Sydney Aquanatal Mascot: what do users think?
Maryia: Aquanatal classes at Mascot are absolutely fantastic! Donna is a wonderful instructor, and the facilities are amazing
Alyssa M: Donna’s classes are great - an easy workout while pregnant. Donna is very knowledge and shares lots of useful information. Highly recommend.
Elle Parker: These classes were a saviour through my pregnancy. The classes are fun but also give you a great low impact workout.Donna is an absolute pleasure and shares lots of other information on pregnancy too.
Ebony Kara: Aquanatal was the only thing I enjoyed about being pregnant! I attended classes 2-3 times a week for the majority of both my pregnancies. It kept me active, meant i slept better, it felt great to be weightless in the water and it reduced my back pain in the first pregnancy - and meant that I totally avoided back pain in my second pregnancy! Donna is a fabulous instructor, and is also super knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, so has lots of tips and reassuring advice to help you along the way. I also attended Aquanatal postnatally to get back into exercise which was great. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Ellie Badeleh: I enjoyed my one hour aquanatal sessions through this pregnancy. Highly recommended. Donna is lovely and easy to work with. The pool is also well heated.

McIver Baths: what do users think?
felicity heath: Thank you for creating a safe space for women. We’re losing all our safe spaces in the community. Hope this one stays. 💕💕💕
Adriana Koneski: I want do that and try ,so what is inside swimming pool and ?
First name Last name: Disgusting attitude from the old ladies who WORK at this place.
Darinka Maja: Best secret spot for womyn in Sydney
Mercuti0: Nice pool. Very crowded in the relaxing outdoor areas. On holiday in Sydney, I attended twice and both times had trouble gaining admittance with cash. There is a cash box, but they'd rather not.
abyss twothousandtwo: I have been coming here for years. The bathrooms have recently been renovated. Great job, Randwick Council.
Dionne J. Davis: First time at the McIver Ladies Baths and I really regret not having visited much sooner. This is the best ocean pool experience I have had in Sydney. Highly recommend. And you cannot beat the price!
Fatima Farhat: Loved this location, very safe and clean, the volunteers are so nice and welcoming.
Kimberly Maxwell: So beautiful and such a safe space for women and kids. A little piece of tranquility to calm a busy day. Thank you!
Lucinda Gonzales: Love love love this place! An amazing women's only Rockpool. Lots of places on the rocks to sit, but it can get busy. No photos allowed, so I wasn't able to snap a picture but it is a beautiful place.Seriously, if you've ever had mermaid or siren fantasies, you will live them here and never want to leave.
Nance Q: One of the most beautiful places I've been to in NSW, so welcoming and safe, everyone is so friendly, kind, and open. Not only is it physically gorgeous, with wonderful views and great spots to sunbathe, but the atmosphere is the bees knees. Such a magical place and I recommend it to everyone I come across.
Marine Marine: C’est un endroit magnifique avec des volontaires très accueillantes et joviale ! Selon la saison vous pouvez admirer les dauphins ou les baleines en migration - just amazing 🤩
Lisa C: Take a an amazing beautiful pool with a lovely history of women using it over the years and spoil it by adding a bunch of overzealous militant volunteers.I absolutely loved this pool years back, it was a sanctuary, a place of restoration for the body and soul, a pool for children and anyone identifying on the feminine side, volunteers did their thing, were present and stayed in the background. These days volunteers feel it necessary to conduct regular patrols and police the peaceful users of this pool in their obtrusive yellow tshirts, the steps are marked with arrows to ensure you keep to the right, the bathing area on the rocks marked with a trespassing sign.I no longer find the tranquility it once offered, such a shame!!
Melina Rod: Stuning!
Tsuki Sama: I love this place, im glad its only females its relaxing place to go for a quick swim. love tanning there
jo blo: Disappointing that this place does not take the FITNESS PASSPORT card as method of payment. Wylies baths next door and multiple council pools accept the Fitness Passport , but McIvers Baths are not introducing it.In addition, the water in the pool can get disgustingly dirty ( oil / suntan lotion/ debri ) at the end of busy days .Wylies Pool next door is better value and better organised at point of entry by accepting cash or card including the fabulous Fitness passport membership card .
