The Sydney Clinic: what do users think?
Philip Doenau: Consider avoiding The Sydney Clinic. There are much better inpatient clinics, with more caring and engaged staff, superior facilities and less of a relentless profit motive. TSC is more of a warehouse than a rehab facility, though the insurance companies will pay out tens of thousands for your stay. Some doctors are extraordinarily negligent in completing paperwork, it will take you multiple follow up calls and consultations to make any progress at all- and in some cases you won’t even find out they never did the essential paperwork until years later.Be aware: the doctors attending to patients at The Sydney Clinic are not employees of the Sydney Clinic: they just rent rooms from them. TSC has no responsibility or oversight as to the quality of services provided by the doctors- and any complaints you may have must be taken up with the doctors directly, or else with AHPRA. If a doctor is negligent or abusive it will have nothing whatsoever to do with TSC- they will immediately wash their hands of it. If the doctor no longer practices at TSC then they will claim to have no knowledge of their existence. It's possible that they may even still practice there- either way, it has nothing to do with them. It’s a real shame that the mental health industry has been overrun by large conglomerates guided solely by profit motives- vulnerable people who aren’t likely to have the wherewithal to stand up for themselves have been transformed into a revenue stream. The minimal follow up there is is centred around getting patients in for super expensive consultations ($350 for a 5-8 minute session- though there may be a partial rebate through Medicare) or further inpatient admissions- it’s a revolving door where they have little motive to actually see a patient’s condition improve. Some of the rooms are quite nice, and most of them are for single occupants- so it’s got that going for it! And the location is nice, too.
Blair Cowen: This place is amazing. After being in the mental health system and facility’s over the past 3 years I’ve never felt more like my normal self. I’m clean from substance’s for the first time in a long time, treated for mental health illnesses properly and it’s all thanks to Dr Sasha and the nursing team. I came from Brisbane to get help from this hospital after being put in the to hard basket from every hospital in QLD. I’m very great full for this place and the staff and continue to stay in Sydney for the amazing outpatient programs.
Mackenzie Hastings: Reviewing as an outpatient who has been single handedly saved by psychiatrist Mike Atherton. Very blessed to have been understood and guided through treatment at the Sydney Clinic by him. HOWEVER, there is an older receptionist at the desk of the consulting rooms who is undoubtedly the most rude, abrupt and unhelpful grouch to walk planet earth. For the consulting rooms, a place there to HELP the struggling- this human is responsible for a lot of our appointment stress and anxiety when we call the front desk. Hope she one day finds peace
OL (OLTMATE): This place has saved my life, the management are under control and really give you time whenever your feeling anxious or need help, all staff are respectful, they feed you well and let you talk to someone one on one whenever you need, I have been here for a detox /5 weeks, I came in for severe health risking anxiety for 2 weeks, and recently for a relapse prevention, 8 months sober from alcahol due to the teamwork at the clinic, thank you all
Kylie Cullen: My sister has been in and out so many times - returns with worse attitude and is verbally and physically abusive to entire family. How can they send a person home like that? She has BPD and they don't understand or care about how she abuses her family. She has them all wrapped around her finger! Pathetic
Geena Z: I've been trying to get in touch for an admission for what feels like forever and no one has gotten back to me. I've rang and emailed every other day and yet no help, let alone any sort of communication. My details apparently keep getting 'passed on' but no one has called me or communicated anything. This is extremely disheartening when you are trying to get psychiatric help. Please work on this, so many people need help.
