was fairly busy, but managed to get a park fairly easily and had a great time.
ANDRES HOLGUIN: Very good place to refresh when is hot
Jalin Janjacob: Great views of the city. Must have experience!
Xibei Wang: Cute little pool with a great view of the opera house and the Harbor Bridge, good for a quick dip in hot summer day.

Murray Rose Pool: what do users think?
MN K: This is a great spot set in the heart of double Bay, a bit of a hidden gem. It's a real sun trap in the winter with a little cafe and a harbour pool.
Gordon.T. Williams: The water is super cool. I walked the jetty,The regulars who swim here every dayMake this place special all year round.Especially when the sun reflects off the water.Today's inspiration is relaxing and enjoying a book read and swimming nice and an amicable atmosphere.
No way myself: Surprisingly ythe water here is not so cold! 🤩
Yue Hua: Nice poolside cafe
Khalid M: What a cool concept! Not necessarily a pool, per se, but an area of the harbor that has been sectioned off with a fence to keep out sharks (and boats?). Murray Rose Pool is definitely an interesting place to visit and worth the stop if you’re in the neighborhood. Named after the famous Australian Olympian, this pool/beach has a small sandy area, some shaded benches to sit on, a really pretty view, and a walkway on the fence surrounding the “pool.” There’s also an outdoor shower and a cafe up a flight of stairs.Docking one point bc although it’s a nice place to visit, I can’t imagine the water would be that clean given all the boats nearby. Otherwise, highly recommend!
Ian Chalupowicz: Great sunset spot
Felix Wongso: Fav quiet spot
Nina Sp: Beautiful place for a swim, relaxing in the shade (they have grass and sand areas), has a Café which ai haven’t tried. The bus stops close by.
Ali S: What a great pool, really great community facility to have at redleaf
Matt Brown: Great spot for a swim
Carlos Pereira: I loved this place really nice for practice swimming in the ocean, shark's ? no problem because have a protection around.
Mark Stewart: Great for kids, with the platforms and walk way to jump off. Kiosk is fantastic too for eat-in and take-away. Parking is a nightmare though 😱
margaret gallagher: It's a harbour pool and doesn't cost to use it. You can park in the grounds in the car park.
Bruce B.: Hard to park in the area, you could take the ferry to Double bay and walk, or take a bus.If you are afraid of sharks 🦈, this is the perfect beach for you. It’s completely fenced in. Lovely place for a picnic on the grass. There are no vendors, so: byob and food!
HASAN AL-GHANIMI: Nice and quiet.
我是谁我是誰: Busy, polluted… know it was just the day, but there are better places in Sydney
Whiteboar 1: Enclosed harbour pool. Fun decks to jump off into the water. Shady area and grass or beach to sit on. Crowd is a mix of families and glamorous Eastern suburb types. Cafe attached but some items are expensive. On weekends there is free parking in council chambers above the beach.
Sophia: A lovely, beautiful pool/ beach. Most of my visits it hasn’t been crowded which I love. Usually lots of parking available or it shouldn’t take too long if you are down to walk from Edgecliff station.
Johan Palsson: ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Allison Lee: OK but very cloudy water.
Hankyung Sung: 놀기 좋고 쉬기 좋고 경치 좋음관광보다는 현지 사는 사람들을 위한 곳

No way myself: Another one of my favorite pools in Sydney.
Elliot Aghedo: Awesome pool with fresh saltwater and a very kind reception lady
Google Review: Good memories of this pool. Man what a view. Cant wait for the finish date.
Michael Lubieniecki: Amazing location and view 👌🏻 You can’t beat a view like this and enjoying an outdoor refreshing swim.
Edu VN: It doesn’t get much better than the North Sydney Olympic Pool when it comes to outdoor Olympic pools. Looking forward to coming back when it reopens again in 2 years time after the extensive renovations.
Paul Taylor: Good, friendly staff, incredible view, but the facility is old, ugly and decrepit and seems to have its own special rules - no paddles allowed for example, and unlike CoS pools and Inner West has a ticketing system during COVID. Charging extra for showers with a token system is archaic. Looking forward to when it's torn down and rebuilt.
Brian Lambie: picturesque
Kate Branch: Wonderful. An must in Sydney. Its a local pool that anyone can enjoy. Swimming PoolsAdult $8.50Child (5yrs+ or attending primary/secondary school) $4.30
Int Business: Worth visiting bc it has a great view on the city. Perhaps facilities can be improved
Rosemary Maguire: A good swim at this wonderful pool.
Steve Katz: They let you have a lane during Covid. They will be doing renovations sadly so out of action for a good few seasons.
Dilip Desai: Happening place
Fung Chan: Scenic AF.
Alethea Boon: The view rain or shine makes it all worth it!
Saah TOMMY: NORTH SYDNEY, A PLACE TO BE
Lisa Hall: Nice clean pool, a lot of nearby food shops and dining areas.
Jackie Katz: Love this pool. So glad it's open again
Churros Locoz: Great pool by the bridge, what more could you ask for?
Emma Leipold: Great location and view. However the entry is relatively expensive, in top of that the showers cost extra. The water is too salty. It seems to be more than sal, seems to have some chemicals in it also. My mother in laws silver jewellery which she wears 24/7 (even in the ocean a few times a week) was all brassy and oxidised when we got out.Go for the experience but dont expect to have a particularly nice swim.
Comrade Stalin: Extreamly good extremely rural pool. Good to know this rural Australian icon will be getting redeveloped. All us Aussie rural farmers are delighted. Not nearly as crowded or popular as those inner city pools with views of the harbour and the city. Nope this is truly rural.