Juliette El: Volunteers are always very sweet and kind
Rachel Chilvers: Love the pool and that it's women's only! would be good if some of the grass was flattened off so you can sunbathe, it's rather vertical!
Liona: One of many beautiful bathing pools in the area. What makes it unique is the "female-only" rule, which makes it a great place for women who can't share a pool with men, i.e., for religious reasons. The rule also means mothers can bring their young children and not have to constantly watch out for weirdos.
Em Pankhurst: Wonderful place for a swim, just need to be a little bit more inclusive of all women.
J S: Lovely and relaxed place with quite a lot of ocean life. I'd like to visit again after covid. It was nice to visit a women's only bath, I felt very safe and comfortable here. I hope it stays women's only in line with the heritage listing.

Sydney Aquanatal Miranda: what do users think?
Kyleigh Garden: I loved my time at Sydney Aquanatal Miranda with Donna. Donna is so lovely and knowledgeable and I felt safe in her classes. This class was something I looked forward to every week and injected some energy into a tired and heavy body. I would highly recommend this class to all who are looking for something relaxing and soothing for your mind and body. Also, the music choice was awesome!
Kimberley Swaney: I did the Aquanatal Classes in my 2nd and 3rd trimesters which just happened to be over the summertime as well it was such relief to get into the water and enjoy myself, the exercises were easy and fun.
Amy Norman: I highly recommend these classes during pregnancy! Donna is so knowledgable and genuine, tailoring the class to suit your needs throughout your pregnancy. A gentle and safe way to exercise and you always walk out feeling better. Look forward to joining future classes hopefully!
margaret bigg: Donna runs a great antenatal class. I enjoyed every session!
Louise Rasmussen: These classes were fun and made me feel really good. Pool was clean and well kept. A few lap swimmers share the pool but you hardly notice them as they are across in their own lanes. Donna is fabulous! Donna keeps track to make sure you are doing the exercise well and gave great tips to help with pregnancy issues such as back pain (neutral spine was my saviour). Try it out, its lots of fun.
Dajuan Cao: I was so lucky that I found this class when I was 28 weeks pregnant. Thanks for this class that I never had any leg pain during my pregnancy like many others did. The fee is reasonable and the instructor Donna is so friendly and knowledgeable. Bookings and cancelations can be done very easily online. 5 stars!
Annie Simpson: To sum it up, best thing I ever did for my pregnancy!! Lessons are catered for all abilities and stages of pregnancy. Donna is just amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful for any new mummas. Definitely will be back for next pregnancy.

Cook + Phillip Park Pool: what do users think?
Liis V: Bathrooms need a decent reno and cleaning in the shower cabin's.
Aleta Laft: I have been going to the pool and exercise classes off and on since it opened. This place used to be great but now feels unhygienic. The grout in the showers has black dots all over it. The last time I went for a swim the wave pool was shut due to a code brown (poo in the pool) and we were not told this when paying our entry fee. After about 40mins or so the wave pool opened and was shut down 10 mins later due to another code brown. Nappy policy needed!
Nikunj Vaidhya: Swimming options for all age groups and all skill levels. Lovely staff. Water play area for kids is great. Instructors are good.
Phil: Water's a bit cold. I thought it would have been heated, but it's a nice swim.
Ned Derb: Good place staff are good water is good parking can be difficult
Rahul Das: Great place to have a dip even when it is gray. There is a 50m pool for lap swimming and a play area for kids.Change rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Very easy to get in a quick swim before work if you work at the cbd
Quang Minh Ho: Ok
Gwen Lee: Great Aquatic Centre with friendly staff and trainers.
Ravinder Khangura: Wonderful facilities & staff.
bleblebleblehehe: I am currently an active member of the center. And I am very disappointed at your customer service especially the front desk. I called Phillip & Cook Pool Park this morning and wanted to enrol in a PRI4 swimming class. The staff was rude and direct and hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation while I was asking about the duration of the course and the fees. She seems to be annoyed when I was asking about other information and advised just come to the center for more information and rushed to finish the call. At least let me know if I can call back you can't just hang up on someone like that. Literally zero respect. Would rather spend money somewhere else.
