Claudia: Good experience. We got a deal for $30 off for any purchase over $50. As members you also get a nice discount % off. The staff were nice and patient.We did have a transaction issue where i was charged more than i should have. A refund was done super quickly and I had the funds back into my account within a few days. Total of our goods came to around $70, but with the deal and membership discount we only paid around $20. Was wonderful!Store was not very busy either and it was an overall good experience. It was one of the bigger stores I've seen and they had a lot more choices compared to other petbarn stores I've visited in the past.

E Gillis: Great range, able to locate everything I was after. Staff were friendly and helpful both on the floor and at the registers. I do find it a bit expensive, it would be great if they could include more budget friendly items within their range - in saying that I did find some items heavily discounted which was great, but low cost items generally would be a great addition ie pet foods. Five stars for their customer service though, simply excellent.

Deborah Banwell: My ongoing complaint about Petbarn is that the grooming salon is hopelessly understaffed and as a result the remaining groomer is frequently overwhelmed so that booking in 2 dogs for anything is nearly impossible- and has been for years now. I think she does an amazing job, but there is inadequate website booking support and telephone answering support to get services I need without physically attending the store, and often being turned away or finding the store closed. Frequently I find main store staff standing around talking but the salon is overwhelmed. This is brand damaging and I think Petbarn should be managing this better!