Anson R: The Sydney Clinic deserves far more than the previous reviews. It’s an excellent facility with clinical staff and nurses who are easy to approach and are well vested in their patients’ recoveries from mood disorders and/or substance misuse. In my case it was both and I found the clinic to well support my desire to attend 12 step meetings in the community (with as much leave as needed to do so) while providing individual and group therapy in-house. You meet with a designated Psychiatrist twice weekly to address any concerns, medication and individual progress. Although this is a mental health facility, you have many freedoms including the ability to keep your phone, take personal leave during the week and weekends as needed, and remain connected with outside commitments and family. Yes, there are rules and obligations to follow, but as long as you come in with the attitude that you want to get better and make the most of your stay the staff will work with you on specific requests and keep you comfortable and safe. From my experience, it are those who attempt to use alcohol or illegal substances on site that were not able to complete their stay. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and individual bathrooms that feel like a 3 or 4 star hotel. The food is decent with a salad bar although it can be a bit heavy at times and if you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements be sure to make sure to note this on or before your intake. The clinic is close to the beach in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to shops and recovery (A.A./N.A./SMART) meetings. There’s a bus stop to Bondi Junction Westfield directly out the front of the building which you can visit in spare time. Overall, a great safe stay and would recommend to anyone who is struggling. Thank you especially to the 24/7 nurses with a special shout out to Ahmed, Jorge, Liz, Matt, Michelle, and Yuka! They work around the clock as it relates to patient comfort, safe medication dispersal, and keeping everyone informed of the day’s activities.
Tony Matesic: This is a good place. I checked in to aod level 2 in September 2020 during COVID I have since stopped playing poker machines and my use is far less of a priority as it used to be. I cannot speak highly enough of the Sydney clinic my life has improved leaps and bounds since my last inpatient stay SEP 2020 thank you to all the staff brilliant 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
S DC: Great location , staff and food etc with nice rooms . I have also found the team there to be caring and welcoming from the cleaners to the management. Thx
Amy Mitch: Staff at This Clinic Breach confidentiality and leaks your private information to people who are their friends. When clients complain nothing comes of it as they aren’t celebrities who can afford lawyers or media attention. If you’d like somewhere private or confidential, this is not your place.
Youssef Dasnelg: I have had an amazing experience with The Sydney Clinic so far! In 72 hours I received 2 call backs from reception and a spot in their inpatient program. This was however because they had beds available and my situation could be different to others. But their response time was exquisite. Really friendly reception and I'm excited to go to their inpatient program. I'll leave a review then too.-CL
Eran H: Drug use and distribution are rampant throughout this place. My experience with psychiatrist Sasha toywoski was that she was arrogant, disregarded my opinion entirely, and gave me the least amount of time she possibly could, when her alarm timer went off she was out off their. She wrote me a scathing and borderline defamatory discharge summary which no doubt is an attempt to keep me kept in the cycle of medication misuse that is Sydney clinic. The place is terribly understaffed. There are a few GOOD employees left to pick up the slack of overworking and those who see the job as a means to load her pocket. she doesn’t care for patient health. Very fitting for a drug-mill of an institution of a similar calibre. The only ‘rehabilitation centre’ you leave worse off than when you go inGranted this was my experience with my psychiatrist and staff I interacted with there are a few amazing workers who went above and beyond to pickup the slack.
Susie Mcleagh: Do something about the CONSTANT SMOKING outside your clinic. They stink up the area and frankly it looks bad for your business.
dan Bell: My psychiatrist did a lot of work to get accreditation with Brontë clinics for me to do day program groups.I rang a number of times over the last two months and girl on Desk told me jas was in charge of Day programs . . I emailed jas and rang Brontë clinic a number of times with no reply or success.. Girl on desk was unhelpful. There is no general manager to help me and I left feedback on the forms on the website provided saying no one was helping to book in and Jas was not replying! Two months still no reply. You would expect better role modelling of respectfull communication.I did day groups last year and there and there were two staff who were helpfull in booking me into groups.I feel very disrespected. and ignored.
Nida Danish: Horrible receptionists and very rude attitude.i dropped a message to them saying i am running late but since she was very busy she didnt listen and i travelled all the way to bronte to hear that doctor cannot see you today as you are late AND there is going to be a $200 cancellation fee. While dr was away on his lunch break i asked her to call him and check atleast but he refused straight away. Never going back again.
Phillip Balding: Utterly useless management, spent 2 weeks calling, being redirected and hung up on, emailing - just to get a simple response regarding my GP's referral and whether I can get a booking
Chonky Roo: Outpatient psychiatrists were fine, however reception staff argued in front of clients and would ignore people waiting.