Future Swim Leichhardt: what do users think?
Stacey Johnstone: Fantastic staff, warm pool ( maybe a bit crowded as they have 6 babies and 6 parents plus swim instructor and the pool is shared with private class). Great cancellation policy except its hunger games style for weekend spots which means that you cancel a class you have to hope you can rebook that in 30 days. This is fine if you on maternity leave and don't have commitments.
Princess Greedyguts: We loved being part if the Leichhardt Future Swim family. The kids have absolutely loved learning here in this non-confrontational environment. The instructors we have had have been fantastic, in particular Clancy, Cara & Paloma, who have adapted to the kids individual learning styles, flexible, patient yet encouraging. Clancy and Angelique's help at the front desk and with admin queries have also been extraordinarily helpful. Thank you team.
Sun Nicole: I have to agree with one of the previous comments. Fun for kids to swim, but there is zero considerations for already hard work for being parents. It’s super hard to communicate. Never anyone can pick up the phone. Lots of misunderstanding in the emails. Harsh cancellation policies. It’s shocking to read that when you are super sick but you still need to look after children, all what they want to say to you is to go to doctor and bring the medical certificate. This is not a parents friendly place sadly. If you are super busy and miss out twice, you will be told your kid’s spot will be cancelled. Although they didn’t cancel eventually but it brought family anxiety to another level high. Not sure why these policies are necessary at all! Our kid enjoys swimming, most likely we won’t cancel the enrollment but I hope things can be resolved with a reasonable way! And no more threats to be kicked out!
Natalie Maher: Excellent Swim School, my daughter has progressed so much since she began at 1O months old. The teachers are very good at what they do and children are assessed frequently. Their make up policy is great especially for holidays or if unable to attend due to sickness. Would highly recommend if looking for swimming lessons for your child.
helen skotadis: Poppy has progressed so much in a short period of time. The teachers have been great making Poppy feel safe in the water. They make the classes fun while learning. Poppy looks forward to each lesson.
Taryn Gesmundo: Lovely swim school with friendly, personal and dedicated instructors; a very fair make-up class policy and small classes for the best value and instruction. My daughter loves going!
Ross Bruno: I would personally like to thank everyone at Future Swim Leichhardt. Sam and I really enjoyed the experience.I would also like to make special mention of Sharay. What an experience for Sam to be taught by Sharay. I personally think that she is a great asset to your swim school. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is infectious and Sam really enjoyed being taught by her. I think she is awesome and her lessons a pleasure to watch.Once again thank you all for everything.
Maria Herguedas: My child has been attending since she was 1 year old. She loves her teacher Sharay. She is super professional and so much fun. My daughter is learning to swim on her own in a safe environment, and with a great instructor who is super commited. We highly recommend Future Swim in Leichhardt.
Chandni Bhutani: My kids having been going to future swim for couple of years now and today when my kid was sick I tried to cancel his class they did not let me book any make up class quoting their terms and conditions again and again . Staff was rude over the phone and instead of being considerate in such times , she went as far as saying she is happy for me take my kids out of future swim than let me have the make up class. This shows very poor and inconsiderate customer service where the management is OK to let customer go than have them a make a class for which by the way we are paying 27$ which is not cheap.Great going Future swim amazed to see such low mentality when we all should be supporting each other as everyone is impacted by Covid one way or the other. As I couldn’t find the option to reply - editing my comment here based on your replyI appreciate your reply . I was not given option to submit medical certificate which I would have been happy toRather they were very quick to send me email to cancel my membership … what does that tell you about customer service .Sorry what to do you mean by threaten the staff … are you serious ???
Darina Wallace: My son had been swimming from a very young age but had ceased to progress at his previous swimming school. When we started with Future Swim we immediately noticed an improvement in his skills due to the smaller classes and consistency with teachers each week. We were so lucky to have the very excellent Sharay see my son through various levels and she was always so encouraging, so commanding and also lots of fun! The regular assessment of the children helps to keep them focused on what they need to improve one. I highly recommend this swim school. They also have a very fair class cancellation and make up policy. Many thanks team. It's great to see our boy now so confident in the water.
Tanya Doolan: Fantastic swimming school! My son LOVES his teacher - Sharay. He is getting so confident in the water.
Susan Butler: Future Swim Leichhardt is fantastic especially Sharay who is an amazing teacher and so good with all the kids. My three year old loves it and his swimming has improved so much since he started last year.