Ahmed Elemam: Good vibes but you feel lost for a first timer
David Phillis: Better option than the beach on a cold wintery day
Dane Gorrel: Hygine and cleanliness of the pool is disgusting. Swimmers spitting and blowing their nose in the pool. This is the second time I’ve reported this disgusting behaviour and it’s the second time staff have just ignored or brushed off my complaint.
anto digio: They should install a few huge led display digital clock to be visible while in the pool, from the hydrotherapy section and other sections, instead of keeping those old kitchen clock around that no one can see the time. They should clean the change rooms e after business hours (as in any other gym in the city) and not during the day, keeping them closed for 30 mins while people left their own belongings inside and need to have a shower.
Mark Gu Chen: Great pool for kids. The weekend afternoon waves are the best
Craig Graham: A wondeful evening at our favorite Mardi Gras event.
Story H: Such s nice place we visited today.Notthing special but everything is good!공덕에서 온 친구들을 기다리며 즐긴 거제 친구가~
Dhiraj Kumar Masodgi: Convenient location. Quite a big facility with gym, pools and lot of other facilities. It’s right in front of church and a level below church. From the road level it won’t be visible.
Vaughn Turner: Still going strong.. needs some maintenance but still great
Dibs !: Very clean facilities. Lovely staff, and super LGBTIQA friendly. The Aqua Aerobics class is really fun, and the gym is well equipped for various types of training. The wave pool is great, but not very deep.
Robyn Spencer: Love this place for laps (especially while pregnant) easily accessible and around $8 for a casual session. The sun shines in and hoping it will be warm in winter. It’s really clean and there are kids pools and thermal pools as well.

Mother Nurture Yoga: what do users think?
Amy & Phil: Attended the pregnancy retreat and was blown away by the day. Caroline was a brilliant facilitator and created a welcoming space for everyone. The location was stunning and the food was delicious. The sessions were informative and it was valuable being able to connect with other pregnant women. Highly recommend signing up to this - just do it!
Ritu Jain: Joining mother nurture yoga was the best thing l did for myslef during my pregnancy. I was fortunate to attend in person sessions with most of the instrand l must say all are fabulous, each one having their own unique way. Caroline promptly upgraded to vietual online classes when the pandemic hit and it was so easy to continue yoga from the comfort of home. Thanks tk the team and highly recommend them.
Samira Issa: Highly recommend mother nurture, Caroline and the lovely yoga teachers are amazing! Always leaving the classes very relaxed. 😊
Rashida Tayabali: I believe the yoga classes I did with Caroline benefited me enormously during my second pregnancy. Compared to my first pregnancy where I did no yoga, my second baby came much quicker and I used the yoga poses and breathing techniques during contractions. I always felt wonderfully relaxed after a class and slept well too. Highly recommend MNY for anyone looking for pregnancy yoga classes. Caroline is a wonderful teacher!
kejal shah: Had an amazing experience and also helped me in my labour. Surely would like to personally thanks Teresa with all her efforts in teaching us. Would surely recommend it others during their time of pregnancy.

Modsquad Swimming Lessons: what do users think?
Angela Hume: Update 2023My son is in stroke development and he is going so well in the squad swimming, classes, Christine is a great coach for for older kids.Highly recommend 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️Amazing instructor, after just four lessons my son's OT was happy to take a break, as long as he kept up his lessons.Swimming has really helped his core strength, Christine's approach is particularly good, because she focuses on teaching them to tread water first.
Libby: After two M. I. B swimming sessions with Christine our 3 year old is a different boy in the water! Christine has helped my son with mobility, independence and balance in the water, so I can teach him with confidence and skills. He was hesitant and not wanting to get in the water and is now like a fish in water! 😀 He can confidently balance in the water with minimal aid. It has been a huge transformation in only two lessons!! Thanks Christine.
Dijana Gramosli: My daughter started this term to modsquad and we are very happy with Stroke development sessions.I highly recommend this place .Christine is a great teacher and her teaching methods are effective
lila tsekas: My son just recently started swimming with Christine at Modsquad swim school, I’m highly impressed with how much he’s learnt in the stroke development class in the little time he’s been going, Keep up the good work !
Xueshun Zhang: Great swimming teacher for all levels students!
Natsu Higuchi: My son is in stroke development sessions and Christine is a very good teacher. Having a skilled and dedicated teacher like Christine can make a big difference in the progress and enjoyment of the sport.I wish we met her earlier and highly recommend her.