Kaitlyn Tremblay: Best clinic - I truly changed going to the outpatient sessions. I went for two years and Kylie was the best therapist I have ever had. Staff are friendly and I cannot recommend it enough.
Maya Harris: Sam Roberts drugged me to the point I was drooling, confused and couldn't hold down food. When I couldn't hold down the meds due to involuntary vomiting the doctors would tell me off and punish me. It was such an abusive environment. I was badly injured under their care, nobody contacted me after to see if I was ok. I didn't receive an apology, they were rude to my mother when she came to pick up my belongings afterwards. I met one of the doctors that works there a couple years ago at a party, when I asked him about a girl I had gone to school with who had recently suicided and had stayed at Sydney clinic not long prior he laughed and said something along the lines of "we've had 12 suicides in the past couple months". He said these patients had all stayed at Sydney clinic in the past. The doctor was heavily intoxicated at about 7pm btw. The doctor then preceded to tell me what he knew about the girl who'd recently suicided. This organisation is a money making machine with callous inhuman doctors. They exploit patients instead of caring for them.
Eugene Espinas-Shorter: Been waiting for an appointment for almost 6 months. No communication with me whatsoever. No call backs or replies to emails I send trying to book in an appointment.
K Evans: They are so lovely.

neuroCare Sydney: what do users think?
batman superman: Wish I could give zero stars. Outrageously expensive. They just love trying to upsell you ridiculous gadgets, testing, brain scanning and TMI which has a relatively low success rate for what you pay....in addition to the prohibitively expensive sessions. Had only 2 sessions total but spent at least $3k, nothing achieved, total waste of time and money.
Paula Anderson: I am very grateful for my neurocare experience. I feel like a different person, have improved concentration, am less reactive and more able to be present.Thank you
Jeremy Claire Gluyas: Overpriced and poor communication, I suggestGoing to Sydney neurofeedback centre in neutral bay instead.
Viveka Bloom: Spent around $5000 here just to have a really horrible experience with both Dr Ryan and Jon Dormand. Ended up leaving with worse sleeping habits and anxiety than I started with. Erica Chow and the receptionists were lovely though but still not much help - very expensive. Edit: also, someone attempted to steal my purse outside the building. Maybe not the best area for people with anxiety
Chris and Narelle Dodd: Neurocare gave us back our daughter - I cant thank them enough. Our daughter had been suffering from unremitting severe depression for over 10 years. We had tried all treatments - none worked - and she was on a cocktail of medications that was making her just sicker. After treatment at Neurocare (sleep therapy and TMS) she has got back her life. Her medications have been reduced by around 80%. Neurocare has given her back hope and a future.
Grace Ejun Kim: I appreciate how this clinic provides treatment tailored to your specific needs. The clinicians have been very honest and helpful, providing me with strategies to combat underlying issues, such as poor sleep hygiene. I can definitely see and feel an improvement.
Liam Gordon: I have been in and out of the Mental Health care industry for over 15 years now. I have received many treatments for depression and mood swings. This being the case, I have been on medications that don't work for 15 years and i had really lost faith in reaching out for help, until now.About a month ago i started Neurofeedback with Dr Mark Ryan at neuroCare Sydney and i have to say i feel like a different person. I find myself not overthinking anything, my moods are the most stable they have ever been and i'm a lot more confident in my every day activities. I'm also now entirely off medication. From the get go I was not treated like a patient who had a problem that could never be fixed (only maintained) which was the case in my past experiences in psychiatry. I extremely recommend neuroCare to any body suffering from depression. These guys know what they are doing!Thank you for turning my years of skepticism into beliefI also want to thank Sally and Dave in admin for bending over backwards to make sure my sessions lined up with my personal schedule.

Professor Marie Bashir Centre: what do users think?
Thomas Phillips: I poo near here very comfy toilets although the water was high and tickled
Barry: Look nice pace but bad people work here like all hopsital
Jeanie Sutherland: I rang the Marie Bashir Centre and was helped by Melany, she was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Satvik Sekhar: The culture at PMBC really strives for a certain standard and the fitout of the building makes a huge difference to morale. The best place I've worked at thus far.