Drummoyne Swimming Centre: what do users think?
Green Cat: An ok salt water pool. Very dingy and poor maintained though, usually a nice view of the river but sports teams coming and going and taking up most of the pool if not all kinda ruins it.
Tania Daoud: Beautiful view 😍RecommendedWishing they have coffee stand 😁😊
Peter Martin: Salt water and warm showers
Jo Mann: Great pool,
Andrew Chan: This swimming centre will keep you nice & cool plus it's good exercise & great for kids swimming school
Cam Ran: Great place for a few laps.Amazing view
Gavin A: Nice spot for a swim..
L Lozaant: Just visited for some information. The entry attendant was new and could answer the questions I had about adult swimming instructors they had on staff. This person was helpful in that I was provided with an email address as well as being directed to the website for further information.
Matt Morrison: Water polo and poor management have ruined this great pool. It's split into 25m everyday, still full price entry. Management seem to have no control of when teams come and go. Staff don't care. Web site nearly always posts wrong times. Very difficult to work around.
Dee Franczia: Very clean and easy access
Tony M: Fantastic facility
wendy song: This is a place I would like to keep it secret. So that it does not attract too many people. Rare salt water heated outdoor pool.
No way myself: Amazing waterviews while sunbathing
Bettina Mair: Always good food and hard working people
A Lipp: Beautiful place to swim! Salt water pool, cheap entry, beautiful view of Iron cove & the huge tree above the pool is so lovely. Love to visit here. Sometimes there are classes or polo games that take up the pool so that’s the only downside really!
ashby sean: It’s the best kept secret. Salt water pool. Water temperature ideal. Not many people visit her simply because they miss seeing it on the Iron Cove overpass. Bring your own food and drink. Amenities are clean and renovated. Best of all real grass to lay on. And a double swim lane to just jump around in and relax without the need to look like you want to swim lanes. Just love ❤️
Tj Swimsalot: Simple old school pool. Everything you need. Nothing you don't. Check for 25m sessions due Water Polo many arvos.
Marian Spector (MarianTheLibrarian): Spectalular - great hours, clean, beautiful location. Very helpful, friendly staff
Hamish John Appleby: Simply brilliant!!!
Maria Dia: Great food, great service. Will go again when I'm in Sydney again.
P K: Showers are disgusting and they will charge you and not advise of lane limitations which seem frequent. You work there. Use your brain.

Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre: what do users think?
Will Cairns: Decent gym facilities, wish the hours were expanded a bit. Very affordable and you get what you pay for.Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Leigh Kambanaros: Belgravia Management should start training the Staff and Life Savers to have Minimum Client Manners. What does Ian Thorpe think about this beautiful venue where Impolite and Not Trained People work every day ? Admin does not know basic stuff, you cannot ask them anything because they will not answer you. CLEANERS: why change rooms are always dirty? Why cannot this Aquatic Centre be maintained at Decent Levels of Hygiene? We think Belgravia Management does not offer enough and quality training for all staff employed. It is a shame having in view the infrastructure of this centre and the people’s money that contributes everyday to running it. Hoping for a better change and Sooner than Later. Please believe me, you don’t want me to post pictures with examples of mouldy showers and lack of basic hygiene in the changing rooms.