Nicole Van Althuis: I would have no hesitation in recommending Christine as a swim coach . My son is currently enrolled in the Stroke Development Classes and has improved with his swimming and stroke training I would not go anywhere else .
Paolita Sofia: My kids have both been swimming with Christine for the past two years and I cannot speak more highly of her. My son now does her stroke development classes and he has progressed a long way in a short time. She has taught them to have confidence and endurance in the water! Amazing!
Matt Tregear Slaney: Can not recommend Modsquad highly enough. Christine is so generous with her knowledge and time even giving me pointers on how to improve my daughter's swimming in our back yard pool while we waited for a spot at the swim school to become available 🙂 Since moving my daughter to Modsquad she has improved out of sight in such a short time !!! My daughter really looks forward to and enjoys her swimming lessons so much ! I definitely recommend the Modsquad team !!!
Bikash Chettri: Swimming instructors allowed our child to express himself while learning the skills at his pace. Timing was flexible and we were always accommodated based on our requirements. Christine was fabulous working with children and made the whole experience wholesome and enjoyable.
Sue Hamdoush: I have my 5 and 6 year old boys enrolled with Ms Christine at Modsquad Fitness First Rockdale. We have been through a few instructors at various pools and this has been by far thr most professional, caring, qualified and overall best we have had. Christine continues to go over and beyond with the boys, she adapts to the child's learning capabilities and I have seen great results from my confident swimmer and my sensory sensitive swimmer. Highly recommend Modsquad.
Maria Stivaktas: Highly recommend Mod squad swimming! Christine has been fantastic with my son, he is now not afraid to put his head under water!
Diala Barsoum: Christine is an incredible teacher. My son had not had lessons for over a year and was not confident with water safety or learning to stroke. In one term Christine taught him water safety, confidence in the pool, and learning to stroke correctly. I highly recommend Christine. Her one to one lessons are well worth it. My son has learnt so much.
John Yu: She's a great swimming coach ! Owen loves the swimming lessons ! Christine is the best of the best ! I highly recommend Christine !Owen has been with Christine for over 7 years now !
Saef Al Nazi: Great place to develop swimming skills. Does an exceptional job at stroke development. The facilities are pretty good too. Christine is extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.
Maria Martello: Christine is fantastic. I've finally found a professional swim instructor where I don't feel my money is being wasted. My son is finally on the way to correct swim strokes instead of spending the lesson chatting and playing with the other kids. Thanks a million Christine. I would definitely recommend Modsquad
Young Moon: Christine is one of a kind.We are so lucky to have her in our life. My son has a cerebral palsy and cannot stand nor walk. After my son sees her, he enjoys all the freedom in the water, which is so hard for him to do the same on the ground. One day she mentioned that she focuses on what the child can do not what he or she cannot do. I tend to see my son’s disability trying to protect from any risks but she opened my mind how important to find and improve what they can do better.Abled or disabled, all children will develop enormously not only their swimming skills but also their confidence in the water since she finds the way to improve each child. All her team members are professional and committed. Highly recommended!!!
Margaret Mauceri: Christine is very professional in her lessons and has a great approach to teaching the children stroke development. My daughter has improved her stroke development with the Stroke Development Squad at Modsquad. Highly recommended anyone looking for that personal attention and development with Squads.
Rodna Janeva: My 3.5 year old has had lessons with both Ruby and Edson. Both instructors are fantastic! More recently, my daughter has been swimming with Edson for the last 2 terms. He is very experienced and so patient and calm with her. Her water confidence and ability to swim with little to no floatation assistance has come a long way since we first joined a year ago. We trialled 2 other swim schools with 3-4 kids/class and a lot of waiting around in the pool for 5-7 mins of swimming a lesson. We now do one-on-one lessons with Edson and it is a solid 30 mins of swimming all dedicated to her. It is well worth the money and we highly recommend Modsquad!
David McAuley: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueChristine expertise in stroke improvement is impeccable. Christine has improved Chris's stroke and speed in all 4 strokes. Thanks to Christine Christopher is now a state level competitive swimmer.
Sang Le: Christine is very experienced. She noticed the mistakes in my daughter's swimming techniques right away. My daughter could only swim half the pool earlier, but can swim almost the whole pool now.

Mother Nurture Yoga: what do users think?