Teresa: The best OTs are here!
Suzanne Lou: Awful place, awfully cold unapproachable so called nurses.3 days with no food, nurses couldn't be bothered to order any, too busy sitting chatting behind their security wall. It's the patients that require protection, not the staff. The plastic coated message on the bedside table is such a reassuring touch. Do as we say or you will receive electric shock treatment. How helpful. If you want a person to suffer, send them here
JJ: This facility is abusing the human rights of its patients and will damage individuals futures, young and old. The facility staff and the psych doctors (e.g. Dr Yeap, Dr Salar)*Please be careful of them) collaborate, and don't take into consideration the voice of relatives and the families of the involuntary patients. It is very stressful. They push to implement non-approved mandated medications involuntarily. They will destroy peoples lives without choice and are rendering patients in an environment that is very difficult to leave unless the patient follows their recommendations, even if it is to be damaging the patient. Please urge any family who has loved ones that are involuntarily detained here to know their rights and beware of this facility for the sake of your loved ones, and their future.
Kirsti: 5 stars - would recommend. Rooms are spacious and clean with sweeping views. The concierge and staff are just wonderful. Decor leaves something to be desired but overall I had a pleasant stay. Affordable accommodation, though the exit was EXTREMELY difficult to find.
Cath: My daughter was taken here, but staff are unwilling and refuse to consult with me as her mother about her treatment. This is especially terrible as my daughter is under 18. I know they can't disclose a lot of information, but they wouldn't even tell me if she was ok. absolutely disgusting and disappointing
Jane-Ellen Graham: Positive:ProfessionalismBy far the best short stay mental health clinic in Sydney! The doctors consult with not only the patient but also the family. We are so thankful he made it to this Centre and was put in the right direction. He’s so well now. Thank you to the nurses and doctors.
Evan Chillemi: People are strange when you're a stranger.
yim ho: A big thank you to all. You're a wonderful team and our family is most grateful for your kind attention and care of our daughter :)
Paolo Santibanez: Great people work there, thanks for all the support and care, all the best.
John Wayne: its good.
Paolo Castro: My experience at Marie Bashir was a positive one. A spacious area with spaces to relax (3 lounge areas and a well thought out retreat room). Activities are encouraged here varying from art, to meditating, to cooking, it is clear personal development are their priority. While the food provided isn't in accord to restaurant standards, variations of meat and vegetables are provided, and other nutritionally appropriate meals The nurses here are incredibly passionate and caring, focusing on the patient's future plans and attending their needs when required. Except Mel, she clearly is one crazy lady that needs to take a chill pill i mean damn why she in terminator mode seriously! Special mention to nurse Jess as she is an impeccable nurse. Such effort she puts in for all the patients that should be rewarded as manager. Overall, the centre is an empowering experience, where recovery is possible. Five stars!
Daelbai C: I have not been inside this facility but have worked on the same street for several years. A large and imposing building, it is set well back from the street with parking at the front. Greenery exists amongst the parking with low fencing that is well used by lunching locals. The greenery and open space at the front improve the amenity of what is a densely built-up neighbourhood. Our compassionate and generous public health care system is well displayed by the provision of this ultra modern facility for the vulnerable patients who utilise it's services.
Harden Long: Merry Christmas to all the intervention team at Marie Bashir, it is great to see how each of the staff members shows a continuous genuine act and as requested each time and every time they serve you as an In-Patient (as being an in-patient for a period of weeks) was a very good experience along with the good meals they serve each bre/lun/din with snacks being available 24/7.Medication is free of course and they even offer patches to stop and reduce smoking as it shares a smoke free policy. If life ever makes you get thrown, pushed, walked or voluntarily nudged in the direction of this place, the Marie Bashier team will really support your recovery, even the involuntary service offered which is the same as usual service no losses with that.Merry Christmas
Joselita Da Silva: The Assessment & Short Term UnitThe TeamThank you very much for all your diligent care you bestowed on my son Daniel Justin. It was marvelously comforting to see him in your care and so stable. I do not have enough words to thank God and you.Our family wish you all a joyous Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
David Lipták: Staff are excellent, thank you for looking after my brother, the facilities are great and the care even better, thank you so much...