L S: 👎👎👎What ???The exceptional customer services ???Are you kidding meee ???The reality it's opposite than your comment. It's treating customer badly and slow respon.I have evidenceBy emailI asked how is my kid swim lessons progressed? No reply until now.. ( almost 1.5 month )I asked until 1.5 Years about how is my kid swim lesson progressed..No one It's answered. No recommended

sadia afrin: One of the worse customer service some of the life guards do with guardian. They target specific people and made uncomfortable situations for them. Definitely they need some training to do well in how to do customer service.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Thi Nguyen: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended YesMore
Joseph McCarthy: Great learn to swim classes
G Z: My daughter has been swimming in this swimming pool for years. Generally good facility and friendly staff, but tonight I had one of my worst experience. Upon exiting the car park, the machine can’t read my parking ticket. So I pressed the help button and hoping they will let me out as the lift is broken and it’s quite a climb also the parking fee is only 3 dollars. But I was told by Jonko I have to go up and pay for the ticket as it’s their procedure they can’t just let me out. So I walked all the way up and paid my 3 dollars. Then just before I’m driving out. The driver in front of me also had problem with the machine, but was immediately let out by the female staff after pressing help. I asked her why this driver was let out, she stammered and told me that driver only had Amex which is clearly a lie. I have no problem walking all the steps and pay 3 dollars as it’s the procedure. And I also understand the staff sometimes let a customer out in some circumstances to make customers’ life easier. But I’m disgusted by how different staffs treat customers so differently!
Sarah YG: Think twice if you wanna sign up Learn to Swim as an adult.1. When I sign up the front desk staff did not inform me that the contract will roll over after the 6 payments, and they only send the contract to my email afterwards. In fact, even the staff are confused about the terms.2. Once a coach told all the members in an intermediate class we cannot swim and need to move to the beginner class after instructing us to swim non-stop on the deeper side of the pool.Plus her attitude is very bad and did not want to communicate properly; all she did was shaming and scolding us.3. The facilities do not look like they are maintained. The shower room doors have black stains (mold?) on them and they never get cleaned.4. The centre even charges for lockers and the free cubes are on the lowest level of the storages and one row only.
Graeme Mills: Good pool, best to get in early, if your an experienced swimmer you’ll need to stick to medium / fast lanes as too many floaters in the slow lane. Kids pool is good, good temp too, seems to attract grandparents though who mysteriously like to hover over the fountain jets.. anyway it’s a very well lit and ventilated space, the design promotes a really nice openness and it is actually quite pleasant. . Change rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. The cafe has been closed for a while now, would be great if they opened it, even if just for coffee and juice.Swimming programs are pretty decent, all the coaches we have had thus far for the kids- learn to swim and squads - have been great and I highly recommend them.On the admin side, not super responsive, I’ve tried calling a few times and just get a voicemail, email responses are not super great. Your best method is administer your account via the portal.
Carmen C: Nice local centre ,lovely staffs !
Tsuyoshi Fujii: Great for diving of the block or practising for the swimming carnival
Eli Sharp: I love swimming here. The pool is fantastic, the facilities are clean, the water is warm and the showers are hot, staff are friendly and welcoming, parking underground if needed and public transportation nearby. They can be a bit behind on maintenance sometimes with the sauna going down often but otherwise 5 stars
Aashish Patel: Good facilities and price.
Lin Ka: Pool facilities are good however, the provider they choose to use for baby swim lessons is horrible to deal with. I cannot recommend it to anyone, better you go to the private baby swim pools in the area. The knowledge of instructors varies greatly, some have clearly never thought babies before. It’s exactly the same activities every week unless a new instructor happens to run the class. Together with most parents from our group I have canceled but do their processes are so inefficient that nobody looks at the cancellation form which you need to submit online. Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere for swimming lessons, especially for babies.
Dan: Sauna, steam room, pools , lockers. Shop. Food. Hot showers. Everything you need for a good swim.
William Wang: Very clean pool with a gym.
Callum Brook: Simply the worst admin I have ever experienced or you could imagine.Zero stars.Expensive, no waiting list for kids lessons, unhelpful and inept.Only two kids can fit on a family membership.Strongly recommend using any other pool in Sydney.
swang fang: Friendly staff, not too crowded (max 4-5 ppl in one lane)
ALAN L: Want to give a thumbs up 👍🏻 to one of the front desk staff called Romina. Had a little incident few days ago. My 360 membership got cancel or deleted for no reason. The card didn’t work when I got there in the morning. But it was crazy busy at that moment. So went back after work to sort the card out.Romina reached out to assist me. She looked into the issue. She was very professional and sorted out my problem smoothly. She noted that I reached age of 55 and offered me the concession. I was to the moon and back.Top notch to Romina. Hope the pool can employ few more staff like that.Cheers, Alan