Mukti Patel: Very bad experience to even start with.. Never recomment them again. I signed up and then found out that due to medical condition I will not be able to join their classes, hence requested for refund. Refund was refused and now that they only offer yoga during pregnancy, I am going to loss money. So never going to recomment anyone here.
Athena Hatgivlastis: Positive:Professionalism,QualityConvenient cbd location, comfortable class size with friendly and experienced instructors. I hadn't done yoga before my pregnancy, I started at 20+ weeks and found the classes easy to follow, great for helping prepare my body for birth and i felt it helped me recover faster.
Lauren Jackson: Positive:Professionalism,QualityGreat birthing class learning to mirror each other with breathe and also some techniques which we can use during birth
Zoe Robinson: I really enjoyed my weekly pregnancy yoga class with Mother Nurture Yoga. I started the classes in my 3rd trimester and the yoga helped me relax, strengthen and move my body in a safe and healthy way.
Sai Kumaravel: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI attended the couples birthing workshop run by Caroline. It was really great and practical, and connected my partner and I. She's very understanding of all backgrounds, very supportive and has a genuine passion behind what she helps women with. Thanks Caroline!
Theresa Perry: The Pregnancy Day Retreat was a lovely way to take some time out to relax, unwind, do some yoga, learn some new techniques to encourage a positive birth experience and meet other pregnant mothers at a similar stage in life. Caroline created a safe space to share our experiences and thoughts and prepared some notes that we could take home at the end of the day. I'd recommend this retreat to other pregnant ladies. It's worth it! :-)
Rita McNeill: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityMother Nurture Yoga was an amazing resource throughout my pregnancy. I felt confident and calm with my body through my whole journey and I learnt so much. The teachers were all lovely and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Kyra Sharp: My partner and I recently attending the couples preparing for birth and labour class. Our instructor was kind and patient. We learnt so many helpful breathing and relaxation techniques and we both felt closer to each other during and after the class. It really left my partner to feel empowered for what to do during labour and the class was fun. Would highly recommend for all couples expecting
Jasmin Kooper: Caroline provided our Mother’s Group exceptional post-natal yoga, which was designed in a differentiated way given the needs of our group members. Being a mother herself, she was incredibly flexible and understanding of the interruptions of our babies and supported us throughout the whole session in a personal, kind and professional way.She provided notes so that we could understand the areas we needed to strengthen and gave suggestions and ideas for practice at homeWe all loved our sessions with Caroline, for many of us it being the highlight of our week.We recommend her outstanding sessions to anyone.
Madeleine Lewis: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityMother Nuture Yoga has been the best part of my maternity leave. Caroline is an amazing instructor and makes the classes so comfortable. Having the babies there has also been a highlight and we were both so looked after. Can’t recommend it enough!
Jenny Lam: I have completed my Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Mother Nurture Yoga. Caroline is such an inspiring instructor with a wealth of knowledge. My experience in this course was very special to me and has helped me to understand the importance of preparing the body and mind during pregnancy and recovery afterwards.Thank you MNY for this wonderful course. I can't wait to share what I have learnt and aid women through their journey.
tania laginestra: Caroline was such a lovely instructor, the Couples Birth Preparation Workshop was really enjoyable. My husband and I walked away saying what a nice experience it was. It was so nice for us to connect and prepare for such a special time. So many great tips and advice for a nice birth experience. My husband felt he was given really valuable advice in order to offer as much support as possible during labour. There aren’t many times in life that you slow down and take a moment / do yoga while touching your partner while doing breathing exercises, so it felt very special. I came away from the workshop feeling confident that there are techniques for me to labour comfortably.
Ariadna Kiehn: My partner and I just loved the Couples Birthing Course. Caroline was very warm and welcoming, and there was a great balance of discussion in the class and practical activities that really put my partner and I at ease in terms of our expectations of birth. Plus, it was just lovely to do something hands-on to prepare for the arrival of our baby girl, as due to COVID, all my antenatal education has been online via the hospital. This course was exactly what we needed, as it was ideal to remove ourselves from the clinicalisation of birth and really embrace it for the life-giving experience that it is. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone expecting children!