The Blackwattle Clinic Private Psychiatry Pyrmont: what do users think?
Jonas Tobias: Awful. Ouzas has been late almost every time by at least 30 minutes, usually a hour. Sent the wrong prescription in the mail multiple times so I have someone else’s personal details and they have ours.Receptionist is the only good thing about this place, but it’s not worth it and would never recommend to anyone. Dr Ouzas is actively dangerous to patients health.
Dylan Ryan: Over $800 for initial consult and no Medicare rebate. Receptionist is rude and grandiose. Avoid like the plague
todd v: Don’t bother calling this place to enquire about billing. They’ll only explain how to book an appointment but won’t actually answer your question.
Coco (Coco Hambear): The receptionist was really accommodating and had accommodated my requests in a timely fashion. I went to see Dr. Ouzas and find him easy to talk to.
Robert Russo: I saw Dr Ouzas many years ago at two different locations. I saw him every 2 weeks for 5 and a half years. I found him to be a kind and caring professional. He genuinely cares about his clients. He is one of very few psychiatrists that bulk billed at the time. This is indicative of his caring attitude over the fact he could have been charging hundreds of dollars per session
Luke H: Professional

The Hills Clinic: what do users think?
Rodel Bernardo: Based on my experienced, about 5 appointments and requests; I am giving feedback to the admins, receptions and the clerical employees at the Kelly Ville Clinic. They are very rude, unprofessional and lazy. Negative star. The doctors are great, 5 stars.
Jayden Palazzolo: My experiences at The Hills Clinic have been okay for some time. My previous psychiatrist Dr Nadir Hafiz has always been polite to me, however, doesn't seem very interested in me the whole time. I've been wanting to update my meds for nearly two years ago. Sadly he refused my request and told me to stick with it. I am really not happy with him and right now I am seeking another psychiatrist who can better help me. Definitely do not recommend Nadir Hafiz.
Y S: Very unprofessional clinic. "Dr" Nadir Hafiz and the other psychiatrists lack basic understanding and empathy. They may be competent to treat individuals in developing and third world countries, but certainly not in a developed country like Australia. Such low standards of care and poor medicine is being practiced by the psychiatrists at this clinic! Absolutely disgusted!Had to drive to this "clinic" multiple times all the way from the City (Pyrmont)...My mental health has deterioated further due to this clinic's lack of organisation, poor conduct and unprofessional and incompetent psychiatrists...
Ben Black: I was withdrawing from alcohol, am autistic and was suicidal. They kicked me out on the street for swearing, when I was in this state. Zero care for patients. Lucky to be alive
joanne camilleri: I regret my old negative review. I think the dr was right I was wrong. Dr Malick was a good dr I am very sorry. My own issues cause me to be rude and have issues but I aplogise
Emma Hazell: the kitchen staff suck. the food made everyone feel sick
Nathan Carabott: “Reception attended from 8am - 5pm Mon-fri” but they don’t answer the phone even at 8:30am.
RUBAIYAH CHOWDHURY: Never replied to a single email I sent and would not pick up the enquiry phone line. Very disappointing experience. When I finally got through on the phone after 5 weeks the admin officer (Klimentina Capeski) started going off at me and saying they can’t possibly get to everyone. She then went on to tell me my referral was for something different to what I was there for. People like that should not be allowed to speak to customers let alone people needing support.
Neal Firminger: Big thank you to Nicola and Kiki for going above and beyond their role to help and support me to achieve my goals.
Ron B: If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst, unprofessional, negligent mental health clinic in Sydney.Such a bad experience, wasted one year of my life and $1000s of dollars in consultation fees only to put me in a worse situation in the end. The psychiatrist I was seeing was Dr Hafiz, and psychologist Roberto Parada. Both practitioners misdiagnosed me, Dr Hafiz refused to prescribe any medication even when my mental health was deteriorating to the point that police and ambulance services were involved, on multiple occasions. When my case was taken over by doctors at another hospital, they indicated that my severe relapse was due to the treatment I received at your clinic, especially Dr Hafiz refusal to cooperate and prescribe medication. Not to mention the overpriced fees, poor service, and terrible patient outcomes, I literally paid your clinic to make me worse. I am just shocked this place still exists. And please, stop writing fake positive reviews to boost your clinic rating. It is disappointing.
