Kelly Chan: Our daughter has been under the care of Dr Mendoza-Cruz for two years. She embodies every essential quality of a good doctor. She made her patient and company feel at ease and we could not think of a boring session with Dr Mendoza-Cruz. She is always in good spirits, radiates positive energy and has been generous with her time and advice. Thank you Dr Mendoza-Cruz!
Silvana Aguirre: I called the office to make an appointment and was advised that I had to email my referral and they would call me in a couple of days. I sent my referral on the 13/9 and called after a couple of days as I had not heard a response. I followed with a phone and no one answers the call so I left a message and sent another email and I’m still waiting after more than 2 weeks. This is very disappointing and bad customer service
Aziz Bhimani: we have been seeing Dr Mendoza Cruz for a number of years she has always provided exceptional care , been generous with her time and councilit is all very much appreciatedi could not recommend her more highly
Ayesha Gunaratne: We saw Dr Bodapati recently in regards to my infant son's food allergies. We were seen on time. She had good communication, listened to our concerns and explained his diagnosis clearly as well as follow up plans. I would definitely recommend her for any allergy related issues for your children.
Diana Oates: One of my children has ongoing health needs and after a difficult life start and a few dismissive doctor experiences we found Dr Vella. Dr Vella has provided expert, thorough, compassionate and respectful care to our child for about 4 years now and will continue to do so.I can’t really say enough, except that we feel blessed to have such a genuine and dedicated professional alongside us who goes above and beyond regularly. Thank you.
Esther Kim: If there was a possibility of giving more than five stars, I would, to Dr Rowena Mcmullan. She's so knowledgeable and was so warm and welcoming, asked the right questions so I could talk about EVERYTHING I had wanted to ask which I had concerns about. I didn't even need to refer to my notes of what I had initially wanted to discuss prior to the appointment as she was so thorough with her notes ehen we saw her. My baby daughter usually cries when seeing unfamiliar faces but because Dr McMullan is such a genuinely lovely person, my baby girl was a happy kid which made the check ups for weight, height and head circumference measurement an easy treat. I was so worried prior to the appointment about my baby girl's poor weight gain, constant yawning throughout the day and possible allergies/intolerance to particular foods but now I'm so confident that with the right specialist's support, my daughter is in good hands for her to grow optimally. I'm sooooo glad for Dr McMullan!
Jane KS: A bit annoyed that we were told 1 hour 15 minutes before the appointment that the person seeing us is unwell. My husband purposely took a leave today from work/ we cancelled our OT and speech classes and we were driving halfway to there (we are 14 Km away !!) . She said she couldn’t get me on phone but I wish there’s an email etc to inform us prior . I understand this is unexpected but it’s a tad too last minute

Abhik Ghosh: They literally saved our daughter, Breonna, from perishing due to multiple complexities, post her premature birth.Hats off to Renae Reid (Paediatric Dietitian) Dr. Aivy Coote for their constant support and guidance.Breonna will be 2 years next week and doing much better now.The staff at TPS reception are very welcoming and helpful. We have always felt at home with TPS.

Jacqui Herron: A really wonderful, hard working Doctor who has cared for two of my kids. Knowledgable, understanding, practical and has a great manner.
Annabelle Lewer: My son has seeing James for almost a decade. He is a kind and diligent doctor. Compassionate and handles teens just as well as he did my son when he was little. I can not recommend him more. The 6 month wait list is good evidence.
H “HCh”: Would not recommend. My son saw Dr Thomas in Sept 2018. I had to contact him via 3 phone calls and an email to get him to submit his report to my GP. He eventually sent it in November, 2 months later!! Absolutely unprofessional and doesn't even have a direct receptionist who handles his matters. He lacked empathy for my son's condition as well.
Clare Gardoll: A truly fantastic pediatrician! Very glad we discovered Dr James Thomas. He is incredibly knowledgable, professional and highly attentive/empathetic. No one else I would trust my young children with. His wonderful team, led by Sam, have always bent over backwards to accommodate us, especially for urgent issues, and are always delightful, helpful and efficient. I can't recommend this specialist highly enough!