Chrissie Crispin: This was the second time I attended Mother Nurture yoga classes with Caroline during pregnancy. This time I attended most classes online due to the pandemic and they have been a real lifeline to me.We also attended the couples birth preparation course for the first time and it was great - super practical and really gave my husband Mark a lot of confidence in how to support me during labour. It was a very different labour to my first and things progressed so quickly that the techniques so useful to me last time didn’t necessarily work this time. But Mark could pick up pretty quickly what I was trying to do without having to use words and help guide me through it. I feel like we were so much more in sync this time around and your course played a huge role in that so thank you!I’m looking forward to joining postnatal classes again after Christmas!
kalyani patil: Dear Caroline, thank you for wonderful and detailed 50hrs training on Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Certification. Amazing techniques and detailed explanation about the modules. Group discussions and assignments were extra bonus points to apply my learnings and it helped to boost my confidence in teaching. Thank you so very much❤️
Tory Heaslop: I was very lucky to find the Mother Nurture Yoga on demand library during the Covid lockdown. It was tricky for me to commit to set online class times during lockdown and I found being able to access full length classes anytime of day suited me just perfectly. The classes left me feeling more relaxed both mentally and physically. Thank you!
Kellie Adlam: Pre-COVID lockdown I had been procrastinating about joining a prenatal yoga class because it was really challenging to find both a time and location that worked, and because I would have preferred to do something more active as long as I could, like swimming.Once all my other fitness options were taken away because of the lockdown, I found Mother Nurture Yoga and was so impressed with the range of classes on offer and joined immediately! I was 37 weeks pregnant at that point so only bought a two week pass - I was able to do a full class almost every day! As it turned out I had to cancel my class booking on the very last day of my pass, when I hit 39 weeks, because I went into labour and delivered a super healthy baby girl that evening.I'm so grateful to the team for keeping me sane and healthy for those final two weeks, all the way through to labour. I will definitely consider post-partum classes if still available online - the only way I could imagine making it work with a newborn!!
Laura Driver: Loving this yoga studio! I am doing the virtual online classes as much as possible and they really help with making time to connect with my baby and stretch out and release the day. It's also really nice to share the class with other mamas and seeing women further along the pregnancy journey, paving the way. Thanks MNY ✨💛
Catherine Denney: I recently completed a 3-hour training session on the basics of pre-natal yoga at Mother Nurture Yoga. It was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to any yoga teacher who wants to be prepared for when a pregnant woman walks into their general class. Caroline's knowledge is so deep and she has lots of practical insights to share on how to take care of pregnant women.
Camille Jacquet: I have attended Caroline's workshop on "Supporting Pregnant Clients in a General Yoga Class" and it was very insightful! This short 3-hour format was very practical and allowed me to feel much more confident to teach and include pregnant women in my classes. Caroline is very knowledgeable on the topic, and accessible to answer everyone's questions. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want (yet) to do a full Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training!
010yoga: Im a yoga teacher whom base in Malaysia. Im fortunate enough to be connected with Caroline in google search and she accepted as a virtual student in Pre/postnatal Yoga Teacher Training course in year 2019.During the course, she is kind in words, helpful in sharing her knowledge and attentive to help me understand on any doubt I had trough out my journey of the course.Im glad I found Yoga and yoga connected me to MNY. A big thank you to MNY and a recommendation not only a yoga teacher can take up the course but also as a knowledge and preparation for ladies whom prepare for pregnancy

Lane Cove Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Centre: what do users think?
LJ Ferrara: Excellent group of physio’s and our whole family are regular visitors..🤦‍♀️I love the option of the hydrotherapy pool and can tell you the water is just divine! What I love most is the friendly, familiar atmosphere and the team really get to know their clients. They are usually our first stop if we have an injury, go here first. My favourite? Not telling you! They better ok out quickly so get in quick!
N P: Excellent clinic for your Physio. I started with a care plan and am continuing because of the health benifits I started to see so soon after starting.I have tried several different places, but these guys are really friendly and approachable in every way.I started with some easy stretching to strengthen my core and found it easy to incorporate it into every day life.I would strongly recommend you give them a try.
Joanne Caulfield: Cameron is an amazing physio, I got more out of one session with him than a year of treatment elsewhere. He identified my problem and put together a treatment plan that worked. I got measurable results in the first week and got to a place I though impossible in a few months.I would recommend Cameron and the great team at Lane Cove physio, they work magic on broken bodies.