John B: Horrible clinic including Dr Nadir Hafiz who is not at all clever in diagnosing the patient and giving the correct medication. Diagnoses me with generalised anxiety disorder and autism spectrum disorder, later I find out I am not on the autism spectrum. Completely neglected another important aspect of my condition. Refused to prescribe enough medication to control my anxiety and depression, despite being on a very small dose. Resulted me getting much worse, multiple suicide attempts and hospital admissions later, still refused to prescribe medication. After another doctor took over, found out I had a much more sinister and serious psychiatric condition that required much more medication which I was prescribed and have now recovered. Had I stayed with this doctor, I would have probably succeeded in killing myself! I would advise anyone to choose another doctor, he simply does not prescribe enough medication and often gives a wrong diagnosis!
Ruaimaa Hasan: I had called to confirm a specific time and date for an appointment I had booked in person for December, after my previous appointment which was in July. When I had called to check, I was told that there was no booking made in December.Admin said, as I do not know the date of the appointment there must have been no appointment made at all. However, my father was with me in person and too can recall the receptionist confirming that she had booked me in for this December which is the Dr’s earliest availability. No accountability taken, no explanation was given, no sincerity in the apology and I had been gaslit over the phone. My experience with the administrative department of the clinic has been quite poor.I too work in Medical Administration, it’s appalling to be treated this way as a patient.Dr Ahmed is a brilliant Dr though.Would be great if patient’s could make bookings, communicate and be sincerely served without being ridiculed for basic inquiries and seeking clarity.
Someone one: Hi To all Hills Clinic Staff and Dr WankhedeWe had an unexpected supportive experience at the clinic, my wife was taken care of like a family and Dr Wankhede, Ashley and the nursing staff was exceptional. She is discharged from the clinic and is recovering at home now.If ever she need to go for rehab I will pick this place without any doubtThanks, Jo, Ashley, Kelley and Dr WankhedeKind regardsRaj
Slapz: The rehabilitation staff and centre are absolutely amazing and genuinely wish to help everyone who comes through these doors to get healed and reach the best version of themselves possible. I have been absolutely humbled by the love and care and support I’ve received, not only from the staff, but from the beautiful guests here in the clinic alongside me.Thank you for helping us all get better.God bless you all.- Christopher
Zac Spryn: Don’t even bother if you’re a male seeking mental health help
Dan Berry: Admitted my child to this clinic for mental health reasons. we live 6hrs drive from Sydney. The clinic then discarged my child without notifying parents, without documentation and without meds.Clinic has so far refused all requests for information so parents can understand what happened and how a minor was able to be discharged without parental consent.
TheAuthority: Please don't waste your time and effort coming here... Too many friendly visitors in the evenings, bringing in "special treats" for the patients. It's pretty much an open house... The staff generally herd the patients around like cattle. Their business model is to - heavily medicate/sedate the patients. Then throw the patients in with some "expert" wind-bag who rambles on in dull and mindless group sessions.
Eliza Tuckwell: It saddens me that people could be put off by the reviews left here.I can honestly say that I can’t even find the words to express the gratitude I have to Dr Wankhede and The Hills Clinic. I have been attending the clinic for nearly 12 months and from the very FIRST appointment Dr Wankhede identified my real issues and we were able to commence the journey toward a positively functioning life and mind.I also attend their weekly DBT group therapy which is truly fantastic. No doctor can “fix” everything for you. YOU have to do the hard work. However when you have the expertise and support from this type of Psychiatrist it makes it so much easier.Eternally grateful.
