We are looking into the matter and will provide any updates as soon as possible." It has taken 6 days to respond to the email - they could have sent the tablets a hundred times in 6 days! I could've bought them in Australia and got the train to Surrey and given them to her myself!!Terrible service.

Jenni Saarijarvi: For almost 10 years I'd been struggling with my gut health and developed symptoms to foods I used to be able to digest without any issues. The symptoms seemed to be getting worse year by year and often I wouldn't quite bounce back from "Bali belly" after travels. I was getting really frustrated as I didn't know what to do.I heard about Matt from a friend and decided to schedule a consultation. All my symptoms were pointing to SIBO and the test came back positive. Maria Esperanza: I suffered from IBS for years. I went to see Matt seeking help for my bloating and digestive health, and he recommended to do some tests like SIBO and Microbiome. I started with a restricted diet and herbal medication which worked very well. After a few months I was really happy as my overall gut health was much better and also lose weight which was a plus. But when Covid hit again I had a hiccup and, as I suffer from anxiety, I reached for comfort foods, and that made me bloated again. I contacted Matt's, to help me go back on track, but he ignored me. So after several emails with no answer I had to find a new naturopath. So my advice is, find a naturopath with a more holistic approach. Sandra Schwartz: Coming from a medical background, I took the conventional medical approach, when my IBS symptoms, over a number of years, became too severe to cope with.My General Practitioner and Gastroenterologist addressed any potential diseases, and led me to the low-FODMAP diet. Amazing for symptoms but not a long term solution, since my diet was extremely limited and so not healthy long-term. Francesco Calderone: I purchased some wrong items and I had to cancel my order after doctor consultation. In the meantime, while waiting for the doctor to be available, I didn't open any of the packages. I purchased from many providers, and all the other providers accepted the returns with no issue whatsoever. These guys refuse returns of products that have not being opened, with very silly excuses. Beware and do not trust their return policy!In addition to that, they sent two products that were temperature sensitive, but the package only came with one item loosely wrapped in an ice bag that was all melted. The second temperature sensitive item was not ice packed so I had to throw that one in the bin right away. I didn't even ask to to return the two temperature sensitive items, even though they were completely garbage by the time i got them. I only wanted to return the items that were closed and sealed because now I have to throw those away too since the doctor finally told me I don't need those and I now have to throw those in the bin too because they won't take them back! Absolutely ridiculous service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Katelyn Guihot: I left the clinic after my appointment and cried on my way down in the elevator. $350 for 7 minutes of Joannes time, just to be rushed out the door, laughed at when I mentioned what vitamins I take, and minimal eye contact the entire appointment. I was already very clearly in a vunerable state after strugging with my health for so long and by the end of my appoitment I felt hopeless. She seemed to have no empathy.. It took a lot of sacrifice to be able to afford to see Joanne and it was more than dissapointing. I saw a differnt naturopath the next day and my experience was much nicer.
Claudia Spirou: I only saw Joanne for a consult and all I can say is be mindful of extra hidden fees. I booked a consult which was $350 online, during my appointment Joanne informed me that I would need to do some tests without mention of any further costs. At the end of the appointment I ended up paying $850 without any warning. At no point during our consult did she address the cost of these tests with me or breakdown the fees so I could understand what I was paying for and I left feeling very deceived. I’m aware that healthcare comes at a cost but transparency is important. Fortunately she refunded me after I went back however I’ve now paid $350 for a consult and will not be going back.
Michelle: Nicole is an incredibly knowledgeable and considerate practitioner. I came to her in the middle of an intense ezcema flare and other inflammatory symptoms as a result of a stressful travel situation. She assessed my blood, breath, and stool results and helped me come up with a plan to overcome SIBO through diet and supplements. After 3 months, my symptoms have settled, and I've managed to kick my steroid cream habit (after trying for years). Though I hope to not have to come to Nicole with another serious flare or issue, I know if I did, I'd be in helpful hands.

I had seen multiple specialists over the last 10 years for a range of health problems I had been suffering with. After much research, I came across Joanne who quickly diagnosed me with SIBO. Throughout my time with Nicole I felt heard, understood and supported by her. She is so knowledgeable and experienced and I felt I learnt a lot about my health and gut issues. Dealing with hormone or gut issues is a journey and Nicole was able to lay it all out for me in a way that was achievable and realistic. Oonagh Kalsy: RESULT! After years of bloating, cramps and all the nasties associated with a ticky tummy, all it took to diagnose and fix was a visit to Joanne. SIBO appears to be an elephant in the room of the medical profession. After testing, Joanne put me on a SIBO friendly diet and various supplements. Bingo! 4 months later I'm bloat free, so healthy and have a completely different outlook on life. Oh, and an added bonus, I'm 16 kgs lighter. I saw lots of specialists but not one of them could help identity what was causing the problem. Joanne was very concerned for my health and recommended that I see her nutritionist Melanie Peers, who is an expert in oxalate and mould toxicity issues. After just a few months of being on a new diet plan, supplements to replace my nutrient deficiencies and lifestyle changes, Melanie has helped me overcome my food intolerances. She continues to guide me with dietary and lifestyle advice that helps my body to heal from the oxalates it has stored up. Melanie’s knowledge and expertise in oxalate and mould toxicity and her unwavering support have been instrumental in restoring my health. I am so grateful to her; I am now a healthy weight and have more energy than I did before. My anxiety levels have improved and I am not constantly in pain. They very carefully listened to my story and showed a great level of empathy. After 1,5 year of being undiognosed and suffering with pain and several symptoms on a daily basis Joanne and Melanie have diagnosed me and I had a great results after only a few week of their recommended treatment! They both are very competent practitioners and I would recommend them to anyone who struggles with chronic illness. This is just a beginning of my healing process but I am getting a significant level of support from them! Even at this early stage I can already say that they saved my life!