Roman Hemza: Best service ever! Individual approach, young and dynamic team👍
Arturo Aburto Medina: Great
Eileen Sol: Helpful, warm water exercises great help
daniel ngan: Jack is incredibly knowledgeable, ethical and personable.
Heather Gray: Always well worth the visit. Staff very well trained and knowledgeable. Feel way better after the treatment
Mark Unwin: Excellent help every time to fix weekend sporting injuries.
mdeea onetwothree: I broke my shoulder and was told I would only get 90% function back. The public health system entitled me to 10 free hydrotherapy sessions, which allowed me to discover hydrotherapy. Once that was over, I continued my program here for 6 months until I was strong enough to restart Yoga. I’m up to 99% on that shoulder. Everyone who needs therapy should give this a go. What a wonderful facility.
Will MacIntosh: Very experienced physio in Jack Perisa, with the aqua therapy option a huge plus for recovery. Aquanatal classes also available to help give mum some relief in the lead up to the birth.
Ron Shenker: Amazingly good experience
Mady Barnett: Amazing pre natal aqua aerobics classes, unfortunately the times don't align with my work schedule anymore otherwise I would be attending religiously. A great way to meet other mums.
Meenu Pillai: Would definitely recommend Monique ! She has this amazing way of bonding with the patient yet being professional throughout , completely aware of the condition and clearing all my postnatal queries.
Peter Sharp: Jack has been supporting me for more than 10 years with issues relating to my spinal condition. He runs a first class business - I can not fault him or his team. Highly recommended.
Fern Moore: I love this Physio, I go to Jack for all my Physio needs.
James Gerrard: Excellent team - best physio practice I've ever been to. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They really care about their patients and take the time to explain what's up and how to remedy it with physio and at home exercises.
Maximus: Jacks strategic, direct and honest approach is rare and most appreciated. We turned an imminent knee surgery to me having full and pain free use of my knee in only a short period. Many thanks, highly recommend
Heather Nolan: A wonderful Physio practice. Jack is the very best.
GoodasGoldthorpe: I saw Monique today about woman’s health issues after pregnancy. She was fabulous, sensitive and reassuring, she took her time to explain and make sure I was comfortable even with my crying baby in the room! Would definitely go back and recommend her.
Nic Farman: You have a wonderful team Jack! Thanks so much.

The Fix Program Sydney CBD: what do users think?
Saskia Peters: Can't recommend Katrina enough. She's both an excellent physio, going above and beyond, and kind and compassionate. Katrina has treated my various injuries and niggles over the last 5 or 6 years - she looks at issues holistically to get to the root cause of issues so you're pain free and moving again as soon as possible. 10/10
Sandy Mizo: I have had a car crash and was referred for Pilates that Katrina runs. She got me back on my feet. This was 15 years ago. Since then, I see her every so often and have been back for more classes. She is the best physio I have ever seen - she ‘fixes’ me in one session. She is caring and very lovely. She knows how the body works and gets right to the problem. I have sent a friend with arm injury that he couldn’t fix for a long time - she helped him straight away and he hasn’t had the problem again! That person who wrote she didn’t give remedial massage- and he was sore the day after. Well, that is so normal after a physio treatment and I bet you felt excellent the day after that and didn’t need therapy for a while :)I highly recommend her to everyone- this lady is a God’s gift to Sydney :))
Luke Fuller: If you want a great Physio and Pilates team in Sydney, go and visit Katrina and the team at Fix! They have years of experience helping people especially when others can’t. The new online Fix Pilates has helped me stay active. The Pilates program and care here is top quality. Highly recommend!
Simon Dante: Katrina comes across as an enthusiastic and obviously a very experienced Physio and also very easy to get along with. I liked her immediately.I went in for massage and got more of a Physio treatment. It was interesting and somewhat helpful. But I was wanting a glorious, unwinding, therapeutic, remedial, 1 hour massage. What I got was my 1st Physio treatment and I didn’t require it at all. I had some tension in my back and shoulder; but actually felt worse later that day and the following day. Very bruised and tender on the touch and burning and inflamed in some softer tissue areas she massaged.$155 for 45 mins was the initial fee which is indicative of Physio not massage. The fee wasn’t discussed and I was fine paying anything reasonable for what I wanted but this was far from 1 hour of pure remedial massage and one of the more costly treatments I have encountered that was quite surprising.I didn’t realise Physiotherapists don’t really do much massage or specialise in it. I just was referred here for a massage. I was just so glad that someone was open during this whole pandemic. This has taught me going to a physio for massage, is like going to a doctor for nutrition.