Megan: worst ever went in meeting with some other person felt very uncomfortable was bit weird talk to a stranger well and talk about another person at same time oh and the coast rip of
Nicole Newton: My experience with the hills clinic has always been great I don’t have anything negative to say about themThey have helped me so much over the past 12 months and I’m so grateful that places like this exist
will will: i captured video of the horrible treatment i was receiving from a nurse including grabbing, snatching and yelling, it was my first day and i was highly agitated. the nurses stormed in my room and started pulling everything apart because i had been crying. once they realised i had captured video they called the security guards to take my phone and delete the video, he grabbed and pushed me out the front of the hospital at 12am for recording this video, i will not arrive home until 6am. luckily he wasn’t aware of the recently deleted photos. my family will be pursuing legal action. if you’re looking for a good facility, go to public hospital before you come here. there are pet resorts with more competent staff.

Sydney Cognitive Development Centre: what do users think?
Chuan: Adam is very rude and unhelpful.I’ve been playing phone tag with these people all day who don’t answer phones or reply to emails.I made an enquiry weeks ago and have been told I was put on a wait list. Finally get a standard reply outlining fees and the process, I followed the instructions in the email but clearly Adam hasn’t bothered reading this and instead starts asking me questions I’ve already answered. This process is extremely stressful for anyone trying to understand what might be happening in the world.Unprofessional.
Mary Storch: The team at SCDC have been kind, accommodating & professional. They have helped our family to function more positively & healthily. I'm grateful to them for their personalised, flexible care.
Caitlin Savins: I was worried that I would be negatively perceived for coming into the centre with self diagnosed autism, but instead I felt very welcomed.I was seen by Dr Shelley Hyman - I felt the assessment process was very thorough and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. She was very validating and patient, and didn't rush me through the assessment whatsoever. The centre was also kind enough to let me incrementally pay off my assessment in the lead up - this was an absolute lifesaver. I wouldn't have been able to afford it otherwise. So happy to finally have the slip of paper giving me access to the supports I've always needed.
Andrea Brown: Great place, good team, thorough. Very relieved to have found this centre in Sydney and well worth the travel!
Gemima Romano: Amazing, caring and compassionate.
Patticake Patticake: Neurofeedback changed my life. Well worth a try to see if it works for you. After years of feeling tired and depressed, this was like a wake up to my brain. Wish I did it years ago when I first heard about it!
Lusi Wong: Unprofessional services just cut service without notice and charge more then NDIS agreement. Not recommended at all. ! Event not provide a final report. Paying service for nothing.Name and shame!!
Kiri Weller: I have a child with Asperger's style autism and ADHD. In chatting with a mum at my child's school one day they said their friend's child who was like mine had benefited from going to Sydney Cognitive Development Centre. Sydney Cognitive Development Centre changed our lives. After approximately six months of neurofeedback at Sydney Cognitive Development Centre my child was able to halve their Concerta dose used to manage their ADHD and halve their melatonin dose used to assist them to sleep. Everything else improved as well. Their sleep improved as did their behaviour. Their smile became more natural and their concentration and sense of humour improved also. I am truly grateful to Shelley and her team at Sydney Cognitive Development Centre as they have forever improved our lives.
Nadine Blackman: . If you are in Sydney this is a great option and I know that they offer therapy to people all around the world as when I was in England last year I continued with my therapy on Skype. I just want to put it out there that medication isn't the only answer and it made me feel so depressed. Don't give up!!!

Japneet Singh: Dr Kasinathan is great but one star for the service of the front desk folks. Absolutely the worst
Gemma Cribb: As a Clinical Psyhologist I am always looking for great psychiatrists to refer clients to. I am so pleased to have found Dr DiMarco. She is lovely to deal with and even my clients who had previously had bad experiences with psychiatrists rave about her.
Ben Lucinder: Don't waste your time calling this place...They don't care about their patients.....just themselves
Kane T: Trying to track down a report for a recent court case and finally got dr first to call back missed the call and a message was left with his mobile number which I accidentally deleted so I called to get the number from receptionist and was told I couldn't be given it etc etc apparently I can't even get a copy of a report done on myself from them that has to go through my law firm receptionist name was June snappy and disrespectful would use any other company/psychology but these guys avoid