Kara Martin: As a massage therapist I need to get on top of my injuries and keep my back in working order. The Fix Program has done that for me and the clients I refer to them!I have been going to Fix for over 12 years. They have amazing, passionate physiotherapists and comprehensive rehabilitation Pilates classes.
N.B: Great classes and friendly staff . I enjoyed attending the classes and def recommend this place .
Louise Mckeon: Tus at the Fix is great for womens health physio, makes you feel completely at ease and listens
JT Jaques: Katrina (and her staff) @ the Fix Program are the best!I've been going to Fix for the past 5 years+ due to a serious back injury and operation, and after seeing many physios and doing similar classes like Fix, I can really say that nothing compares.Katrina is fun, caring and attentive to everyone's needs/injury during every class, and the specialised pilate and yoga program where every week is different and builds on the foundation we've learned from previous weeks. The program has helped me so much with building my core strength which has helped me to go back to work / sit in an office on a full time basis post injury! Most people in the class have been going for years longer thanI have. Colleagues/friends who I referred to Fix for back issues continue to go because of how much it helps with dealing with back pain etc. Can't thank you enough, Katrina!
Ron Berends: Just done another fix class. Great workout that really focuses on the point of the exercise(s). Katrina (and her staff) know what they are doing and more importantly how to do it. Each person is always given personal guidance. Highly recommended.
Debra Brown: The first class I attended at The Fix Program will be one I shall never forget. With my brand new knee replacements and having only recently acquired my "Seniors Card" I felt sure as I lined up in front of my trainer I had definitely bitten off more than I could chew. Now some two years on I am a "new" person. Never in my life have I ever felt so well...I have flexibility and strength I never dreamed of owning, and yes, I am pain free! Please know this did not happen overnight, my highly experienced trainer Katrina is a remarkable young woman who is dedicated to the program. Before we launch into our exercises all is explained and demonstrated. Each week we work on a different set of exercises which we are taken through in detail, the classes are small insuring that each of us is watched and coached individually no one is ever left working on their own.One of the girls in my class commented recently "it was like having your own personal trainer and yet still train as part of a group".As my husband and I travel extensively the opportunity of being able to make up classes for those I've missed is much appreciated. It is with pleasure that I recommend the Program, I can promise, should you choose to join us, there will be no regrets.Debra Brown
Colleen Dargan: Fix has been my 'go to' place for yoga/pilates exercise since 2007. The team is great and the classes are always fun as well as beneficial. Keep up the good work team!
Jackies Sports Massage: Thanks Fix Program for helping me recover from my pregnancy and birthing issues. I am so happy to be feeling back to normal and have my total core strength back after having 3 babies. I can't recommend you guys highly enough to all women looking to get back in shape after childbirth or for women who simply want to be fit for life. Thanks so much. Jackie
Ed Cregan: As a person who loves to run, being made out of paper is not ideal. Fortunately, after much trial and error, I found The Fix Program and have been treated by Katrina semi-regularly for about 2.5 years. Katrina is great and has helped me through a number of issues associated with running: shin splints, nerve problems, gammy hips, stuffed quads and so on. Booking is super easy, everyone is very ftiendly and I always recommend to others to go here.
Melissa Jane: I found Fix on Google and it's one of the best things I've every found on an internet search! I'm now 7 months pregnant and have been doing the Fix Pregnancy Pilates sessions for two months. Heba is a really great teacher. Highly, highly recommend.I started to have really bad back pain during pregnancy after the baby grew suddenly. Thanks to Heba and Katrina, who are physios at Fix I can now walk again!
Nida Khoury: I had a severe lower back problem, which left me bedridden at least once a week. The Fix Program literally put me back on my feet & I never had a back problem since. In fact I can now lift all sorts of heavy objects; furniture included. As such, "Fix" is a very appropriate name. However, beware that it can be highly addictive and you'll always yearn for your weekly "Fix" ... I envy those who manage to go more than once a week!Very professional & highly recommended.
Richard Nichols: Having the physiotherapists at The Fix Program teach me Pilates has changed the way I exercise. I recommend them.
